    Such a welcoming gym with trainers who genuinely care about each of their clients. I have been training with Nicola and Bec for the past few months. Before starting at Form Fitness, I found gyms intimidating and had little knowledge of how to properly use equipment or execute exercises with the correct form. Nicola and Bec have assisted in building my knowledge and confidence so that I can progress and meet my fitness goals.

    I have been lucky enough to have Nicola as my trainer for the last few months. She has helped me achieve my goals and motivates me to push myself every session. I couldn’t ask for a better trainer. Form fitness creates such a friendly and motivating environment which I think is critical in any gym to ensure all clients feel comfortable and motivated. Thank you Nicola and form fitness!

    Have really enjoyed my time with Form Fitness thus far. Portia is a gem and I've been trained by Jera and Jack who were also awesome. Clean facilities, wide range of equipment and a training program tailored to my goals

    I absolutely love training at Form Fitness-Pymble! Form Fitness has been a game-changer for me. The results I'm seeing in my body are beyond belief. I feel so strong now and I always leave my sessions feeling great! The trainers are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly personable and passionate about being your PT and your progress. All the trainers seem great-I’m so lucky to have Louis & Andrew who are awesome! It's a place where you can both enjoy yourself and have an amazing weights session. The camaraderie among clients adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

    I am currently training with Liz and Fred and previously also trained with Jack. They’re all amazing trainers - friendly, patient and knowledgeable. It’s such a great experience and a lot of fun training here - something I look forward to every week! I couldn’t be happier with the service.

    Form Fitness' team is very respectful and kind. They are all very patient. My coach is Fred. He designs my training content according to my needs and situation. It has been 7 months since I had no exposure to fitness at all. With Fred's encouragement, I can see my progress every month. So here is a really good place.

    I recently visited Form Fitness and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the staff were. They were happy to answer any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. The gym itself was also great - it was clean, well-lit, and had a great variety of equipment. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Form Fitness and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great gym.

    I recently joined Form Fitness on the recommendation of a friend who had owned a gym and had joined Form Fitness. My reason for joining was a steady loss of strength and increased poor posture. The staff took the time to understand my specific needs and goals and created a personal workout plan to address the issues I wanted addressed. Progress has been better than expected due largely to the knowledgeable and experienced team. Highly recommended.

    I have been training with Fred from Form Fitness for the last 6 months and have seen great results from our sessions. The team are knowledgeable, professional and every time you walk into the gym you are greeted with smiles. I look forward to training with form fitness into the future and continue if to keep myself healthy - it is one of the best investments you can make!

    Staff here are super welcoming, friendly, and professional. Our coaches are knowledgeable and willing to tailor training to your goals, likes and dislikes and make your sessions enjoyable ! Highly recommend if you want to get fit, start weight training, or learn more about how your body moves.

    I have been training at Form Fitness recently with Fred and have noticed significant improvements in all facets of my physical training. Fred is kind, always has a smile on his face and has in depth knowledge of everything Gym related. I have really enjoyed my time at Form Fitness and I’m even more excited to continue to grow with thanks to Fred and all the other friendly staff members!

    I will be forever grateful to Form Fitness for helping me kick start my weight training journey. I cannot attend it anymore due to relocation, but they gave me that gym confidence and understanding of the training concepts, which I will keep building on for years to come. I trained with Rebecca - she is lovely, kind and encouraging, and of course a true professional - I learnt so much from her and I am missing her! I am also grateful to Jera and Ricky for all the initial information and answering all my questions (Jera), as well as for accommodating my periods of absence and all the admin help (both).     Great personal training! Meredith is awesome ( other trainers also). Friendly encouraging environment with focus on form and tailoring program to you. Feel fitter and have lost kilos since joining. Highly recommend!!!

    Fred from Form Fitness is an amazing coach, who has helped me achieve the best results in my lifting. He is caring, dedicated and teaches extremely well. He has helped me achieve my maximum strength in all lifts and even helped me compete in competitions at my best. He has always been incredibly encouraging!

    Fred is an absolutely phenomenal coach, making me work harder then I even thought I could. In addition to this he’s sociable and unbelievably knowledgeable. He’s a perfect fit for people starting at the gym or people who have been going for years. All of my lifts improved with him both in form and the weight I could carry. One of the best coaches I’ve ever seen.

    Going to a Personal Training gym is pretty intimidating at first. Thankfully, FF have a pretty good setup, with Ollie discussing my health and fitness goals and walking me through anything and everything so I felt at ease. Facilities are always clean, and being a PT gym, its never crowded and feels safe from COVID. Ollie himself has been great to train with. Our main goals have been to do with strength, conditioning and injury prevention. He's given me programs to follow outside of our sessions which is a big bonus.

    I’ve been training with Fred for months now and I’ve seen so much progress both mentally and physically! He has helped me stay consistent, overcome my fear of working out in front of people and motivating me to keep my goals/ work towards it constantly!     I have been training with Nicola for several months now and I couldn’t be happier with her as my trainer. She has helped me return to my previous level of physical activity postpartum and made my fitness journey a really fun and motivating one! She’s always explaining the exercises with great knowledge and patience and dedicated to help me reach my goals. Highly recommend Nichola and FF team to anyone wanting to have a personalised and effective training experience!
