Room 154 (Superior King room), CPH conference Hotel (DGI Byens) - The heating system did not work well. It was hotter outside in the lobby than inside our room!! - The exhaust in our bathroom did not work well. After taking a hot bath, it seemed like whole room was dipped in water. - We told the staff but nobody helped in our 4-day stay. They said they would but did not. I guess, the experience depends on the room. Our room had all the problems listed above. But maybe other rooms don't. But I can surely say that I won't spend this much money to try again. I would even pay more to get other very good hotels nearby. Bye bye DGI Byens.

There are several pools here. One for speed swimming, two lines but it's cycled so a lot of people can swim together. In another pool you can jump from 1m, 1.5m, 2m and 5m. Set of kids pool with warm water and jacuzzi.

Nice hotel a bit far from the city center but close enough to the central station. Clean and basic rooms, Scandinavian style and high prices. Free coffee in the lobby and free access to the swimming pool and gym. Good breakfast served in an adjacent building with everything you need for a good start of the day.

Wonderful newly refurbished swimming pool in downtown area Copenhagen. There are different swimming pools. The big round one is excellent for swimmers like me , who do not like swimming in the rectangular swimming pool, as when you reach one of the ends, you have to turn back. There is even a platform to jump from next to the big round pool.

Great unique 100 m circular swimming pool. Opens 6.30. Clean dressroom and showers. Sauna included. Perfect for a morning swim before work in central Copenhagen. Remember 20 kr coin for the locker (returned after).

Extremely central and family friendly sports center with just about every indoor sports facilities, from swimming pool and table tennis to badminton and basketball courts (and everything in between)! The community also arrange "join us" events like e.g running clubs etc. The "relax- and Café area is - like everything else - family friendly.

I was there with my 2yo daughter.The pool size for kids is amazing and there are quite a lot of activities for kids. A big issue though is that the shallow kids pool is very cold but oddly the deeper one that is probably appropriate for 7+ is at great temperature for small kids . It's quite disappointing that it's not the other way around.

It has a really good location. Directly next to the bus and train station. The hotel is quite new. We where welcomed warmly by the staff! We did not stay at the hotel but when we will stay in Copenhagen we will definitely go here. It has all the luxery you need and it is really relax lounge where we took a coffee. I would really recommend this place! In the evening it has space to chill outside without the busy feeling of the centre.

Easy to locate the bus station.

Can't say about the room as i was just there to swim in the newly renovated swimming pool. But the renovation has resulted in raised prices, less facilities, and the showers barely worked. They said they were working on it, both building a new sauna that was torn down, and fixing the water, but still they removed toilets and all the rest is just promises at this point.. so as it was right at that day it was not worth it at all to go swimming.

Jpopcon was a fantastic experience yet again. The staff has stepped up their organizational skills since last year and I am excited to return next time.

If you - as I - are in good time before your international- or cross country- bus depart, DGI byen offers amicable work space with free WiFi and the possibility to buy a light meal or a drink (cold and hot) at very reasonable prices - a cup of filter coffee set me back only DKk 10,00!

Was only there in the conference area so cannot give review of rooms or service. It's very centrally located near the central station with trains, metro and buses available

Perfect location. 200m from Tivoli and the central station. It is no wonder CPH is the happiest capital city in the World.

CityFys massage by the swimming pool entrance is amazing. Natasha managed to make all my pains go away after just two sessions. Worth every penny 😍

The design of the rooms is attractive, but the room was dirty. There is visible mould in the bathroom, the toilet was dirty, there was hair on sheets, the floors both in the room and in the bathroom had visible staining aka not mopped. The lobby and corridors smell like pool. The location is great but you can hear trains going all night long. Overall, would not recommend. There are plenty of three star hotels with simpler design but better cleanliness!

Liked this hotel, good location, big clean rooms, friendly staff. The only downside was the proximity to railway tracks.

I stayed their for 5 days and it was a good experience. All the staff was very helpful.

The room was okay. The staff was really friendly, but the breakfast.. oh my, not even a single green product to eat and the food was cold.

comfortable beds, large shower and amazing breakfast option. free coffee bar near reception and nice staff. only problem was the bed bugs paid a visit and i was itchy for the next week. great location, near the tivoli gardens and train station

The place is a huge premise in the heart of cuppenhagen location wise is good but the project need more activities and further development 😀 the hotel staff are helpful 😀

I really recommend dgibyen hotel. It is really new and clean. The staff welcomed us warmly. We did not stay at the hotel but we could relax in the comfortable lounge taking a coffee while our phones where charging. If I would go to Copenhagen I would definitly go here. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Bad experience, there was a blood stain from somebody else in my bed. After informing the staff they told me the sheets would be replaced the same day. Unfortunately the sheets were only folded and placed back on my bed. After a second attempt at the front desk they gave me clean sheets so I could change the sheets myself. The breakfast was basic but good enough. The fitness room is good, the machines are in a good state. The location is very good. Overall not worth the high price.

Horrible experience, continued sounds from train tracks and traffic all night. Avoid at all cost if you are a light sleeper. The floor in the bathroom became very slippery if you had wet feet from the shower. Also the keycards stopped working after the first night. Breakfast could definitely been better nice touch with pancakes however.

The best thing about this place is central location, just 10 minutes from train station and the fact that it has lots of sports facilities free for use. Rooms are ok and there is a very nice breakfast served.
