Horrible experience at this store. This bizarre sales associate named Rachel hold such an awful attitude towards me that it is insulting to hear the words she used on me. She also directly influenced the other male Asian associates to deny things he has told me previously. I never expected myself to receive such an awful service at such a store. When I made it clear that I am going to complain her attitude to the company consumer service, she laughed with contempt, and refused to tell me her last name. Please don't go to that store if you'd like to buy Coach products. No one deserves to experience what I've experienced today.

Went in to buy some cologne, after looking at it on the online store the day before. Derrick (One of the transfers from SF Coach in Union) was wonderful! He showcased all the new and past mens wear they had available at the store. Tried on a couple and I think I’m sold on one of the pieces they have. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had at these type of stores and would definitely recommend anyone stopping by for a visit.

Amazing staff! So thankful for Rebecca’s help shipping the last 8.5 Juliet boots to my house! It was a really great expierence. I was feeling so sad that I wouldn’t be able to get a pair as they were almost sold out. I left the situation feeling so excited. I’m thankful for Tracy at customer support connecting me to this store.

Friendly staff! At stores like this you have to know what you want! If they do not have what you want then you need to find something else to get or have what you want ordered. Otherwise do not waist their time because they wanna make easy sales! My advice is to browse online and then see it at the store and if it for you then buy it! If not no big deal just move on and do not waste luxury goods sales associates time!

Extremely discourteous customer service on Friday 09.18 - no welcome, handed the bag over and walked off, thought the price was "ballpark 500". Rude, ignorant Coach staff - will not be returning.

Although I personally didn't purchase anything. I did have a lot of questions and they were very helpful. Super friendly. Overall good customer service.

Was personally offended today by their treatment. One of the female sellers told me they sold me something “by mistake” and would not sell another one. Definitely gave me a condescending look. I’ve never been so insulted by a store before. I’ll mention this was after another seller was nice and helped me out. Shame this is the way they treat costumers, especially when the store is empty.
