I
was
pulled
into
a
"trap"
yesterday
afternoon
in
this
gas
station:
I
am
very
discontent
and
disappointed
with
the
service
of
renting
a
truck
from
Circle
K
Solna
Järva
Krog.
My
family
sold
our
old
apartment
and
purchased
the
new
one
a
few
months
ago
in
the
same
street
(950
meters
walk
away
from
this
station).
We
searched
the
internet
a
few
days
before
and
it
was
not
easy
to
find
a
truck
nearby.
Cirkle
K
offered
to
provide
the
services
of
renting
a
truck
Saturday,
May
2nd
between
15:00
and
19:00.
Nothing
was
available
before
that
time.
We
booked
the
service
online
(me
and
my
wife).
The
trucks
front
and
sides
were
in
a
bad
shape
due
to
several
previous
collisions/accidents.
I
took
pictures
with
my
mobile
phone.
The
left
mirror
was
patched
with
tape
and
the
defects
all
over
the
vehicles
side
and
front
where
so
many
that
it
would
take
an
entire
page
and
a
few
hours
just
to
write
them
down.
But
our
mission
was
not
complicated.
We
had
to
move
our
belongings
between
two
apartments
(A
and
B)
in
the
same
road,
800
m
from
each
other,
in
Frösunda,
2
km's
drive
from
this
station,
950
meters
walking.
The
document
I
was
given
to
sign
had
only
3
lines
to
describe
the
truck's
defects
("skador"
in
Swedish).
The
front
windshild
had
several
small
defects
but
the
most
apparent
was
just
in
front
of
the
driver's
seat
so
that
it
was
readly
seen,
even
if
less
than
1
cm).
The
document
of
the
inspection
included
a
defect
in
the
front
windshild
described
as
"spricka
i
framruta").
I
guessed
that
defect
was
the
one
described
in
the
document.
My
father
in
law
inspected
the
truck
with
me
and
we
agreed
that
was
probably
that
one.
Please
note
that
the
employee
didn't
offered
to
demonstrate
the
described
defects
in
the
contract
on
the
truck,
not
even
to
explain
how
to
open
the
rear
to
load
the
truck.
He
simply
pointed
to
the
only
truck
in
a
pretty
empty
station
and
said
to
me
to
check
the
vehicle
and
the
document
and
come
back
to
sign
the
contract.
Well,
because
we
had
booked
to
rent
a
truck
to
make
the
move
and
there
were
no
apparent
alternatives
(all
other
vehicles
were
rented),
we
had
to
move
and
transfer
our
belongings
between
those
2
appartments,
we
rented
it
for
909
sek.
I
drove
the
truck
in
company
in
the
local
road
where
the
max
speed
is
mostly
30
km/h
from
the
station
to
Apartment
A,
from
the
apartment
A
to
apartment
B
and
back
(we
moved
everything
in
2
times)
and
from
apartment
B
back
to
the
station.
Between
the
apartments
the
truck
was
filled
by
me,
my
family
and
one
friend
with
sensitive
house
objects.
We
were
very
careful
during
the
transportation.
When
we
returned
the
truck
three
hours
later
and
filled
with
1,5
L
diesel
(20
sek)
for
driving
10
km
(the
employee
instructed
me
to
do
that
even
if
the
distance
was
short).
The
employee
accused
me
of
returning
the
vehicle
with
a
specific
defect
in
the
front
windshild
(stenskott)
which
happens
when
you
drive
in
roads
with
speeds
over
70
km/h.
The
documented
included
a
defect
in
the
front
windshield.
He
pointed
to
the
previously
described
defect
in
the
windshield
and
said
that
it
was
a
"stenskott,
inte
en
spricka".
The
employee
informed
us
that
the
amount
to
cover
was
5000
sek
to
repair
that
specific
defect
in
the
front
windshild
having
already
several
similar
small
defects
as
the
one
appointed.
I
asked
to
speek
to
the
manager,
he
made
a
phone
call
in
front
of
me
and
said
that
a
discussion
was
not
possible.
I
asked
to
write
a
complain
and
the
employee
said
I
could
only
do
it
through
Circle
K's
website.
Well,
since
the
defect
was
there
from
the
begining,
interpreted
by
me
and
father
in
law
as
the
described
"spricka",
since
nothing
of
harm
happened
to
the
vehicle
during
my
care
and
since
I
had
witnesses,
I
refused
to
accept
this
ridicculous
accusation
(taking
into
account
what
I
wrote
above
including
the
bad
aspect
of
the
vehicle).
I
am
writing
this
to
alert
the
customers
to
be
extremely
careful
with
accepting
renting
services
from
this
station.
