Had an abortion here, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating for me. I fully recommend this center! I felt taken care of and respected in my decision. EDIT: I had leftover products of conception and needed additional surgery at a hospital that cost $6,000. So not as great as I’d have liked.

It took over a week before I could get an appointment. The wait time was an hour even though I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment to complete my intake forms. The receptionist and nurse were friendly and compassionate however my provider was not helpful. I felt like I was just a number to her. She spent maybe 5 minutes with me, did not call in my prescription, and did not offer instructions on my other script. I payed almost $200 for this visit. Very dissatisfied. Will not go back.

Some of the kindest, friendliest healthcare professionals I've ever met. I visited on a day where a system glitch led to patient over scheduling, but none of the staff was rude or rushed. Absolutely a wonderful community resource, so grateful to have PP available!

I drive 3.5 hours to visit this facility and I have had nothing but positive experiences! I love the staff! Everyone is kind, caring, and accepting. I've had some snags getting refills occasionally, but overall I love PP Champaign and highly recommend them!

Getting a staff member who actually cares here is rare and the wait time is absolutely astronomical, every single visit. Not accessible for people who work or go to school full-time. Waiting in the lobby for an hour for an appointment is unacceptable, but unfortunately, that seems to be all of healthcare these days — overpriced, inaccessible, and no genuine care to be found.

every single staff member from the receptionist to the doctor who removed my nexplanon were super friendly. the doctor who helped me was really informative, patient and gentle during the removal process. i was really nervous going into the procedure, but left feeling reliefed and taken care of.

The women here are absolutely amazing and this was far more an easier experience than I could ever imagine. I had to come out of state and was very nervous but that went away pretty fast . A very non judge mental environment. Thank you all for what you guys do !

Very unprofessional. Appointment got rescheduled like 6 times. I went today for my birth control appointment that was scheduled for 11am an I left my house at 10:30am with a tummy ache. I checked in 25 minutes before my appointment and waited in the lobby for them to call me to the back instead at 11:15am they called me up to the receptionist desk to tell me they just canceled my appointment due to being over booked which waited my time and my gas. So when I got home I called their corporate headquarters in New York to make an complaint so now waiting to hear back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT RECOMMEND‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Staff is incredible. Very compassionate and informative every step of the way. It does take awhile for everything to get done but they tell you that. I know I made the right decision coming here.

My experience here was wonderful. All of the staff were very sweet, attentive, and non-judgmental. I had a lot of nerves going in but they very quickly faded. Every single staff member was so wonderful to speak with and very informative throughout my appointment. I can't thank you all enough for making this a great experience for me! Took my girl here for an appointment at 10 in the morning. They didn't even see her until after 2pm. This place is ridiculously slow. The one in Springfield was significantly faster.

Absolutely terrible for the majority of the almost three years I've been on hrt I've been scheduling my follow ups and then about half way through I was told they're supposed to be doing that and they temporarily withheld my hrt and now the people who write my prescriptions are refusing to fill my estradiol and haven't even attempted to contact me

I made an appointment where they told me that there were no problems with anything and when I arrived driving for more than 2 hours. there was nothing of what they told me on the phone. there is no anesthesia, the doctor is not there, a disaster

Staff was super friendly, nice and sensitive to my needs. The wait time wasn’t bad at all, but we also were the second people through the door. We got seen pretty quickly. Took a long drive to this facility. Glad to see that it was well kept, super clean. I saw the nurses sterilize everything as soon as they used it on someone. The procedure was quick, they did the aesthetic as asked. They were through with medical questions, explaining everything and giving me a chance to ask questions. The whole process start to finish took about two hours, since they want to you to stay for 45 minutes to make sure everything’s okay and it took a while for the ultrasound, mostly because it was so early in conception. TLDR; super clean, super nice and attentive staff that paid attention, well done procedure

Lovely staff, they are quite busy most of the times so it is hard to get an appointment in but after the first appointment every thing goes more smoothly. I just want to remind people that they ask you bring your ID and be respectful to them. They are a place that does abortions so they probably get a lot of threats. They are people to :)
