I
normally
do
not
leave
negative
reviews
however
I
am
so
upset
by
the
way
I
have
been
treated
by
their
current
staff.
I’ve
been
going
to
this
clinic
for
years
and
was
always
extremely
happy
with
their
service.
I
had
referred
so
many
friends
and
family
members
to
them
however,
as
I
understand
they
have
recently
had
a
change
in
management
and
their
new
staff
and
service
are
disgusting.
After
having
the
exact
same
treatment
multiple
times
in
the
past,
and
with
no
changes
to
my
medical
history,
I
was
refused
treatment
by
the
doctor.
If
it
had
been
my
first
time,
I
would
understand
and
accept
their
advice
however
there
is
absolutely
no
logic
behind
telling
a
patient
they’re
suddenly
high
risk
despite
the
clinic
giving
me
the
same
treatment
4
times,
with
no
prior
complications
or
reactions.
I
spoke
with
the
receptionist
a
day
prior
to
my
appointment
and
was
told
it
would
be
fine
only
to
get
there
on
the
day
to
be
refused
treatment.
Their
staff
clearly
do
not
communicate
with
each
other,
nor
do
the
receptionists
have
the
required
knowledge
to
be
in
the
position
they’re
in,
leaving
their
customers
at
a
loss.
A
complete
waste
of
time
and
the
only
response
and
explanation
they’re
able
to
provide
me
with
is
a
completely
generic
one
with
absolutely
no
consideration.
This
clinic
does
not
value
their
patients
time
and
effort.
It’s
a
shame
to
see
a
great
clinic
turn
into
this
mess.
