We started out with getting some food. Each of us got something different. They were all delicious. Very fresh, full of taste and more then enough to fill you up. Our server was top notch and on point with the drinks. We played many games for 45.00 I spent for each of us. The atmosphere was awesome. People watching at its finest. I even got to kick back with a cocktail and watch some of the NBA playoffs on 6 different screens. We had a blast playing and laughing. We will be back. This place was a blast. See you soon D&B.

I went here last week with family celebrating a birthday. We had 3 adults, so we asked to load 3 separate power cards. The girl didn’t listen and put their most expensive package on the same card that already had about 450 tokens on it! So we had one card with over 1000, another with nothing and one more with one of the smaller play packages. She said she couldn’t fix it and we would have to share the 2 cards between the four of us! When the manager came he explained they can’t split cards. However, his employee did it and didn’t listen. He ended up giving us a $30 play card in which we went through in less than an hour. The games were still fun but kind of pricey- 9 credits per game on most games seemed average. The bathrooms in the 4 hours we were there were not cleaned. The toilet paper on the floor when I first got there was still there when I left. The ONE handicapped stall was out of order with no sign on it. My mother who uses a walker had to use a regular toilet, struggle with no arm grab bar, and leave the door open which was embarrassing for her. I brought it up to a different manager and his response was, “We are understaffed.” Ordering drinks from the bar. Expect low quality service all around. The bartenders cannot tell you the drink price until you purchase it… I had 2 different bartenders guess what the total would be. My first bartender made our drinks really sweet, so we quickly sucked a little down to wait for her to check on us so we could have seltzer added to make them drinkable. We waited for a really long time before I asked 2 employees who were filling drinks for tables if they could add seltzer to our beverage. They said, “No we are servers you have to get the bartender.” So we waited awhile longer and eventually she came back. The second bartender never came back after making me a mixed drink. I explained my first one was too sweet and asked how his mojitos are. He said they’re pretty good so I went with it. It didn’t taste like a mojito but it wasn’t too sweet. He dropped the check without asking how we were or if we wanted another beverage. I waited for him to come back. He never did so we did not get to order more drinks. It wasn’t even busy. No one was at the bar aside from the two of us. We will go back to use our power cards as we have spent over $200 recently loading them. I will not order a mixed drink and would be hesitant to try the food or bring back my handicapped mother. Way to take a fun place and mess it up with poor service.

I absolutely love this place. It's a long drive but My family, friends and even dates go here for the over-all atmosphere, entertainment, food and drinks. I for sure turn into a big kid when I'm there. Plus I finally won enough tickets for a Stuffed Cartman 🤗 and Dave & Buster Cup in the past 🤸🏽‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️😆!!

My family and I had an awesome time, food and drinks was great had a wonderful waitress. Enjoyed half off Wednesday on their games. Establishment was clean including the bathroom. Can be expensive but well worth it especially if you love to see your family happy. It can also be a great place for a date night as well.

*Highly Recommend* *Great Family Fun* Go on a Wednesday for half off game night! We had a great time here & would definitely come back but only on half off night which is still expensive however to see everyone so happy is well worth it.

September 2023 - came here on my daughters 11th birthday. She had never been here and I took her to play some video games. We did $46 and played for about 1.5 hours. We had a good time but the best part is she had a blast. There was a young woman in the store to purchase things with your tickets. I did not get her name but she was awesome. She helped us out with whatever questions we had. Overall, the place was fun, not too busy on a Wednesday and a lot of tvs to watch a sporting event.

I will not blame Dave and Busters for such bad service because I could tell they were having an employee shortage. However I have been to this location before and the service was great. The entire front section of the restaurant is closed so you can only sit in the back section of the restaurant where all the games are located still the restaurant packed with people and no where to sit if your feet get tired and not enough tables to sit and order food. I will visit again the employee's where nice trying to do the best they could next time will not go on a Saturday afternoon. Fun place to eat and play, nice selection of games.

It’s Dave and Buster’s Been coming here for years. Nothing really bad. There is an age limit at night. Good food, tv, drinks, bar, games, private party. Very big location. Menu is always changing. Not to expensive. For video games, this is 2nd place. First places goes to Round1. No one can beat Round1. Their places are always huge and this place is no exception. RIP Buster. Highly recommended

Dave & Busters has fallen off the rails quite a bit. Their arcade games only last a few minutes and cost have skyrocketed. I’d recommend looking into a gaming trailer if you want to play games with friends. My friend just rented Ready Player 1 out of Waterford and they brought the video games right to their front door. It was amazing and the kids loved it.

We have been waiting 45 minutes to eat. It took 20 minutes for water. The server's attitude is awful. Might as well pack a picnic and eat in the car. Cause ya aint eating here or will not want to. The labor shortage isn't an excuse for a bad attitude. Next the food finally arrived. The quality of food for the price was funny. Came out cold and thrown together. The descriptions def didn't match what we saw and tried to eat. The chicken in the salad was so crispy you could break a tooth. The nachos were interesting. The burger was sad. Guess we've never seen this low quality food for the cost. Wow. Just come for the games. A couple mcchickens a large fry and a sprite is a much better idea - and better priced.

Today was my first ever going to Dave and busters. I have got to say it was something magical going on a dated with my girlfriend. It was just simple fun and competitive gaming with the person you like. Also it a great place for a family get together. Not much I really have a problem with except for the little wait time eating there. Overall I would be coming back for another fun.

Decent place. Parents need to watch their children better and the frozen food served was way over priced but all in all we had a blast.

Had a much needed date night with my hubby and wanted to try something different. Dave and Busters was definitely the way to go! The food was great and accommodated my gluten allergy. We were able to get 15 extra free chips by simply downloading the app and adding the chip card we had purchased. There’s tons of game options and the crowd wasn’t too bad. My husband got a couple drinks and was very happy with their taste. The bartender was running around like crazy but still ensured we got great service and were taken care of. I would say that the environment is geared towards older children (8+) and adults but that’s not a complaint for me. I think it would be a great birthday party place! I had the chicken club sandwich on a gluten free bun with fries and I was awesome! Definitely recommend checking out Dave & Busters, but be prepared to spend quite a bit of time there!

Took the kids here for the first time and it was okay. Not a lot of arcades for the kids. No bounce house or playhouse for the little kids and no bumper carts of any sort. However, there are a lot of seating tables plus a bar.

My kids and I love this place! There’s so much fun for everyone! The food is great, the service is wonderful and there’s so many game options for all ages, unlike other play places for kids. I highly recommend it! You can go with a large group or just the family, they will all enjoy their time and have fun!

I gave this location because the staff was nice and the food was good, but this is a place for games. It was disappointing as I walked around there were a few games out of service. All of the basketball games had balls that showed a lot of wear and tear, plus they were have deflated. The Skeet Ball game broke down as my friend and myself played it so it had to be taken out of service. I tried play an alien shooting game but gun target sights were way off making it not much fun. There we a few fun games like Air Hockey, Pac-Man, connect four and a few others but kinda limited. The Uptown Burger was delicious and our server Kyle was great.

I was looking forward to a decent meal, enjoyable conversation and games. Well....when arriving was forced to sit in the gaming room as the main dining area was closed for a reservation that never showed up..at after we got there at 8 and before we left at 10. Food took over a half hour to get to us and the fries were on the boarder of warm and cold. Being forced to sit in the game room bar killed any chance of having a conversation. The remodel made the place feel drab. The gray and blue with a bunch of can lights in the ceiling killed the fun vibe this once had. There areas draped off, and every one out of 4 game had something malfunctioning. Truly unfortunate as this was once an awesome location that was truly enjoyable.

We went on a Wednesday so games were half priced which was nice. The service sucked though. There was a line out the door and only one person at the register. Everyone that worked here seemed to hate their job/ life. No smiles, no apologizes, no common courtesies whatsoever. The express bar was quick and drinks were tasty, but again, poor service. The bar was also covered in dried up drinks. Seating was very limited to eat, which is totally understandable. However, nobody checked on us while we ate and we waited over a half hour before we even got a chance to ask for our bill. If I came again I would definitely would only come for the games, but even then, the choices were limited. Highly dissatisfied. Maybe it was just the day, but I doubt it.

I grew up going to Dave and busters. This time I took. My little niece she had an amazing time. We ordered food got play cards. Our cards didn't get loaded correctly and the waitress was amazing fixed it with no problem was all out great. The food was tasty. Portions for the price not so much. The area is great! But if you have a sensory problem I suggest not going there. It is a over load. Games need more maintenance don't know how many points I wasted on games that were broke and or just didn't give you your points. Hope this helps. I'd go there again. I've been to a few others I still choose this one.

Steak & mashed potatoes were good hubby ordered a side of shrimp that had gone bad. Chicken Parmesan was good except the sauce was a lil too powerful.

We love this Dave & Buster's. We have been going to this location more than 20 years. We love the separate dining room for meals. Because it is separate we can have conversation easier than in the game room. The only reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is, the equipment for game cards and some games are not working properly. It is also hard to get attention from your server in the game room eating areas. However, 90% of the time it isn't an issue. The games and service are good.

Front and back of house are killing it. If you’re coming after 8/13/22 you’re in for a good time. Try the Spicy Taco Dippers and the Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich. The Jack-O Lantern spiked shake is the realist. Party on!

Lots of new games and fun things to do. Defiantly expensive. Would be nice if you could play more games that didn't take 3 seconds to lose your money. My wife loves the coin machines and I like the basketball. We never eat here due to the noise level.

I want to thank the chef for all the delicious food he prepared for all of us. From the nachos to the Cobb and my sons hamburger the Chef did his thing. I mean the food was so delicious I had to call and share it with the shift manager the following day. The evening crew was awesome! Special thanks to Theo who was kind, professional, cheerful, eager to help and greeted us with a smile. Let’s not forget his sidekick who was a complete rockstar with helping Theo with drinks that night. I will be honest I didn’t expect this Amazing dine in experience at a kids fun 🤩 spot. Dave and Busters Utica I highly recommend for delicious food and a great time! 🎉

Me and hubby had a great date day. Tons of games, something for everyone. The area is spacious. Great for the entire family. We only enjoyed the games, but we have had food in the past and we were always satisfied with our entrées. Side note: Wednesdays are 1/2 off game days. Yeah!!! Double your fun. ❤️🤗

Great 😄 fun for the entire family. Wide assortment of interactive games that will keep everyone entertained for hours- make sure you bring your wallet 🤑 . Hang out at the var, watch the game or have a bite to eat 🍕. My niece Loved the axe 🪓 throwing game as she is too young for the real thing- right on time👍🏾

I’ve been here for a few fun date nights, but nothing beats seeing the joy on a kids face when they see all the games when they walk in. They remodeled recently and it looks better, but more then a few key games were out of order. Forgot our actual swipe card at home, they charge 3$ for a card to put money on. Prize selection for tickets was limited as well, maybe I’m slighted because they didn’t have one single Pokémon plush :)

We are vegetarian and it is against our religion to eat meat. We ordered plain pizza with no meat and we was served one with Pepperoni. Talked to the manager and he said “we cannot do anything”. Neither did they changed the pizza nor they gave the credit. We asked him for his name and he dis not gave. If you are doing by the books why they are scared? Here is the picture of the manager
