Everything is new. Everything is updated. The staff is friendly and helpful and everything is always clean. They got real nice perks for people with black membership. A good place to lose weight and stay fit. Definitely hopes it stay like that.

The manager is always there. He addresses you by your name. All the staff are helpful. It's a pleasant and clean place to work out in. I love their hydromassage, tanning machines, and the total body hydromachine.

The gym is clean, equipment are new. But what really annoys me in this gym is the dumbell area, dumbell benches most of the time are busy, more dumbell benches should be added!

Clean well maintained gym. Staff was friendly and helpful. Other gym gowers were kind and curious.

Came on the first week they opened and been here since! Really love the cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff, and brand new machines. Staff is helpful and well trained. Would love to see it become 24/7 in the long run!

This location was very clean .The staff professional. It was my first time visited that location. I kind like the location.

This is my first day actually working out here. But it does have a nice atmosphere. And it seems to be clean.

The one on 47th and lake Park is convenient for me but it was so filthy the other day and I was disappointed

Usually clean. Weights in order. Friendly staff. Clean machines. 4pm to 10pm, it is packed.

I drive 30 minutes out of my way and pass several PFs just to go to this particular location. The bathrooms and gym floor are always clean and well stocked, and the front desk associates are always professional and courteous. Thank you for providing a comfortable space of focus where I can dedicated my time to my fitness goals! Please don’t change on us! 😊

I was a member about about 8 years ago at a different location. I moved and went to another gym. I moved near this location and joined. It is very nice. The staff is pleasant, the facility is clean and the equipment is kept in good shape. Also, Planet Fitness is much better than I remember it being. Nice upgrades!!!

I actually love this gym . I used to go to another location ( I won't say the location). This one is way better. Bigger. Staff is super nice and very clean.

Amazing facility. Very clean, spacious, and great layout. Nice and friendly staff also. Best PF location I have been in! The only current downside is all the children roaming around due to the high school summer program, but hopefully that will get better once school starts again. Please also bring back pizza days! Overall, great/affordable gym!

Clean bathrooms. Amazing staff. Great variety of machines. Clean..very clean. My parents and I are regulars here.

Great place one of the best planet fitness locations in Chicago such a shame Karen’s like Kathy Novak give two stars because they can get a few more minutes on a massage machine tell hour greasy husband to give you a massage

I love this place, clean spacious and lots of parking, staff is nice, although i had a bad experience with a member in which he was super setting with multiple machines and got offended that i decided to use one of them, i have no problem sharing but the member decided to threaten me saying “lets ho outside” “its gonna get handled”…bro ruined my workout, one of the staff knows who I'm taking about.

Not the best gym for weightlifting, more than half of the gym is comprised of treadmills and other cardio machines. I just wish they would expand their weightlifting area and maybe even allow free weights, but for ten dollars a month one can’t complain much.

Thos gym is really clean and the staff is attentive. I am an avid traveler and going to the gym to workout while on vacationing is something I like to do. Planet fitness has always been my cheap and go to travel gym and this one is not bad at all. Clean, nice staff and spacious. However I didn't like the dumbbell area too well. Looks small and can get crowded easily but not too much a problem for me at this time. It was leg day.

The owner of the gym, is AMAZING. Not only will he get you together inside and out! A full service wellness program that you can’t get anywhere else!
