My first time at IMAN community health center I would never go back there!! Staff at the front desk was very rude! didn't greet me as I entered the building I said hello. nothing... I Waited an hour to see the doctor which she never came into the room. I got up and walked out!! it doesn't make sense for anyone to sit and wait that long period of time to be seen I understand there are other patients but you also have to be consider of others as well. a lot of CHATTING and no WORK! The two young ladies in the office that handle the appointments were very helpful job well done!!

31jan cold weather and lot of snowfall temperatures touching - 50 this community center, care center is running a warm house for people no where to go, most of the staff are volunteers and fees for medical services is vv low people who are on the look for these needs can visit, you will not regret and also there is a masjid nearby visit it for 5 times prayers and anyone wanting booklets and information on Islam can visit this area

This place is amazing. It is well run, very clean, and the staff goes above and beyond to help you in any way you could need. I did not even really understand the scope of all the services they offer but I am glad I went here. The weight was short but you do need an appointment before you go. They offer a health clinic on site, covid testing, covid immunizations, and so much more. My child came with me and they were so sweet and nice to her making sure that she was content while we waited for our appointment. The nicest thing I can say is that the staff seems and treats you as if they genuinely are happy to help you. They do not make you feel small because you are there needing some kind of assistance. They treat you like a human being which is so appreciated right now.

I started taking my kids here. I gotta say I really liked it. Very clean place. Love that they have the lab there and their online system is very easy to check labwork and message with the doctor. All the staff was very nice and informative. I will continue to bring them here.

Very attentive and caring staff, and they take care of you like they are caring for themselves,the other healthcare I went to before discovering Iman was a disappointment,they would talk to you like you are a piece of junk and when you call on phone to get information they would literally hang up on you before you say jackjack and they trying to draw blood for lab is another tug of war because you will be poked severally by different people before they succeed I wish I can mention their name but because they are business venture I'll let them be

I’ve been going here for years! They are so nice and professional. They really care about their patients. From the front desk staff, security and all medical staff.

Horrible. I have been waiting for test results that they have for over three weeks. I can never reach the provider directly, I send messages through the patient portal, and it sometimes takes 5 days for them to respond. When i call the clinic I’m always being told something different, they are not helpful at all. The receptionist actually told me she won’t transfer the call despite the provider telling me to call. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Why you need an appointment for people that are sick 😷 they need to get tested for covid 19 they shouldn’t have to make any appointment this is ridiculous

Had a great experience at this clinic, doctors are helpful and staff are respectful. I would recommend people to come here, it's a great experience the wait is not too ling, and they answer any questions you may have. Caring, respect, empathy and compassion.

I learned about this clinic through word of mouth. I thought I would be treated well here as they have Spanish speaking staff and English is my second language. As an afropuertorican man, I’ve gotten some interesting stares when I struggle with English because people see my skin first. One staff worker was so rude to me compared to lighter skin Spanish speakers, her name was Ashley or Amber or something. I was heartbroken at how I was being treated and left. The other staff was somewhat friendly. I do not recommend this space.
