The experience was awsome!!! I normally go to an urgent care not far from here a well known establishment.. When I tell you WellNow was such a refreshing experience. The self check in kiosk was fast. It was not crowded. They called me in the back in less than 15 minutes. The lady at the front desk was very nice and pleasant.. I had x-rays done and was out in about an hour.. I would highly recommend this place.. I was able to go on about my day without being in the urgent care all day.

I had a pretty good experience. Definitely recommend them. The facility is clean, comfortable, and organized. They have contact less check in. We were seen in a timely fashion. Staff was professional. The doctor was kind addressed our health issue effectively. Great place.

This was the best urgent care office I’ve been to. Really nice and caring medical staff, knowledgeable, thorough and quick. They get you in and out without hurting your pockets. They also offer you tea, water and slushes during your short wait time. If I have to come back to an urgent care, it will definitely be this one.

They don’t always have a tech for X-rays. They don’t call or tell you that. You have to take the extra step to call and ask before you go because they won’t. Easy to book online but they put signs on their doors to notify their clients of any changes instead of calling and informing them. Extremely frustrating and a waste of time.

Great facility ! Shout out to the whole team who worked. June 9, 2023 I was in and out in an hour.Staff is friendly. The reception was nice. I forgot her name Rachel was so kind & gentle & caring I forgot the name of the young lady with the pretty nails who took my blood pressure but she was nice as well . They had a slushy machine, snack, water & coffee. 😍🥶 I didn't enjoy one tho great snacks nothing like being at the urgent care & hungry. Very clean professional. What I most loved was structure & the wait wasn't long. If going to urgent care I want to be seen urgent. And they did just that. Gladd I've found this place. Another place I've visited I've had to wait 5 or 6 hours... This place has a great system.. I highly recommend Well Now❤️‍🩹 Thank y'all ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Office is VERY neat and clean. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with WellNow late on a Sunday night and they accommodated me no issues whatsoever. Big shoutout to ASIA she made me super comfortable and was very understanding. Would highly recommend.

I visited this urgent care yesterday, and the experience went well. One of the first things I noticed was how clean the facility was as I entered the front entrance, next I was greet by the member at the front desk. The environment was peaceful. I was taken care of quickly and both the nurse and young lady at the front desk wished me well and showed concern. I’d definitely recommend this urgent care. If I need services again I’ll surely return.

Came in with a thorn in my foot. Waited for three hours for someone to dig into my foot with no anesthesia and then say she couldn’t do anything to get it. Physicians immediate care was way more professional and knowledgeable and discussed my options (and they got the thorn out!) The front staff was really sweet though. 5 stars for them!

I went to Well Now for a pre employment physical. First of all appointments can be made online and you get a reminder text 45 min before your appointment. They are Covid safe, you wait in your car and they text you to come in. The receptionists are friendly and sweet. The nursing staff is efficient and excellent. I will definitely come back. This clinic is very clean! They had beverages available, the front desk clerk was very nice! Also, the CNA who took my vitals and etc. BUT NP Samantha Hyche was absolutely fantastic! She truly helped me out! I really do appreciate her going that extra mile! Sadly, this is rare to find such a professional, clean and wonderfully staffed medical clinic. I highly recommend going here for your health care needs!

I have been to this urgent care location twice, and both were good experiences. The staff are friendly, professional, and most of all they listen to you. The wait times are also very short. This is my new urgent care clinic.

I went to take my daughter who’s been sick for a a couple weeks. They were all so nice! They treat children so good they definitely made my daughter feel safe and happy while she was there. Both times I have been they treated my daughters very nice made them feel safe and did everything they could.

Super Friendly Staff. Out of town visitor, in need of urgent care after too much vacation fun. Team was very accommodating. Front desk rep was super sweet, explain everything thoroughly. Wait time was fair ( I got in early). Nurse Assistant was amazing, handled me with care, listened to my concerns, asked follow up questions to ensure she understood me correctly, made sure I was comfortable and communicated next steps and wait time to see the nurse practitioner. Jennifer Schnell was excellent! She examined me prior to prescribing treatment. She gave both immediate care and extended treatment which I appreciated. I didn’t feel rushed and received excellent bedside manner. I found this center using Google reviews and I’m happy I trusted the ratings because I left in much better condition than when I arrived. On one of the coldest days in Chicago, I needed to see a doctor. The staff was very professional, the office was clean and the doctor or P.A., not sure, but his bed side manner was superb. Great experience from making the online appointment to receiving the care I needed. Thank you for helping me.

This place is great! The only downside is the wait times. Even though I booked an appointment I still had to wait 3 hours due to only one doctor being on staff that day. At least it's better than waiting 13 hours at the ER!

My children and I have used WellNow Urgent Care for school sports physicals, diabetes referrals and covid care. We have always had positive experiences. The reception staff is always professional, friendly and well informed. The medical staff are top notch. They know their stuff and they also want to help. They take their time to make sure you understand. They call around to find the best fit for a care plan beyond their abilities, they follow up and even answer the phone if you call them. I recommend them as a first step in any non-emergency medical care.

I had a great experience. Very organized, front desk receptionist was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Though my concerns were for my child she was patient and made me feel comfortable. They also have a system that will Let you know your place in line and let you know when it’s your turn.I loved that so much . Very clean establishments. Everyone was nice and the PA took her time and explained everything. If need be, I will be returning for sure. Thank you guys

Best experience at a medical facility in a longtime!!! Sadly, I needed an urgent care on Thanksgiving morning. I was able to make an online appointment and upload all the required documents ahead of time. Asia, at the front desk, was very welcoming and acknowledged me immediately. Adelia, the pct, greeted me with a smile and promptly called me back to an available room. She took the time to listen to my symptoms and set me up with the test I needed. Singh, the PA, gave me a prescription to take care of my ailment and answered all my questions before I left. Given that it was Thanksgiving I was pleasantly surprised with how nice and welcoming everyone was. I was in and out in 40 min. I definitely recommend this Wellness Now over other urgent care facilities in our area!!

The customer service was top tier at Well Now Clinic. One guy by the name of Phil was phenomenal in making sure I had the paperwork to get my sons form completed for his sports physical. Unlike some places when WellNow Clinic say walk-in accepted they mean it. The service was clear, fast and simple. Did I mention my son was able to be serviced with his grandparent while I was working. My mother loved the free slushy while she waited. Honestly, this clinic was there when I needed them, nothing else to say but thank you Well Now Clinic.

I took my 2 year old up here and she was diagnosed with a serious disease that required antibiotics. They informed me that her prescription was sent to the nearest pharmacy but when I went to pick it up, it wasn’t there. I went back several times thinking it needed more time to be sent and they never sent it. I returned to WellNow before their closing time and they were closed. I called the next day for assistance and had extreme difficulty reaching someone. This was a horrible experience not just for me but for my daughter who needed care and was obviously forgotten about. When I finally reached someone, I was told it was ordered but never sent. Apparently they “missed that step”. I have spoken with John who was very kind and helped me make peace with the situation. I appreciate the follow up.

I was very pleased with my first visit at Well Now in Evergreen Park. Staff were friendly and the Doctor was very helpful. However, I have been trying to reach the billing department for questions regarding my bill multiple times. The phone rings while I wait for a rep, then goes silent for 15mins and no one picks up. I sent the billing department an email, no one has reached out. I called this office to see what I should do and a nice lady gave me Amanda (the mangers) email. I email Amanda and it says the email address is wrong. So I call this morning and speak to a Cathy/Cassie. I ask her if she can confirm Amanda’s email address and she refuses to give it to me. I explained everything that has happened and that I just need to confirm the email that was already given to me. She says it’s not in front of her and I ask if she can go double check for me, she then says “I literally have trash bags in my hand right now.” I am not the type to write reviews but I don’t know how else to get a hold of someone that can help me with the problem I have. For this reason alone, I wouldn’t recommend Well Now.

Friendly nurses/receptionist. Great listening skills to understand my concerns of what the issue was. Follow up with friendly snacks to calm my daughter down and resolve all possibilities of ruling anything out. Great walk-in concept and I did have the hassle of making an appointment for an urgent matter.

This clinic is one of the best. I notice my teenagers felt very comfortable with the nurse and doctor. Very nice and professional people. Keep up the good work. Love the hours.

I had a great experience here, I came in with a bite from some insect while camping. I was a walk in, registered while waiting, I was seen very quickly, the doctor was pleasant and knowledgeable, she even got a colleague to be sure of what she seen. They smile!!! and offer snacks they have slushy machines there and plenty of parking.

I have insurance, but was told it was not accepted. Fine. I paid out of pocket ($175) because I was scared about my health. I received a receipt of that payment prior to being seen. It took about an hour to see a physician and once seen we interacted for about 10 minutes. I was told "It's probably just anxiety" when I couldn't breathe. Once again, fine. I trusted their judgment. Afterwards, I was not given a physical bill or emailed any sort of documentation requesting further payment. I thought my original out of pocket payment covered everything. SIX MONTHS LATER I received a bill in the mail for $215. I immediately emailed their billing services on 5/30/23. I received a response on 8/8/23. That's over two months later, which is unacceptable. They asked for my birthday to further assist me, which I gave them on 8/8/23. I never heard from them again. Now they've got creditors calling and texting me without ever trying to help me resolve the issue. I will never recommend WellNow Urgent Care to anyone. Disgusting.

I went to this urgent care because I am without insurance, although my husband who is a new attorney will soon be able to insure us through is new job. Athough the wait was super long, everything was fine at this urgent care, until I asked if I could weigh myself. The nurse pratictioner said yes, but the scale was not showing anything, so I tried to turn it on. The other women who I assumed is a nurse? Snipped at me "mame don't adjust the setting on the scale!" I said "oh I'm sorry." And left. I was a cash paying CUSTOMER, not a begger off the street asking YOU for a favor. Maybe you should have kindly offered to help me? Since I payed over 170 upfront ? It is a thing to get weighed at the dr. Not an extra. Or a reason to treat me like I'm some begger ,and not an actual client. Also there is a slushie machine in the lobby . A very loud one. Why is there a dibities delivery machine in the lobby of a health care place? Most of the people in the waiting room are morbidly obese and do not need high calorie drinks with loads of sugar and syrup. That's pretty digusting. Keep them fat and unhealthy, and they will always need urgent care huh ? Oh well. Now I got a bill in the mail from the lab that did' the test . I won't be paying it as I was not informed that I'd get an extra bill. This place sucks.

I absolutely avoid going to any ER and detest the waiting over a week to be seen for a current illness I need answers to at the moment headache. This place was quick, efficient, and thorough. I absolutely loved the service all the way from the front desk to the examination rooms. They were extremely helpful and careful with my LO. Very clean is a super bonus. All in all great experience will be coming back in the future if needed.

Took my daughter for a sports physical. It was a great experience. Very friendly staff! Would definitely recommend going there for physicals/sports physicals. But if your going to walk in… go when they open. They get busy quickly!

Every one was friendly and had a real listening ear. I did not have to wait a long time to be seen. Exam results were clear and they called my prescription in so I was able to pickup my meds very quickly.

This was my very first visit with this amazing facility, I came on for two services and I was seen immediately! Everyone is super professional which I love ❤️ The front desk was super friendly & had great communication in regards towards my services. The entire staff just smiled while treating me . My nurse was Amber she was awesome! Her professionalism was perfect, as well as being attentive of my needs and she was super compassionate as well. My overall experience, was wonderful and I’m just grateful for the team members for actually taking their job serious and going above and beyond to give excellent patient care keep it up guys!

The team at Well Now are professional, courteous and very endearing. I was frazzled when I came in but the front desk desk team helped calm me. The Nurse Practitioner, Jen was the most delightful of all. She was professional, sharp and caring. I really enjoyed our sidebar chat. I highly recommend anyone utilizing this facility for all of their medical needs. The medical team here is very knowledgeable and quite efficient.

Front desk clerk was wonderful I was panicking and a little rude I had to check myself but she was so wonderful ❤ and she never got out of character with me I did apologize for my behavior and she just smiled and said I understand but let us take care of you and that's what the staff did I walk out of their feelings much better and more positive thanks to the great assistance they provide for me thank you for taking care of me

My son fractured his wrist at his birthday party and I needed quick service. I googled Urgent Care near me and there it was Wellness Center. This place is simply AMAZING! The staff is very friendly, professional and caring to your needs. Not to mention, they have a slushes machine, Keurig machine, toys, games, BEST of ALL a Pac Man Machine (you heard me)! ❤️ This is the most professional environment I have been in as far as medical. Well worth my money.

I went in, because of my sore throat, night sweats, dizziness, extremely tired, & discomfort in my left side. I was taken back to see the PA in less than 12 minutes and this was a Saturday, at 2:00 pm. I need take acetaminophen, drink plenty of fluids and rest until my Covid test comes back. Urine perfect , not the flu, pulse perfect, blood pressure perfect, no fever and….. These were the test I had I thought $135.00 was too expensive, but I will submit the bills to my insurance. Very clean, the two lady’s at the desk were very friendly. In the waiting room their were, snacks and beverages. Thank you!

I'm glad that I chose WellNow Urgent Care. The staff was very courteous and professional. There was no waiting. I was escorted to the examining room immediately after registering. The PA was caring and attentive to my medical needs. I will most definitely utilize their services again if necessary. I recommend WellNow Urgent Care to everyone.

The automated text check-in didn't work and I was waiting in my car about 15 minutes before someone called me and asked if I was still coming for my appointment. Other than that glitch, the process for new hire drug screening was straightforward and quick. The staff was friendly, too, which is always a plus!

Went for a Covid PCR test. Super easy and efficient registration. Registered online, uploaded my insurance card and license so when I got there didn’t have to fill out any paperwork. Waited in my car for about 1 minute before being told to come in. Friendly and thorough medical staff. Appointment in the morning, results by late afternoon.

Had a good experience having my child tested for covid there in Dec so took my other child there today. Somehow in the 6 weeks since my last visit, I am mysteriously now “out of network”. But the real mystery is why they wanted to charge me $175 to test him if he didn’t have symptoms, and $250 if he did. Two different prices for the same test?? Seems like this place is using Omicron to its advantage, which is outrageous and shameful. I won’t be back.

I went to WellNow because my normal urgent care was busy until later in the evening and I felt really sick and figured that needed to start some antibiotics as soon as possible. The process of starting paperwork online and checking in from my car really sped up the process of waiting to be seen by the nurse practitioner. I was only in the waiting room for about five minutes before I was seen. The nurses were very friendly, caring, and thorough with their explanations. I'm very happy that I decided to try this clinic instead of waiting until the evening at the other urgent care or until the weekend was over to see my doctor.

I had a bad experience with a hospital before, so I was a little skeptical about coming here. But the staff is so friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcome and they really want to make sure that when you leave you feel better then when you first came in. Hopefully no more injuries or illness, but I would most definitely come back.

I don’t usually leave reviews for places, but for WellNow I’ll make an exception. I love how organized the facility was. I made an appointment online and a room was already ready for me when I arrived. The nurse came in right away and took my vitals. The Dr. came in right after. He came back and explained everything to me and I felt heard. He even brought me a doctors note in case I needed one for work- I’ve never had a facility be that considerate. The staff was so friendly!! Not just the front desk. Every employee I passed acknowledged me. I appreciate the time they all took to tell me to have a good day. I hope they had an even better one. Keep up the GREAT work.

First off I found it really cool that besides coffee and water they offered slushies wow! I was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Was very kind and she listened to me I felt like she had time for me. I would really recommend

So, I recently visited this place and let me tell you, it was an amazing experience! It always is. The staff there starting from the front desk intake all the way to the physician’s are incredibly caring and friendly from passing out snacks and toys to the babies as well as having a variety of refreshments for all ages while you wait. They really take the time to listen to your concerns and make you feel comfortable. Not only that, but they work super fast and efficiently, so you don't have to wait around forever. I was really impressed by their expertise and how they genuinely care about their patients well-being. If you're looking for a clinic that ticks all the boxes, I highly recommend them. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! 😄🌟 I just love this clinic! P.s make your appointment online and arrive on time and everything else is smooth sailing, I can’t stress this enough.
