Great retail park with a great selection of shops. It has been a massive improvement for the area especially as it was left empty and derelict for so many years. Something for everyone here, M&S, TK Maxx, Aldi, Costa to name a few. There is a 3 hour parking limit which is more than enough for my needs but just be aware if this if you are visiting multiple shops/cafes 😊

Remember the day's when this site was derelict and looked abandoned, an unfinished build for a couple of years. Now, just one of the places to visit, a lot to shop and coffee treats. Good quality shopping places and plenty of parking. Although, if another car park was built, it would also be filled. Give it a visit and see.

Great place there's quite a few shops to get all your shopping in one small area, there's even a Costa.

Won't be going again. One fool tried to tell me it was hes car park and did l know l had parked in hes spot. Then started to get very aggressive pushing and shoving me. So no l won't be going to hes car park again

Lots of good shops M&S, Pets at Home, TKmax, Home Bargains, Aldi etc... The problem with this retail park is the terrible ticket issuing company that prey on the shoppers parked. If you shop for too long and forget the 3hr limit you'll get a fine in the lost from the owner of the company RW. His neighbour recently posted what a pathetic coward he is and that he's always parking illegally. 3 hrs may seem ample but if you spend a relaxing time going from shop to shop its not! They need to extend the parking time to 4 hours, and stop taking advantage of motorists.

Free three hour parking with something for everyone in the Retail dept aldi home bargains M+S pet shop and Iceland how can you go wrong with happy to help colleagues all around. Once retail therapy is concluded a fine Costa awaits, imho the best brew and staff you could wish for anywhere...!

Waited 7 yrs for this to open and it hasn't disappointed Free parking and serves the valley and surrounding areas well

Love it here. Perfect size I can always get a space for me and my toddler. M&s staff lovely . Always well stocked except Sundays Costa is fab here we love Aimee and Jordan and the gang x

Great this retail park. Has everything you need and more. Easy to get to a nice drive too . Never had a problem when shopping here

My visits are to Aldi never been to the other shops M&S, Iceland, Dominos ect but now busier than the town center

Charged £100 for staying 17 minutes over 3 hours (£60 if we pay early). Won't ever be going back.

Really like this retail park when you need something to do for an hour. It would be nice to see a few more kiddie places but other than a hardy place to visit

Lots of available parking spaces. Good selection of shops. Iceland, Pets at Home, TK Maxx, M and S food, Card Factory, Home Bargains, Aldi, Costa and Dominoes. Can get very busy, especially when East Lancs Railway (nearby) has a train due in. Keep in mind that there is a 3 hour parking limit that is enforced with a fine.

I may be wrong but I believe there are no public toilets there How a shopping centre can pass planning permission with out this is unbelievable otherwise good

Lots of outlets and can get everything you need. Also a good little campervan company on the business units who are more than willing to help you out. Teahupoo vw campers.

So difficult to find in the dark when you're unfamiliar with the area. And the lighting on the approach to the car park is non existent. Not a good experience to be honest.

A useful retail park to help find most items, from food through cards and gifts to household items. There's a Costa coffee for a quick break, alongside the Dominos for a quick meal. Food options are from Aldi, Iceland, M&S foodhall, and Home Bargains. There's a Pets at Home for all things for our fur-babies, and a Card warehouse for the usual card and gifts. Parking is ample, even in the midst of the Xmas rush, although you may have to park a short walk away from a preferred shop.
