The kindest and most understanding staff I have ever met. I will continue to tell family and friends about how amazing they are at this location. And the pricing is perfect.

This place is the bomb. All the sale people are very friendly...They really work with you.They let you know when things are going on sale,and plus there very funny they like to joke around which is really cool.And Tim is the best of the best two thumbs up to you guys.

Customer Service is extremely poor and employees are unprofessional. The Store Manager uses Gestapo Tactics for collecting payments, embarrassing you in front of friends, family, and neighbors, by sending employees to your house and accusing you of "theft" for late...not just missed payments.

Best customer service I've deleted with a long time Tim the SM is an outstanding guy. His whole team Israel and Marco and the new guy JP are all out standing and go outta there way to make sure you are happy and taken care of. Delivery was on time and great at home service.

Paid off our rental agreement and come back to morris Rent A Center and Happy to see Tim is still there! And it was like I never left. Was greeted and made to feel like family! I trust and love morris Rent A Center!

Anyone who rents from Tim the manager make sure your not in the hospital and don't forget to make your payment on time. He was very rude hung up on me. I called and went into to the store I was a few days late with the cash plus the late fee. Wouldn't accept it he wanted to come get the stuff right away pay him what I owed then bring it back the next day.. no compassion at all. He said he needed to teach me a lesson 😂😂
