Wow the grip n go experience is amazing, the center needs to advertise more, maybe in schools

Climbing wall centre was good, worth booking online as spaces can fill up quick over holidays. The cafe is very basic tea's coffees and snacks. Staff are very young one of the lads working there was asking our 11 year olds if they made it to the top on one of the climbs and he didn't quite and he told him he was sh*t which we wasn't happy about.

We went to the tots grip and go Wednesday morning session and it was brilliant. It's for 2-4 year olds and there's harnesses for them and they can have a go at any of the walls in the climbing centre. There's also a load of soft play that they put out for the younger ones, so everyone is covered. It was a great experience and they both (2 and 3 years) enjoyed it a lot. It's buggy proof and situated right next to the cafe. Plenty of space and time for the kids to have a go at what they want. Tom (the instructor) had a lot of patience and was great with the kids too. Highly recommend. We paid £8.30 for both!

We visited for a dog show, the venue is a bit small for a big show but would be great for single breed ones.

Only went for the climbing activities. Took the 3, 5 and 8 years old here and it was a wonderful entry to climbing for the young and inexperienced. Fairly priced and good parking. Only lost a star from my review due to the limited seating capacity. But would otherwise recommend this place for anyone interested in climbing. Just to be clear, the 3yr old was too young to climb as expected but the 5yr and 8yr enjoyed it very much and look forward to going back again.

Been going to cardio light classes for some time now. Nice friendly staff, good group of people who also attend the classes.

Staff were really patient with our six year old son. A brilliant activity for both children and adults!

Was brilliant, went wall climbing. Some walls were challenging but added to the fun of it. Be a good place to take kids.

Had a great time with my daughter here on a rainy day, plenty of different walls to climb for all ages and experience

Nice, friendly gym. Clean and well appointed facilities. Membership is affordable and directly benefits health and fitness focused resources in Rossendale. Also grants access to other gyms like Marl Pits Leisure Centre in Rawtenstall, which also has a pool.

We went as a family group. The kids were between 5 - 22 years. Lots of walls for all levels of fitness and experience. Staff were always on hand to assist. Good value and a great day out. Everyone enjoyed the session. Would definitely go again.

Very expensive gym for what it is: not many machines, missing equipment ( no certain weight dumbbells for years). Dirty showers. Lots of kids in the weights area and very loud bad music.

Great activities and not too busy. The staff mess around a lot though especially on Grip and Go...and don't really engage with the kids.

Great gym to work out in. There's plenty of classes to choose from and staff are very good and friendly. There's a good selection of free weights and the studio upstairs is a good space to do a solo circuit work out. All good for me.

An awesome day out with the family. My 1st experience in climbing. It was tough but we'll worth it. I definitely want to try it again. Kids loved it.

We have made two visits to Grip & Go. The first visit was enjoyed by the children but was frustrating after arriving 45 minutes early for a briefing but never received one. The second visit we arrived 40 minutes early and was talked to like school children. Very sarcastic and unfriendly at reception saying we have missed the briefing and may not be able to climb. Upset kids at reception. Thanks adrenaline centre, you certainly made my adrenaline high. Looks like you only get a briefing when its not busy ? We wont visit again. However i would like to add that the staff inside the grip and go who clip you in are great. Just the guy at reception who took us through. I hope Dave is not the team leader !!

It would be better if they got the lights fixed.. There is 10 lights out! And has been since the indoor bowls started.. We pay enough to play, it gets reported every week... But nothing gets done, it's like playing in a cave!

Great evening of football for the little ones.

Grip and Go is great! Really good fun.. hence the 4 stars. Although we tried out the laser tag today. It was okay.. 20 mins (not 30 mins like advertised) and £6 each so a pretty expensive 20 mins.. the guns worked quite well and we had good fun, but nothing to rave about. The laser tag area absolutely stinks as well, it’s in the old changing rooms so it’s got a really strong smell of drains. Probably recommend going as a big group as the more people the more fun it is. But overall good rainy day activities!

Perfect place to work out, lots of space. The equipment is very up to date, couldn't recommend enough. However for the football facilities there absolutely rubbish, complete waste of booking them. We're in 2021 and it's practically a concrete pitch. All the fencing is broken and major design flaws. Will not play football there again!

Had my son's 9th birthday at laser tag here and was really impressed. Its set up like a locker room from a 90s horror movie and there are plenty of places to hide and lots of space to run around. Everyone had a ball, we'll definitely be back!

😠 The owner of this gym is thoroughly unprofessional, and has no clue how to treat his customers. He subjectively chooses who he wants in there and who he doesn't, and will find ways of getting you out if he doesn't like you. I was accused of breaking a mirror (which genuinely shocked me, as I wasn't...

👍 Clean, bright gym with loads of equipment. Tends to get quite busy, but generally this isn't too problematic. Good range of classes. Changing rooms are always immaculate. My one gripe is that you often get filmed in classes for Instagram stories/posts, which I thoroughly dislike. I understand the ne...

😠 Really poor experience of this place. I joined in July purely for the classes, in particular the spin classes. I turned up several times for advertised classes that were just not on despite me being able to book them on the app. Staff couldn't tell me which classes were on or not and emails and Face...

👍👍 It is my second home, what more can I say? Joined Lean nearly six years ago and the new premises are just amazing. Plenty of equipment available and a sauna & cryo.
