Friendly and attentive staff. Tasty burgers for a good price accompanied by some very tasty fries!

I like a good burger and what I got was a superb burger at Brutal! I had a BBQ Bacon Cheese burger. The meat was flavoursome and cooked to perfection. The fillings worked incredibly well and were delicious. The brioche bun was soft with just the right crispness. The chips (not normally something to write home about) were delicious!! I ordered a whole host of sauces, the selection they have is mind blowing (although the chipotle could have done with more heat) The restaurant has the usual Americana but was pleasant comfortable and warm. The service was great and I had a really good chat with the owner/cook. As a new restaurant, I will definatley be going back and wish the the guys all the luck in the future. Give it a go, it's delicious!!!

I have eaten here several times before with friends and family. The serving is just right and well presented. The price is quite and expensive but it's worth it. I only have ordered chocolate shake for the 1st time in our most recent visit and it is an authentic chocolate shake.. Yum! The place is cool and the staff is friendly.

Just ordered a double burger and ribs... And let me tell you, the ribs were the worst ribs I have ever seen and tasted. 1) they literally looked like they were frozen and boiled 2) they actually taste like they were frozen boiled Want proof? Take a look at the pic! What kind of ribs are PALE at the bottom? I mean seriously? Is it the Great Depression right now or something, or is this a recipe of "BBQ RIBS" from the Great Depression? The burger itself was not bad and the fries were okay too, but the ribs...man, are a disappoint, to put it nicely.

I agree with the other reviewers. I was looking forward to a burger on par with Burger Bistron. What I got was a dry and compact patty (way overcooked) and dry burger bun. They claim to get fresh bread every day, but if they do, they toast it so much it becomes dry and crumbly. Go to Märsta instead and get a proper burger.

Since the new ownership, the quality has gone from extraordinary good, to something I would not spend more than 40kr for. The meat patties have been frozen, the consistancy is really strange and not meat-like at all. I will from now on chose Sibylla, mcdonalds or Max which is really sad

Edit: Tried these guys a couple more times and the burgers are good now. Not happy with the change of owners. We ordered 3 burgers and they were all cooked different, well done, medium, and one was rare. Prices are way too high and the quality is poor. The bread reminds me of the Brioche bun from Hemköp/Willys, meat seems frozen and texture rubber like. Too bad, no more good burgers in Väsby. Please, make up your own opinion and try them, this is just my humble opinion.

Incompetent staff, absolutely no qualification to do anything within customer service. Can't even take an order and had to explain the order in details even though I ordered according to the menu. Meat is totally tasteless, no seasoning. Only good thing was the fries. Extremely overpriced food, not worth it at all. Only thing Brutal in here is the price. Will never recommend to anyone.

Delicious burgers at decent prices and some of the best fries ive ever eaten. Staff were friendly and welcoming, food came out in good time. Decor is like a less tacky version of a texas longhorn place (no offense, i love texas longhorn too!). Im the kinda guy who orders a burger with just cheese, bacon and ketchup but felt brave so i ordered the burger with chipotle dressing. Usually I hate dressing on burgers but this was a good amount so it didnt feel overwhelingly greasy like some burger joints can. Me and the wifey will definately come back again!

Good quality burgers with crispy but not dry newly roasted bread. There are a few standard options which makes it simple to choose, including a vegetarian option. The french fries could not have been any fresher, near perfection. Dip sauces especially the melted cheese were great. There was gluten free beer as well as a good selection of drinks overall. Nice interior for a burger place as well. Service was also good. My only wish is to expand the vegetarian options with something else than halloumi as not everyone likes this, perhaps portobello. Some other toppings to choose from would also be welcomed, the choice was slightly too basic or limited for a five star review.

Nice place with friendly staff. The lady who served me spoke very good English and was pleasant to deal with. I ordered a double and the burger was very generously sized and enjoyable. Price isn't too bad (relatively) either.
