Happy with the meals and service. The salad was delicious except for the chicken (tasted like imitation meat). The combination of leafy greens, carrots, feta, dressing and crunch from the crackers was perfect. There’s a kids soft play equipment in the corner. Lots of seating arrangements and it was fairly clean. Didn’t have to wait too long for the food.

Rashays Top Ryde is a comfortable casual restaurant that has cosy relaxed spaces for the grown ups as well as a play area for children. It’s such a good idea for families to help keep the kiddies occupied. Because its a big place that sprawls out, there are also plenty of areas for a quieter meal too. The food and drinks are tasty, hearty and great value. The menu has lots of tasty meals to choose from and having the pictures of the food helps with your choice as you see what you are getting. Mind you, with so much to choose from it’s important to look carefully.

It is one of my favorite restaurants ever in Sydney! Varieties of dishes, sandwiches, desserts and drinks. In love with their weekly offers 2$ coffee, after school happy hour, free dinner and etc... Also big space area for sitting and enjoy times with friends 😍 #halal_food

Pretty big restaurant on the first level at the top ryde mall. The service is always excellent. The staff always friendly. This one has an indoor and an outdoor seating that overlooks the open area in the mall. Good food and drinks.

Desert is very cool. Yum yum cream. Nice people in place. Person next door eat charcoal chicken. I eat only desert.

Alway love going to Rashay, good food , great varieties in the menu and reasonable price. Especially some deals comes with free refill of soft drinks . But their drink for kids meal taste artificial colour drink, wish they have other options. Hope they will open more restaurants around sydney.

Our favourite Rashay’s to goto because of the kids play area. Overall Rashay’s is a fantastic place to have a good, solid meal with the family. Super family-friendly; balloons for the kids, free crayon set and colouring book, $10 kids meals ($5 during school holidays and free baby cino). The meals here are super tasty (180g steak, schnitzel and one of the best chips in Sydney - only next to Clem’s at Newtown), and all the meals are very well-priced too! Friendly service (although it can be hard to get someone’s attention; perhaps it is because the restaurant is so huge and staff rostering can be challenging during these unpredictable times), and $2 coffees any time of the day! However please note we didn’t have a good experience at the Top Ryde Rashay’s for coffee (the only franchise we didn’t have a good coffee experience; other places such as Darling Harbour, Tuggerah and Green Hills are all EXCEPTIONAL!). Top Ryde Rashay’s are petty with their coffee beans! We returned the coffee and got new ones but we shouldn’t have needed to ask in the first place if they made it right. Covid safe place to eat with being one of the first restaurants in the past 3+ months to have the complete sneeze guards! Good on you Rashay’s!

Went to Rashays for a late night dinner. My friend and I were welcomed very warmly. We were seated at a table we chose. The service was very good. We ordered and received our meals within reasonable period. The meals were presented well and tasted as good.

Best mushroom sauce you ever get to taste. I literally end up ordering anything that rashays put on menu with a mushroom sauce in it. Such is its prominence. Being a regular customer, I love their menu and range of items they offer. Best place to hangout with family and friends and good this is with a great food along with the ambience. Being a member would save you some bucks which i recommend.

It is clean, offering halal food, and has a play area for kids. I like it.

First experience! Their seafood basket was delicious, Mushroom cream pasta was great too! Also, one of the best sweet potato chips I’ve ever had! Took a star off as pasta was a bit overcooked.

Kitchen is always spot on at this place, and hence why we keep going back. However, service is a hit or miss. And tonight was definitely a miss and my score is more reflective of overall experience there tonight. Staff were inattentive (quote) "too busy" to follow up on an order

One of our waitresses went above and beyond to assist our party of 15 ten year olds. She was so incredibly attentive I was in awe. I could see how she had lots of experience and really enjoys her role. Food was great and overall a great experience. Only two things to point out, the male staff member at reception ( youngish looking) does not have great customer service skills. Comes across blunt and rude. And also, the younger waitress that also attended to our party, seems to lack experience in customer service and needs to be more attentive. I guess that will come with experience.

Really good value on the days with special. Keep my little one entertained through most of dinner time so can not put a price on that :)

Very overpriced and basic menu without a lot of real variety/choice, and limited healthier options. We were inclined to go here because of the softplay area for children but wouldn't visit again because of the menu being so basic and service so slow

The compliment this time goes to sebastian, it’s our first time coming to rashay’s, and it happened just out of the sudden. Everything was closed in the centre so we decided to give rashay’s an opportunity, The professionalism and skills that this boy has it’s just incredible, he told us about his life in Australia 3 years ago and it literally touched our heart, And we are also so impressed how young he is, ONLY 20 years old!!! he makes such a good environment that everyone feels motivated to work and costumers happy around, we were looked after by a young waitress named kayla, and we can only say WOW by how good the food and coffees are! I ordered the wagyu scotch fillet steak 300 gram , when it arrived it was not a Scotch fillet steak and it was definitely not a 300 gram steak, for the price go somewhere else if they are not going to serve you the meal you paid for , and it was cold when delivered to make a bad meal.

We asked for a quick meal before heading to the cinema. Staff were extremely helpful (checking with the kitchen) and food was great. Will come back again

Pub style food and very large portions. Our food was pleasant. There is enough choice for everyone. Chicken and Avocado salad was fresh and the sauce tasty. No exceptional dishes but prices for both food and drinks are reasonable for an in-centre restaurant.

Had a wonderful time. My Partner had organised a surprise birthday party for me and all my friends showed up. Food was good and was reasonably priced. Everyone was able to have a few drinks if they wanted and everyone had a great time. Staff were quick, kind and made sure that service had been fulfilled properly for everyone.

Ordered take away chicken Cesar salad tonight and couldn’t believe I found 4 mini chicken pieces in the whole salad. I kept digging and the whole salad was filled with crusty bread to fool you. This is theft and very dishonest from Rashays Top Ryde. Never again.

The staff is too professional and friendly. Whole food is Halal and yummy. It has a kids area under seven years. It is a good choice for parties and families. You should try it in Ramadan month for open buffet. We liked all foods but My friends didn't lik beef ribs 🍖.

Very friendly staff, nothing was short of a bother. Quick service. Food was good. It was nice to see they have a play centre inside for kids too so very family friendly. Reason not 5 stars as steak was undercooked and one of the other meals that came out was cold. Staff rectified without fuss.

Decent service, subpar food at best. We had the creamy mushroom pasta ($16.95) and brekkie burger ($11.95). Pasta was over cooked, bland and felt like it was whipped up using Campbell’s canned mushroom soup. Brekkie burger buns were burnt and the patty was dry. Probably suitable for families with kids looking for an affordable alternative to the typical fast food.

We had a large group that attended on the 27/12/22. The staff were great! The food was also great! Will definitely eat there again!

Once I found out of this place, I keep coming back. Apply for membership, you can get discount for the whole year. Their pasta is good. Some dishes especially pizza sland burgers have very good price. Some fish/chicken&chips are a bit too high for the price compare to other dishes. The taste is good, meet the standard burger & steak. They have very large space, good for relaxing. Staffs Sometime are hard to call, maybe because of the large space.

The food was fairly good, typical pub quality, with a good range of options. I recommend the chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce. I don't recommend the strawberry lemonade. The service wasn't particularly warm, but it was sufficient. I probably wouldn't visit again, based on the cleanliness of the place, though. The table was very sticky, even after we asked to have it cleaned and the floor was filthy. One of the waiters kept skipping between songs, too, which were playing very loudly. It didn't help with the atmosphere.

Had a invitation from friend and they have arranged seated for 20 people very nicely and on side corner. Food was as usual amazing staff are so friendly especially two guys. Perfect place for big gathering and also for any day treat.

So after my early morning grocery shopping, I stopped by at Rashay's for a morning coffee. I'd say it was one of the most disappointing experience. If you think you're doing a favor to the community by giving out $2 coffee then please don't. I asked for a medium coffee and in returned I got a half-cupped small. I should have right away complained to the staff about it? I do not think so; businesses are not run on complaints, they are run on values.

My coffee came in a dirty cup, the milk’s pitcher was dirty as well. Couldn’t taste it. I loved that they entertain kids though, the service was very slow.

Family friendly restaurant, best service at top ryde. Waitress are very attentive and they never forget what you've asked for. It's always our weekend dine out place as the kids can play at the small play ground in the restaurant. Love their coffee! My daughter love their cheese burger kids meal. Sunday is alway very busy as kids eat free so we try. to avoid that.

The Rashay at Top Ryde has such a brilliant atmosphere. It is bright, casual and warm. It has a big playground for kids and the staff are friendly and attentive. They have a buzzer on every table should you need adhoc service. The food is excellent. The buffalo wings we had were boneless and the wagyu beef was cooked to perfection. The pavlova was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the baked cookie dessert was like eating a warm cookie dough ice cream. The chicken avocado was cooked just right... moist and succulent

Came across this restaurant after Friday night movie. It’s a Nice family/kids- friendly ambient with friendly staff. Only tried their desert and drinks this time but the mains look pretty decent. The Nutella waffle was great for 1 person portion. Not over the top but would not disappoint. Keen to join their annul membership and come more often for casual dinning.

Spacious restaurant with good and friendly service, which makes it a great spot for long catchup if you don't mind the occasional screaming kids. The food is pretty average but are of generous portion size - the American food way. Definitely a family friendly restaurant with an indoor playground.

Good food and consistent with all the other Rashays. Service was excellent. Staff members were extremely friendly and polite. Order was taken and handled professionally. Only concern was the long wait for someone to offer desserts, after we finished our meal. Otherwise, happy with the visit.

I came in around 2 on Sunday. It was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it for Claire. She.Is.Amazing. Her service was exquisite. The food was really good.

My first time i went was with a few friends a couple weeks ago. The service there is really good and the waiters and waitresses are really nice and polite. The food is absolutely phenomenal. I turn from extremely hungry to very full after a visit to Rashays. When I order my food, the service is much quicker than expected which is good and overall, this place is amazing. I loved it so much o went here dining with family again a week later. Highly highly recommend this place to anyone! 5 stars!!! ??

Had breakfast at Rashays Redbank on Monday and it was delicious as usual with great coffee and at a good price too, always puts a smile on my face. :)

Great prices and excellent service

Initially a bit slow and disorganised but once we commenced ordering, everything improved.. Speed and quality of food was good, value for money was reasonable and It’s a very child friendly venue. There is room for improvement at the front line - the meet and greet and table allocation aspect of service is average (Compared with the rest of the business/ experience). Good enough overall experience to do it all again.
