I
went
here
last
week
with
family
celebrating
a
birthday.
We
had
3
adults,
so
we
asked
to
load
3
separate
power
cards.
The
girl
didn’t
listen
and
put
their
most
expensive
package
on
the
same
card
that
already
had
about
450
tokens
on
it!
So
we
had
one
card
with
over
1000,
another
with
nothing
and
one
more
with
one
of
the
smaller
play
packages.
She
said
she
couldn’t
fix
it
and
we
would
have
to
share
the
2
cards
between
the
four
of
us!
When
the
manager
came
he
explained
they
can’t
split
cards.
However,
his
employee
did
it
and
didn’t
listen.
He
ended
up
giving
us
a
$30
play
card
in
which
we
went
through
in
less
than
an
hour.
The
games
were
still
fun
but
kind
of
pricey-
9
credits
per
game
on
most
games
seemed
average.
The
bathrooms
in
the
4
hours
we
were
there
were
not
cleaned.
The
toilet
paper
on
the
floor
when
I
first
got
there
was
still
there
when
I
left.
The
ONE
handicapped
stall
was
out
of
order
with
no
sign
on
it.
My
mother
who
uses
a
walker
had
to
use
a
regular
toilet,
struggle
with
no
arm
grab
bar,
and
leave
the
door
open
which
was
embarrassing
for
her.
I
brought
it
up
to
a
different
manager
and
his
response
was,
“We
are
understaffed.”
Ordering
drinks
from
the
bar.
Expect
low
quality
service
all
around.
The
bartenders
cannot
tell
you
the
drink
price
until
you
purchase
it…
I
had
2
different
bartenders
guess
what
the
total
would
be.
My
first
bartender
made
our
drinks
really
sweet,
so
we
quickly
sucked
a
little
down
to
wait
for
her
to
check
on
us
so
we
could
have
seltzer
added
to
make
them
drinkable.
We
waited
for
a
really
long
time
before
I
asked
2
employees
who
were
filling
drinks
for
tables
if
they
could
add
seltzer
to
our
beverage.
They
said,
“No
we
are
servers
you
have
to
get
the
bartender.”
So
we
waited
awhile
longer
and
eventually
she
came
back.
The
second
bartender
never
came
back
after
making
me
a
mixed
drink.
I
explained
my
first
one
was
too
sweet
and
asked
how
his
mojitos
are.
He
said
they’re
pretty
good
so
I
went
with
it.
It
didn’t
taste
like
a
mojito
but
it
wasn’t
too
sweet.
He
dropped
the
check
without
asking
how
we
were
or
if
we
wanted
another
beverage.
I
waited
for
him
to
come
back.
He
never
did
so
we
did
not
get
to
order
more
drinks.
It
wasn’t
even
busy.
No
one
was
at
the
bar
aside
from
the
two
of
us.
We
will
go
back
to
use
our
power
cards
as
we
have
spent
over
$200
recently
loading
them.
I
will
not
order
a
mixed
drink
and
would
be
hesitant
to
try
the
food
or
bring
back
my
handicapped
mother.
Way
to
take
a
fun
place
and
mess
it
up
with
poor
service.
