A SCAM AND A RIP OFF! BUYER BEWARE. Early Bird special, I got in 6am. Thought it would be $17. It turns out I would have had to stay until 1pm to get the discount. I paid $46 to park for two hours. Although I admit that I should have read the rules more carefully, or perhaps asked more questions, I was in a bit of a hurry to park at the time, and did not believe it was possible that they would charge me MORE for staying LESS time. I had wanted to park in Millennium Parking Garage, but I noticed there was a lot of activity going on near there due to the music festival going on today. I decided to look for an alternative parking area. When we walked to Millennium Park, where we wanted to go, we noticed that the garage there was open, and wished we had just parked there. When we got back to this parking garage (WMW) I inserted my ticket only to find the charge was $46 rather than the $17 I expected. I complained to the employee but she did what she was paid to do, which was to tell me that she doesn't make the rules and that's just the way it is. I think had I asked to speak to a manager, perhaps I could have argued or negotiated, but probably not. It probably would have been akin to yelling at a brick wall. So, I will charge this to experience and move on. But, F$@% YOU WMW Self Park!

CAR BROKEN INTO VALUABLES STOLEN. Only putting one star it’s really zero in order to write review. We parked here overnight. Placed our suitcases and bags in trunk and car next morning and walked around for 3 hours. Came back and car was broken into. Security randomly knew where some of our items were in stairwell....EXCEPT THE VALUABLES!!!!! Security guard knew too much...was smirkin. Our jewelry and electronics were taken. He offered no help and left. Due to this my family missed their flight. They didn’t even call cops we had too.

Easy park access In and Out Actually listed as a Spot Hero location but we stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn at 11 S LaSalle Street who offered a better rate for the same garage. Well lit and staff on site. Garage was clean but the elevators and adjacent areas need some cleaning.

6'7" was high enough for my little car to fit it. I really enjoyed how they label the levels of the building to other places in the world. I'll post a picture it was entertaining. I was level 4 and in china but I forgot what level so I want to level 3 which was Canada. Just by listening to the music outside the elevator I knew this wasn't the floor. I checked anyway, I ended up going back into the elevator and went to the correct floor. It was entertaining. Only $16 is what I paid which isn't too bad for a Saturday night. I'd park here again if I needed to. You could pay before leaving or just pay at the line with a card. Which is what I did. They also had some spaces for compact cars which is more and more common now that I think about it.

Tried online reservation on their website. On checkout, it just indicated “...processing” for a few minutes. Called the garage to find out if the reservation was made or not. They could not confirm if the reservation was made. They asked me to check my card statement to see the charge went through.

Good location and big parking lot. Prices are just like any other place in Chicago, expensive. It is covered which is a good thing to have. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around the area

Kind a clean spaces. Good idea that each floor named as cities. If you are using Parkwhiz, you don't have in n out access and they're not going to refund you unless you have a paper receipt. Because Parkwhiz is an app, you can't have a paper receipt. So, no refund with Parkwhiz

I park here because it cheap and the location is perfect for my commute. The layout forces you to commit to a floor before you know if there is parking availbe there... if not you either have to drive back the wrong way into oncoming traffic (please don't do that) or go all the way down to the exit and work your way back up. Elevators are routinely out of order and the spaces are too small. Cheap though.

Used Park Whiz to book this garage. Clean, well lit, and an easy walk to the Cadillac Palace Theater. Booking in advance cost me $10 for 12 hours overnight parking had we needed to stay that long.

This place is a ripe off. Don't believe their early bird special or I should say look at the very fine print. Also this garage has very small parking spots.and smells like urine. The garbage cans are over flowing. Only one of the 3 elevators work. Save your frustration and money STAY AWAY.
