This might be one of the nicest cha cha chai looking store i ever been to, i been to many, but the food/drink quality is not up to standard with the other stores. I ordered boba tea and couldn't finish it as it was honestly the second worst boba tea i had in my life. I ordered strawberry bubble tea with strawberry popping balls. It was very very tangy, rather than a normal sweet strawberry taste like everywhere else, second thing was there was a huge white foam all around the top of the drink as you can see in the picture attached, i don't know what caused this whether be defective syrup used or old popping balls that have been sat for too long unused as thats what tends to happen if the popping balls aren't stored properly or used in time once put out. I don't know but its needs sorting out brothers as this is my first experience here and its been a pretty bad one. This store is the most best looking one i have found so far but quality of food and drinks needs to improve then it will be amazing. Till then i can only provide a 3 star review. I did like the swing in the place too thats a nice decor, it does need some wd40 though as its very squeaky haha :p

Lovely meal. Delicious, natural food, real chefs, and great service. The food was excellent. Exceptionally friendly and polite staff. All of the food was delicious and fresh. Worst dessert place to order from, I came all the way from Birmingham, I placed an order from Uber eats I asked for a chocolate strawberry cup there was no description online. The order come with 2 straws and no strawberries it looked more like a milkshake. I rang them to complain and the person on the phone tried to argue back stating they have given us chocolate strawberries after explaining it was a milkshake he said he will send another one out and wanted the first order given to the delivery driver. The second delivery came and it was the same cup with strawberries in this time and it also had ice cream which was not what I asked for. Please see below the pictures of what chocolate strawberries are. We also ordered 3 teas which were cold and the dessert place is only 5 mins away from the house. Don’t bother wasting your time on them it deserves a zero rating !!!

Really good doughnuts! My first time ordering and I didn’t know the biscoff option came with chocolate and biscoff crumbs (not a fan of chocolate) so asked if I could swap them out and they gladly accommodated and gave me a fresh order! Definitely would go back!

Very nice food. Had the paranta chaney with achar and the samosa chaat. Wow it was amazing finished it all. Healthy portion. It was much better than any other chacha chai I ever been too. My children got cookie dough and they couldn't stop praising it. Kashmiri pink tea was the first one to stay warm and i had it after the meal. Very well recommended. Best desert and savoury shop

Top spot for a dessert. They do great cookie doughs and have the best whipped ice cream I've ever had. Quality 👌🏽

To be honest never found in accrington better then this Cha cha chai. A guy served me Ali he have some Fantastic customer service skills. Recommended to all my friends.

Very upset with quality of donuts came out cold. Waited 10 minutes in store. Soft whip was pure liquid.
