Went here for a skating with Santa event. Was having a nice time despite the small size until one of the workers (older lady with long blond hair) decided to rip out from under my son (literally) the skating aids (plastic chairs) my he and other kids were using (and others had been using for half an hour). She was beyond overly aggressive with out any warning to the point parents were staring in shock not believing what they were seeing. If my son were hurt I was be suing at this point. I found a guy who stated that he was a manger, who proceeded to tell me that the aids were not supposed to be on the ice anyway, but perhaps she was a bit hasty. We are talking about 5-7 year old children, no words of warning (like excuse me) to them and causing them to fall. I told him she needs to apologize to a few people and learn to say excuse me. I am sitting here watching, still no apologies to anyone, she is still frantically roaming the ice, and knocked two kids and counting over so far. I think this place needs to train their staff a bit better and be a bit more understanding for new skaters, especially if that is the clientele that they claim to cater to.

Not too crowded, very friendly stuff, and family oriented venue. Price is affordable, and we always have lots of fun with the kids. The only thing is I wished the rental skates had better and more sharpened blades, but if you have your own skates, you will have a blast. On most days, you can find a spot in their parking lot, otherwise you can park right across the street.

Terrible experience with one of the teachers there - my child is in a beginner’s class and the teacher let him sit on a chair on the ice for most of the time. When he did fall - the teacher was too preoccupied with other students to even help my child get up. He was crying on the middle of the ice for a good minute. Terrible experience. When we confronted them - the teacher said she didn’t have ability to handle that many students. It was 4 students in a beginner’s class - if you don’t have the ability don’t open a class for 4.

Family owned, friendly, diverse skaters. Our party of 11 children from 4 to 16 enjoyed ice skating as well as just watching the ice being cleaned by who appears to be the owner. He was very nice to give group discount for party greater than 9.

We like the house hockey league. Good facility and good coaches.

Your rink came highly recommended and I am so glad I listened. It is a great environment for promoting skating, learning and hockey. My son loves it so much we had his birthday party at the rink. Staff is extremely helpful and supportive. Everyone, even new to skating, had a blast.

Prices are good, and when I went the place wasn’t crowded at all. It was a Saturday in winter. They also host birthday parties here, but they only have this one small room to host it in. Not an extremely large and extravagant place, but very nice and vacant if your looking for something more underrated.

This place is literally awesome. The staff is super friendly and nice and it is a prefect community to go skating. The owner is super nice and is always around to help you. Highly recommend this skating center. Very satisfied.

We had our son's birthday party and Fred was the easiest person to deal with. We had approximately 20 kids, who commented that it was the best party ever. I would absolutely use this venue in the future!
