Today was the first time I ever experienced a Brazilian wax. That said, I was beyond happy with the customer service I received from Nina. She was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She walked me through each phase of the process, as well as, provided me with detailed information regarding after care. I scheduled an appointment with her for later this week for additional waxing services. I will also be signing up for the Club Orange Membership and visiting Nina monthly moving forward.

I had a wonderful waxing experience today with Nina! I went in for my monthly full Brazilian wax and she was very thorough and efficient. Nina took her time and made me feel really comfortable while there. Also, her technique ensures the service is rather painless. My first professional wax and it was totally worth it. Nina was fast and professional. I was very comfortable the entire time. Scheduling was easy and the front desk staff were professional and friendly. The facility was clean and high quality.

Very pleased! The facility was clean and has a really nice aesthetic. Great add on and retail offers. This was the most comfortable and painless wax I’ve ever had! They also have appointments available after 5 so this makes it so convenient to stay consistent. This is definitely my new waxing home!

I tried Waxing the City for the first time after a not so great experience elsewhere. I was nervous to try somewhere again after the last place. But when I called, they were very understanding of my unique waxing needs and very friendly to talk to. I didn't feel like a burden or anything like that. The studio was very nice and clean. I had Jessica do my wax and she made the time fly by. She was very professional, kind, attentive, and fun to talk with. I didn't feel anything pushed on me like a bunch of products I don't need. In fact, I was the only who asked about products. The membership made sense and I didn't feel pressured into it. I had some issues with my account access but that seems straightened out now which was frustrating but nothing to do with this studio at all. The studio has been very helpful and kind and patient with me as well despite all of my questions. I don't regret having chosen Waxing the City as my new place to do my waxes at for the time being.

Nice looking studio and staff was friendly but I was disappointed by my brow henna experience. The lines weren’t clean, the color was too dark and the dye job was splotchy. I was upset and my brow artist was understanding, empathetic. I appreciated that. Ultimately she removed as much as she could and comped the service. I’d like to try again, with another artist- I haven’t lost hope on the idea!

Kiara was wonderful. I always dread Brazilian waxes but she made the process smooth and as painless as possible. A lot of times I feel like people make me feel bad for not being consistent with my waxes but Kiara was not pushy at all. She was nice to talk to and made me very comfortable. Thank you Kiara! I will never go to anyone else!

This was my first Brazilian in 10+ years. Nina was AMAZING! she made me feel so comfortable and made the process so quick and as painless as possible. She took her time to make sure she got everything and gave me great advice between waxes. The facility is incredibly clean and everyone I had an interaction with was so friendly. I signed up for the monthly membership. It’s a great deal if you’re going to use the services anyway!
