DON’T LET “DR” SHEFAULI NEAR YOUR FACE Most of the nurses are inexperienced, especially Dr Shefauli from the Sydney clinic who unfortunately came to the Melbourne clinic to fill in for a staff member. Where do I start. Firstly she does not make you feel comfortable or welcomed. She does not even explain the process to you, or ask you how you’re feeling, or offer you a stress ball like every other place does. She RAMMED the needle into my face and started moving it around. I cannot explain how painful this was. I was not expecting the needle to go in so bloody deep because she did not take the TIME to EXPLAIN it. It made me feel anxious. There was also blood smeared all over my face as she did not take the time to wipe it off. She just wanted to move on to the next customer She absolutely botched my face. She left two large pockets of filler in my face as she did not inject it correctly. It was rock hard to touch and painful. I came back to get the filler “dissolved” - yet it looks exactly the same. Avoid this “nurse” at all costs. The damage is done, and they clearly won’t be able to fix it. I have sent an email but received no response. I’m waiting for my full refund so I can get this corrected at a different clinic. This really messes with one’s self esteem. It’s more prominent than it was BEFORE I walked into the clinic. Girls - cheap filler is not worth it, you’re better off getting quality filler done by experienced professionals even if it costs a little bit more.

DON'T GET CONFUSE WITH 4.8 STARTS THEY OFFER 10% OFF IF YOU WRITE A GOOD REVIEW AS NEW PATIENT. I got my first time anti-wrinkle injection, with them 11 months ago, and went back 4 times I thought it was fine as didn't have anything to compare and service was ok, however I always had to wait 15- 20 min for my appointment, today I had my appointment at 2:50 pm but the traffic to get on that street is ready bad but today was horrible so I arrived at 3:10 pm and the receptionist told me that I missed the appointment and there wasn't any other available time, considering that they always make people wait, they don't have parking for customers, the car parks around their building cost $29/hr they should train at least their staff to give you a call to let you know that the appointment has been cancelled. Never again!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. On the 21st of April, i had botox injected in my frown lines and eyebrows and a chin filler. Obviously with Botox you don’t see results straight away so I’ve waited for it to kick in till i forgot about it. Few days ago, i was looking in the mirror and it’s like I haven’t done anything! Not even a little difference! And the filler was gone too! I have messaged the clinic and they contacted me saying that it’s passed the 21 days and we can’t do anything about it! HOW IS THAT MY FAULT? the product didn’t do what it’s supposed to do and this is not my first time getting botox done. ( I’ve never experienced that before). So they booked me an appointment to see the doctor, i drove 1 hr to get there just for him to tell me the exact same thing! He didn’t do anything to solve the problem. Very very very disappointed and i do not recommend at all! I wish if i read the reviews before i waste my money. DO NOT LET THEIR PRICES AND DISCOUNTS FOOL YOU this is a complete scam. Paid $788 for nothing!

I normally do not leave negative reviews however I am so upset by the way I have been treated by their current staff. I’ve been going to this clinic for years and was always extremely happy with their service. I had referred so many friends and family members to them however, as I understand they have recently had a change in management and their new staff and service are disgusting. After having the exact same treatment multiple times in the past, and with no changes to my medical history, I was refused treatment by the doctor. If it had been my first time, I would understand and accept their advice however there is absolutely no logic behind telling a patient they’re suddenly high risk despite the clinic giving me the same treatment 4 times, with no prior complications or reactions. I spoke with the receptionist a day prior to my appointment and was told it would be fine only to get there on the day to be refused treatment. Their staff clearly do not communicate with each other, nor do the receptionists have the required knowledge to be in the position they’re in, leaving their customers at a loss. A complete waste of time and the only response and explanation they’re able to provide me with is a completely generic one with absolutely no consideration. This clinic does not value their patients time and effort. It’s a shame to see a great clinic turn into this mess. Do not recommend.

First time here, i have never left a review in my life. but the nurse genuinely made me feel so uncomfortable, she was just so unfriendly, not warm, not welcoming at all. Never have i had a cosmetic nurse be so cold, especially with the types of procedures they’re performing, this is the most important thing. I was numbed for a few minutes and the procedure honestly took about 3minutes. Never have I had a lip filler appointment take less than 30 minutes, and felt like the person had never cared less about what they were doing. I also was not asked at all if i was happy with the result or anything along those lines, which i absolutely am not happy with the result.

Dr Francis is amazing! I have a few complications with filler due to a previous injury and he was so patient and tailored my treatment to exactly what I needed around scar tissue. I was as comfortable as possible and so happy with the results.

I went here to get my lips done first with doctor rebekah and she was lovely, listened to what I wanted and talked me through everything. But as soon as I left I noticed it was uneven and there was a lump. Obviously I waited because I was told it can swell unevenly. But weeks later I went in for my follow up and she massaged the lump and touched up the area of concern. But a day later it looked the exact same as before. I now went in again 3 months later and got it dissolved as I wasn’t happy with them at all. I had to pay another $269 on top to get them dissolved when they weren’t injected correctly in the first place!! I wouldn’t go back, the staff are lovely but my lips were done incorrectly and now I’m $558 out of pocket and back to square one. Very disappointing and unprofessional that they charged me to correct their mistake. Don’t get sucked in by their low prices, go somewhere proper, because it’s not worth ruining your face for.

Really rude receptionist staff. Was so looking forward to treatment. Was 5 minutes late and alerted them of this on way, told it was fine and then when i rushed to get there the girl at front desk said I couldn't have my appointment and was totally complacent about the inconvenience to me. After bombarding me with a million and one forms to fill out beforehand. For a busy person this has just been a massive waste of time coming here and filling out their forms. The forms about well-being all seem like pretension when they don't even treat clients like a human being...

I usually never write any review and I wanted to wait to see how would my eye go before I post one, but Dr Santiago literally ruined my face. I have had for months now a big pocket under my eyes after he’s injected some of his “best product” under my eyes. Wow

Ive been a customer for about 1 year and was asked to leave a review for a discount. Having said that, I would have gladly done one off my own volition for Dr Francis as I was very happy with my recent result. Before, I had seen two of the other doctors (both of which are no longer there) and was less than impressed. However, Dr Francis was knowledgeable and precise. I’ll only be returning to see him.

Twice now I have booked an appointment and they had made me wait over an hour. That means I paid for parking, waited for over an hour +. I am never going back, I thought I'd give them another chance but when you call the receptionists always say "yes we have availability" and then when you're waiting say 'I don't know how long it's going to be'. Completely unprofessional so don't waste your time or parking on this clinic. I mentioned they should priorities the appointments but the doctors seem to run their own show and the receptionists are looking after their own personal business.

1 year and 8 months ago, I had a 1ml filler treatment, and immediately after that, the affected area became hot and hard, and It was in severe pain. I couldn't move my lips for about 3 weeks. After that, I noticed several uneven lumps and my lips lost beauty.... It felt hard to the touch and Is that probably a filler not suitable for lips. and I'm sure The filler they use is non-absorbent and may be unsafe.. The bumpy lumps getting hard when I eat ice cream and are very painful. I'm considering going to a specialist and having a procedure to remove them. I wonder if the filler used was the Genuine "Juvederm Ultra Plus XC" I do not recommend it for your beauty safety.

I had my first injection with Dr.Katherin. She is very sweet throughout the consultation and well-explained the procedure and dos&donts. The injection was gentle and almost felt nothing at all. highly recommended.

I know m1 beauty from Germany where they’re from and where they’re huge, so I was excited to see that they’ve come to Australia. They are honestly such a great clinic - very knowledgeable staff, great customer service, extremely good prices, nice facility. I am honestly wondering why it’s not harder to get appointments. Highly recommend :)

This was my first time getting lip fillers (or anything!). I’ve wanted to have them done for over 10 years, I’ve always been super insecure about my tiny lips. Dr Shefauli Chauhan is so fantastic, the minute she called my name I felt an instant wash of calm, she’s absolutely lovely. She was extremely helpful and immediately knew what I was after. The procedure was super quick and basically painless (I know?!) she’s the definition of a pro. The staff were also really warm and helpful. Am I crying happy tears as I write this? Yes, yes I am. I had a wonderful experience at M1 Med Beauty. Dr Rebekah Beattie is so knowledgeable and pleasant. You can tell she is incredibly experienced. The reception are also very professional. I am excited to see my results and will definitely be returning and am so happy I found a trustworthy place in Sydney for treatments.

Not sure why the receptionist had the worst attitude on the phone with me. She called me at 4:14pm (my appt was 4:10pm) and said she had to cancel, cause I was late. Told her I was literally 3 mins away but she cancelled anyway. She was not reasonable or compassionate whatsoever and wasn’t answering my questions to rebook. Too bad there isn’t a 0 star option here.

Just saw Dr Frances for lip filler, he was extremely professional and took his time during the consult to make sure he knew exactly what I was looking for. He was great ! Very patient and friendly.

I recommend visiting Dr Francis if you want to get filler. He was very gentle and did an excellent job, happy with the result so far. He also clearly explained the procedure and was very polite and professional and made me feel at ease. It was a relatively low pain experience because the Dr was so careful. This was a much more pleasant experience than the last time I visited the clinic. I had a much better experience with Dr Francis than I did with Dr Shefauli. I understand she is no longer working at the clinic, I had such awful experiences with her she was very rude and unprofessional, made me feel so unwelcome and was very rushed and heavy handed when injecting and left me with so many bruises and the worst swelling I've ever had. The only reason I ever returned to M1 is because the pricing is so competitive. Good to see you have an excellent new Dr on board. I wish the reception staff were more welcoming, they seemed very disinterested but this is one of the better injectables clinics I have been to, and I feel comfortable to return again.

As they say first expressions last and let me just say it certainly did with me on my first consultation visit! Dr Francis was very welcoming and knew what the outcome was I wanted to achieve. I cant wait to see you again Dr Francis!

I can’t recommend Dr Rebekah Beattie enough. Incredibly kind and super knowledgeable. She spent time to ensure I was fully informed so I could make a decision that was best for me. Not only does Dr Rebekah have a fantastic bedside manner, she is also phenomenal at filler. Was able to achieve a much better result than other clinics with half the filler and it didn’t hurt at all!
