Twice. Ive ordered here now burgers cooked how i requested .. this time forgot the desert but was soon sorted out by staff and delivered promptly

Very nice burger was very juicy and tasted delicious, staff very friendly, big selection of burgers on menu, only two things i didn't like was that it was a bit oily as seen on the picture, and price is quite expensive, but none the less i will be back in future, i will come try the stacker burger. we had the chicken burger which was lovely... would take of the cheese next time... onion rings with a sweet sauce as extra very tasty... the hot burger.... yes hot take the chillies of next time... delivery fast, good price, would def order again, good produce, best burgers /chicken burgers

I ordered earlier on tonight just me ONE BURGER ONE CHIPS!!!! I waited for an hour and 10 minutes for it to be delivered, the guy was apologetic so I didn’t mind. I opened it and it was freezing I don’t mean just cold I mean freezing. I contacted the company and said “I have waited over an hour and it’s come freezing” he said in a terrible rude voice “are you sure? I said “I’m looking at it” he said “no need to swear” I said “I didn’t swear I said I was looking at it (obviously thought I said the F word) and with his horrible tone of voice very patronising said “oh don’t worry I will send you a new one” I wanted to scream and shout at this point not only have I waited over an hour for a burger now I have to wait another hour and I’m not really feeling that hungry anymore. NOT HAPPY with this company definitely won’t be ordering again I hope the manager sees this! Your staff need a good slapping. I have just got my second delivery very quick and roasting but I actually don’t want to eat anymore. I will be contacting Rossendale Eats for my money back.

Amazing burgers and fries!! I’ve not tasted such a tasty burger in a long time. The fries are also lovely. Will be recommending to everyone I know!

Ordered here for the second time today and much better than the first time. Ordered a single smash and triple smash and both burgers came really hot and fresh. The burgers are so juicy and soft! The pattys had so much flavour bussin bussin 👌 the biscoff cheesecake also a 12/10, so light and not too sweet!

On the website it says biscoff cheesecake is £3.49 but we were charged £4. Staff were rude. Won't be going there again. Shame as we liked ordering from there too. Bacup.
