Finally,
I
get
to
write
a
review
!
Sorry,
this
might
be
a
bit
lenghty
but
I
hope
this
can
give
a
better
picture
for
whom
this
program
is
and
what
to
expect:
After
years
of
running
to
physios
and
other
therapists
I
couldn't
improve
my
pains.
And
though
being
young
and
always
active
and
doing
sports
I
never
got
"better"
at
my
fitness.
I
knew
something
was
off,
I
was
doing
something
wrong
and
lacking
the
correct
information
about
exercising.
Nothing
that
is
taught
in
"regular/cable
machine"
gyms
(so
to
speak)
worked
-
on
the
contrary
I
believe
that
my
years
of
going
to
the
gym
at
around
16-18
years
of
age
(mainly)
led
to
my
problems.
Forward
to
today,
after
having
had
4
kids
and
wanting
to
get
back
to
being
fit
and
painfree
my
great
therapist
(finally
I
had
found
one
that
had
this
knowledge)
gave
me
the
answer
of
what
was
"wrong"
in
my
body:
structural
imbalance!!
First,
it
is
very
sobering
to
realize
that
though
with
the
best
intentions
of
doing
something
good
for
my
body/health
I
have
been
doing
damage
to
my
body
and
I
was
not
sure
whom
to
believe
anymore.
But
I
was
so
eager
to
find
the
right
programs/mentors
to
correct
my
mistakes
and
finally
be
able
to
train
guilt-free
and
trusting
again.
I
dived
into
Google
with
only
three
characteristics
I
knew
I
wanted
in
a
program:
-
knowledge
about
(or
at
least
mentioning)
structural
balance
(interesting
that
-to
my
knowledge-
there
are
almost
none
out
there
teaching
and
knowing
about
this)
-
health/correct
functioning
of
the
body
without
the
obsession
of
looks
(to
me
that's
on
of
the
main
factor
in
order
to
distinguish
between
all
the
programs
out
there.
When
a
program
focuses
so
much
on
loosing
weight,
having
a
bigger
butt,
etc.
then
imho
it's
not
worth
your
time
and
money
and
could
even
do
damage)
-
personal
contact
(I
needed
to
be
able
to
speak
to
trainers/instructors
who
knew
what
they
were
talking
about
and
help
me
adapt
and
ajust
their
program
to
my
needs)
AND
VOILA!
Their
slogan
"health
is
about
performance
not
just
body
image"
was
already
very
convincing.
Then
I
watched
some
of
their
videos
on
youtube,
joined
their
public
facebook
group
and
they
were
talking
about
structural
balance
(YEESSS!!)
and
when
you
sign
up
for
the
Online
Coaching
you
join
a
private
group
where
your
questions
are
answered
by
their
"tribe"
and
themselves
-even
in
personal
small
video-comments
sometimes.
I
don't
feel
like
another
number
that
bought
a
program
(and
generated
more
money
for
the
program
creator)
and
when
having
questions
they
are
not
answered
when
too
specific
or
some
(mostly
unqualified)
client
support
person
answers
superficially.
FOR
A
ONLINE
PROGRAM
THE
SUPPORT
IS
AS
PERSONAL
AS
IT
GETS!!
(Sorry,
I'm
done
soon)
For
whom
is
this
program
(in
my
opinion):
For
everyone
who
wants
to
prioritize
one's
health
before
aesthetics,
who
wants
to
know
one's
body
and
learn
how
to
move
properly,
and
who
wants
an
overall-program
that
includes
mobility,
strength
and
flexibility.
And
for
anyone
with
injuries
and
wants
the
correct
approach
to
one's
rehabilitation.
For
everyone
who
needs
in-depth
knowledge,
support
and
personal
guidance
for
anything
regarding
movement
and
the
human
body.
(They
have
a
physio
onboard
as
well.)
Does
it
frustrate?
From
time
to
time
yes,
because
after
having
done
years
of
damage
to
my
body
I
can
expect
it
to
take
some
time
to
erase/correct
my
wrong
and
learn
new/correct
movement
patterns.
Will
I
see
changes
"overnight"?
Not
necessarily,
I'd
even
say
NOPE,
but
you
can
expect
to
feel
a
difference
in
your
body
(even
mentally).
Can
it
be
painful?
For
me
it
has
been
because
I'm
exercising
parts
I've
never
trained
before,
incl.
joints
and
fascia.
It's
like
with
a
festering
wound:
you
have
to
(probably
painfully)
remove
the
scab
in
order
for
the
wound
to
heal
properly.
That's
how
I
feel
a
bit
in
my
journey.
So,
it's
also
mentally
challenging
because
I've
to
have
a
lot
of
patience
and
forgiveness
with
myself,
my
body
and
it
takes
consistency!
