This restaurant was exceptionally clean and bright when we went. I thought the ice cream was just alright and that the flavors were pretty generic. Maybe I’m just spoiled, because I’m a huge fan of Jenis ice cream and compare most boutique ice cream shops to them. I will return and try more flavors.

Yummy! Super creamy ice cream with lots of variety when it comes to flavor. Nice design in shop, with very clean surfaces. Friendly staff. I had the chocolate Cherry flavor, which I can’t think of the name at this moment, and I’d argue it was better than Ben and Jerry’s Cherry Garcia. I had it in a shake and the consistency was practically perfect. The whipped cream, which everyone swears by, was just average. I didn’t think it was anything to write home about. I do wish we had a location in North Carolina.

Excellent ice cream parlor. I took some small kids here and they loved looking at the mounted train and track going around the shop. The Lavender Honey and Strawberry Jalapeno seasonal flavors were among the best and most interesting ice cream flavors I've ever tasted. The Lavender Honey is so refreshing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This location is kosher, though I don't know about other locations. Their was a long line when we walked in, but the staff was so fast. There were so many unique flavors, and all the ones we ordered were delicious. My boys loved watching the train while we waited.

This is the best ice cream in Ohio!! Vegan and regular is out of this world. Bring a cooler so you can bring some quarts or pints home for later. And this location is easy to get in and out of. Best ice cream!!

Easily the best Ice Cream in Northeast Ohio. It might be the best on Ohio... certainly one of the best ice creams in Ohio. This place just feels like home. It's a blend of modern industrial styling without losing the feel of an old time ice cream shop. The staff are warm, inviting, and well-trained. They are courteous, they are helpful, and they make the experience as positive as it is. Some of our favorite flavors are cookies and cream, toasted pistachio, campfire s-mores, Tiramisu, pralines and cream, amaretto cookie, and the peanut butter fudge sundae.

Love their ice cream and love the service there. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Now that I am vegan they still have options for me. I had the mango sorbet and it was delicious. It is made with almond milk. The ice creams are all made with coconut milk which I do not like so I did not have those. Hopefully one day they will make some with something else like possibly oat milk? But I am happy with the mango sorbet. We will be back!

They have the best ice cream in Cleveland. The texture is perfect. My favourite flavour is coffee chocolate chunk!
