Im
is
very
sorry
for
the
one
star.
I
have
been
to
your
lovely
restaurant
multiple
times
over
the
year
it
has
been
excellent,
the
food
is
fantastic
and
your
staff
are
very
outgoing
and
well-spoken.
On
Saturday
I
called
the
restaurant
asking
if
I
need
to
make
a
booking
as
it
was
my
husband
birthday,
they
advised
me
that
we
can
walk
in.
We
came
all
the
way
from
casula,
and
I
had
to
pay
for
a
nanny
to
look
after
my
two
kids.
When
we
arrived
at
the
restaurant,
a
big
Tall
and
brown
skin
security
guard
was
standing
on
the
door.
He
was
wearing
a
white
shirt.
He
asked
for
my
ID
an
insulting
–
rude
way,
after
that
he
looked
at
me
and
said.
How
many
drinks
have
you
had
tonight?
I
have
(
speech
disorders)
which
affects
the
way
I
talk
especially
when
I
get
nervous,
it
gets
worse,
and
I
can't
put
my
words
together.
I
told
him
I
didn't
have
any
drinks
all
day,
plus
we
are
going
upstairs
to
have
dinner
at
the
restaurant
and
a
few
drinks.
Then
he
turns
to
my
husband
and
said,
unfortunately
mate
,
I
think
she
had
enough
drinks
tonight
and
I
won't
let
her
inside
the
venue.
My
husband
saw
that
I
was
about
to
cry,
so
he
told
him
I
need
to
speak
to
your
manager.
The
security
guard
said:
I'm
one
of
the
managers
and
if
I
call
another
manager,
they
are
going
to
say
the
same
thing.
I
have
never
been
spoken
to
or
treated
like
that
ever,
this
is
not
the
first
time
we
come
to
your
place
we
love
it
there
but
after
this
incident
and
the
way
he
conducted
himself
like
he
owns
the
venue
none
of
my
family
coming
again.
Thank
you
very
much
for
reading
this,
someone
had
to
be
aware
of
what
happened.
Anna
