Bad service less than an hour ago. Went through the drive through for an ice matcha latte with oat milk. They gave me a hot one and I told them I asked for iced they said no you asked for hot. They did get me an iced matcha but it doesn’t taste at all like matcha. Picture shown with this post

It really takes a lot for me to write a negative review. Well, 3rd time is the charm. Let me just tell you that this is the LAST time I go here! The morning crew is rude & have given me a hard time whenever they have messed up my drink. They never apologize, they never say good morning or thank you. This is absolutely unacceptable! Corporate should pay this DD a visit. I’m so mad, that I’m probably going to give them a call later!

STARBUCKS is just 1mn away. This DD is not set up to study and read like a Starbucks is. Music was playing loud over the speaker system. The TV's volume was on high to drownout the music🤯 the chairs are made out of steel and they are heavy duty so when a customer pulledout a chair to sit it would drag on the ceramic floor 😫🤯. The coffee and the corn muffing was good. If i want take out, this DD is ideal. But if i WANT TO RELAX and ENJOY some solitude Starbucks is a 1mn away

This place was cool but after coming here after a couple of times, there is a employee that had the worst attitude. She rolls her eyes at everyone, sighs and grunts at everything. She is Hispanic and has dark brown hair. Today I went in asking a question, and she was unbelievably, unprofessional, she spoke to me with a confrontational tone. Not to mention she had her mask off and kept rolling her eyes at me. I came a couple times before that and she kept messing up my order and acted like it was my fault. I let it go at first maybe she was having a bad day but she still she has the same attitude after that incident. This is what you get when you PAY for a MEDIUM ICE COFFEE, a cup of ICE. This is ridiculous! And if you ask for no ice or less ice they’ll charge you an additional $1. This DD does not treat their customers with respect of value.

This Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins has thee worst customer service ever!! I do not recommend anyone going to this Dunkin Donut location. I requested a simple scoop of ice cream and the old man servicing was the rudest old man I have ever met. Maybe he was having an off day and I understand that but I refuse to tolerate anyone’s disrespect. Long story short, don’t come here unless you have no other option. If you want coffee just go to Starbucks it’s at the corner not too far from there. For ice cream, go elsewhere if you can.

Went to get my wife and kids some food because they love the dunkin donuts bagels ordered 27 dollars worth of food, but in the process of ordering i felt very uncomfortable by dulce or jasu whoever was taking my order because all i could hear was giggling everytime i wanted to add something to my order. Very unacceptable to do.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and bright. Their products are always fresh and well-stocked. They are also conveniently located next to a gas station should you need to stop for gas as well.

My coffee was fine. But the issue is the customer service. The lady “meena” at the drive thru window has a horrible attitude, she’s rude. It’s been multiple times I’ve had a bad experience. She almost tosses your coffee at you through the car window. She gets mad if you want to add to your order, saying “it can only be done at the speaker”. And if she gets your order wrong, it’s your fault. You’d think management would put more people friendly at their drive through. Has anyone else experienced the same??

On 7/24 at around 10:45-11pm we went to dunkin which we normally never go this late. Whoever was working the drive thru was completely rude and very disrespectful. He was yelling through the speaker and to truck infront of us. As we approached the speaker he continued to yell and scream and when my boyfriend told him to lower his voice he continued to yell at us. As we moved out of line to go to a different dunkin we noticed he continued to yell and scream at a custom, which the customer drove to the same dunkin we went too after leaving. very unsatisfied with this dunkin which i normally always come to.

2 things, first off the employees at this location are very unprofessional and rude. The young spanish girl (im spanish myself so this has nothing to do with race i just want her to be identified since i dont know her name) gave me horrible service. She was rolling her eyes at me and laughing in the background while talking to me as if i was a burden getting mad at me for asking for accomadations to my order due to my allergies. Im a fan of the beyond sausage breakfast sandwich but im allergic to egg and cheese so i order just the beyond patty and English muffins separately to avoid them putting cheese or egg on it and its cheaper that way for me since im not getting egg or cheese which is like half the sandwich but for some reason at certain locations, this being one of them, im told they need to charge me full price for the sandwich even though im only getting bread and a patty with no egg no cheese. They cannot accomadate what so ever and it is against their policy. They are just plain greedy, they are not losing any money selling it to me cheaper when purchased separately. They however have lost my business forever at this location. Shows how much they really care about their customers that they would rather lose business than not squeeze an extra dollar out of a customer. I understand if thats their policy i happily go to another dunkin that does accommodate to my request but the way that girl treated my wife and I, and the manager who allowed such service are just horrible people and shouldnt be working there. They shouldnt treat people that way and need to be more professional.

The window attendant in the morning is a really miserable person. I'm a paying customer but get treated as if I'm inconveniencing her. She had the nerve to send me around to get back in line when I walked in and seen my food ready moved away from the window just so she could feel better about herself. She has been an ongoing problem but I had enough and not returning. They rather lose a customers than replace this sorry person. Contacted corporate and everyone having problems with this place should as well

This is one of my favorite DD locations. They always have really long lines but get through them extremely quickly. They always have a big variety of donuts and muffins, and they’re always very fresh and delicious. I really enjoy stopping here for breakfast, and I’ve always had good experiences at this location.

my wife went at counter, placed an order and left . forgot wallet at counter. she only made it to the car and came back. when she wen back and asked for her wallet they guy at register told her she hadn't left no wallet. the guys name at register is Basu. Turns out Basu is the General manager at this location. after getting in contact with a Franklin Park police and Franklin Park police talking to management it was only done did the owner Basu, call my wife to let her know that someone mysteriously had returned her wallet. her drivers license, her library card her ID from work was there except cash.... It was Only $300 and change... but why go as far you'll be in the owner for only miserable $300. This Review is for Basu, the owner....HELLO BASU........

One of the only two Dunkin locations in Chicago that manages to get my order right consistently. Normally I only come here in the early afternoon. At that timeframe though the workers know their job and do it well. Other locations could learn a lot from here.

Employees and managers refused to give service to a black friend of mine on Friday the 29th of September around 11 am. They said they were busy while 2 employees just stood there and didn't give service. I would not recommend going to this Dunkin or any Dunkin donuts that shows prejudice towards anyone.

I find that this Dunkin' usually has a decent line in their drive thru but not a long wait. Rarely have to wait long to get my coffee.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it's cold. Yes it's hot on the outside. Egg and sausage disgusting. After I take a bite I go to the cashier and let her kno she literally try to argue with me about it's hot. I'm like yes on the outside take a bite. They literally warmed back the same sandwich and gave it back mad! Never coming again. There was no line no rush and horrible service.

I purchased 3 scoops of ice cream on Oct 22, 2022. One of the scoops of chocolate ice cream was not fully pushed into the cone and when I got outside a slight tip caused the scoop to fall off the cone. When I went back inside I mentioned this to the older Indian lady that the scoop had fallen off and I needed another scoop. I was served another scoop and charged for it again. What happened to making a customer happy with a good pushed in scoop of ice cream? Last time I'll go to this Dunkin. I'd advise against going into this establishment.

Just went in 20 minutes ago. Drive thru is better because service is usually not good when you order inside store. Today was even more horrible. Employees kept walking past my friend and I while we were at the front counter and looked at us and walked away. One heavyset male employee even looked at me in disgust when I smiled at him waiting to be seen to place an order. They have enough employees, even cleaning the store, but we kept waiting at the front counter for a while. We had to walk out because it was a handful of minutes, there was no one next in line, and we were being ignored. The male manager was at the drive thru too, not paying attention. There wasn't a drive thru line coming in or out, we were next inside, but they didn't speak to us or want to serve us. This place used to have better customer service. It has really gone downhill. You just lost two regulars. We've been going there for a decade or so. Not anymore. I'm sure many see it too and will take there business elsewhere. Good riddens.

I go to this Dunkin everyday. They know my order once I ask for one item. The only problem I have been experiencing lately is that on Monday's, my sandwich bun is tough to bite in too. And it only happens on Monday's. Otherwise, I love this place.

This is my local Dunkin Donuts meaning I go a lot. I'm not particularly happy with their deminors BUT they're always quick and never mess up my orders.

We arrived at this spot for a meeting. we heard about this spot from many people. Well, it was a winning. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we had an excellent feeling. The food was just great. We loved this place very much and we will visit this place again. We recommend this place to all.
