Great character being inside a converted church with high ceilings and open beams. Lovely fresh food, 4 picnic tables with umbrella's outside at the front and 3 benches at the back overlooking the fields.

1st visit here. Superb setting in a small village. In a converted church with a great antiques centre and cafe. Food and cakes all home baked, excellent quality and great prices. Recommended!!

We found this little gem on the way to visit our caravan. We absolutely love it. The service is fantastic. The staff especially the cheeky Craig are so friendly and efficient. The menu is varied and to be honest I get spoilt for choice. The food is freshly cooked and I haven’t had a bad meal yet. The setting is beautiful and if the weather is good you can eat outside. There is also free parking. We make this our regular eating place now as a start to our weekend. As a bonus you can go for a walk round the antique centre next door. They have some lovely jewellery, ornaments or even furniture. It is well worth visiting.

Dinner was delicious here- came with my mother in law and my daughter. Mum had the salmon pasta which was a huge portion, really rich and creamy. Me and the little one shared one of the platter style sharers with chicken strips and pitta, it was exactly what we needed. I also always love when eateries serve Fentimans Rose Lemonade because it's hard to come by. The serving staff were friendly, patient, and overall just very accommodating and every bit as sweet as the delightful desserts! Highly recommend eating here, and then going for a snoop around the antiques shop.

This place is the best place to eat in the whole of rossendale, in my opinion. The food is outstanding. The service is outstanding, and the venue itself is just perfect. I can't even begin to rate this place enough. The food is home cooked and so tasty. Freshly made deserts that are unreal. Excellent value for money. I have had a breakfast here with my family 10/10, I have had afternoon tea 10/10, I have had on the board specials meals and food from the menus 10/10. And I have tried many deserts 10/10. If you've never been here, please do give it a visit. You won't regret it, and I guarantee you will be back. There is a fella who serves there who is so lovely, funny, and just gives the best customer service. I wish I knew his name to add it here.

Dined here today, I ordered the chicken plater with a soft drink and my partner ordered a toasted sandwich with a tea. The plater came with 2 chicken peaces,3 garlic muchrooms, 3 onion rings with a 3 potato wedges that had been cooked and reheated a few times. The potatoe was watery and had shrunken away from the skins. The potato was also full of dirty oil. The appearance of the wedges you could clearly see the had seen better days. I can believe a chef or witress with any standards would allow the wedges to leave the kitchen .

Went here last minute. Staff very friendly. I asked for something specific that wasn’t on the menu (because of my health condition) and they accommodated. Just a shame they had run out of scones for my friends but they still managed with other cake and again enjoyed. Thanks. Keep up the good work. πŸ‘

Our 4th time eating here and the tea room doesn't disappoint. Not a massive menu but what they do serve is all freshly made on site. Excellent service and food in the same building as the antique show room. Gets very busy at lunch (booking advisable) and justifiably so. They do operate a pager system when busy so you can browse the antiques until your table is ready. Very highly recommended.

Despite us running late, a rarely for our group, we still enjoyed excellent service and meal options from this busy establishment. It was worth the visit and it's another tea rooms to add to our ever growing list for a revisit πŸ™‚

My wife and I had an afternoon tea here, after looking around the antique shop, the afternoon tea was delicious, the staff were pleasant and professional, we couldn't manage the scones, so they did us a doggy bag!!! A fantastic place to eat and visit, would highly recommend!!!! ;0)

Lovely tasty food, impeccable service from courteous, friendly staff. Quirky, small location, so can get quite busy. Attached to an antiques centre. Reasonable parking. Wheelchair accessible.

Very local to me, so visit quite often, any requests are taken to the letter. The range of ages of staff are lovely to see, experience with newer members learning. All friendly, welcoming, and will try to fit walk ins where they can. Food is always good, I'd probably suggest two size breakfasts, and maybe an omelette option. Only gripe would be check backs for more drinks, although most come in for one with a light meal, and signal boost or Wi-Fi...or permanently reserve me a window seat πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜…

Popped in for breakfast last minute. No reservation needed on this occasion but lots of tables booked. We were welcomed by friendly and accommodating staff and served the best breakfast we've had in a long time. Menu options are great, prices are very reasonable, especially given the very high quality. Not been for a while but this visit has reminded us of a forgotten treasure, we will be back.

Enjoyed a delightful lunch here today! staff as charming as anyone could wish for and food the best quality and presentation. Easy parking, lovely setting and an interesting Antiques Centre too. See the massive wooden owl at the rear! Locals are so lucky to have a first class facility on their doorstep! Look at the star ratings! Nearly 5/5 - and they say you cant please everybody!

A very good selection of food. Efficient and friendly service. There is the added bonus of the antiques to look at either before or after your meal. It can be busy, so booking is advised at peak times.

We had a 2 course festive lunch and fish platter today thoroughly enjoyable turkey and the usual veg and a great selection of smoked salmon mackerel and prawns. We both thought there has been an improvement in the menu available. With some rarely seen hot drinks and good quality food A lot of things are done well and it deserves success

I went to the tea room today with a friend for her birthday. We had a fabulous Afternoon Tea for a reasonable price. Also we couldn't have asked for a lovelier waitress. I think she was called Sara but they know how impressed we were with her so that's all that matters. The other staff were very friendly too.

Nice food bit cramped and lacking in ventilation to feel comfortable under current pandemic conditions. More masks needed until seated in such small room.

😠 However good it used to be, I now wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anybody. I took my wife for her birthday. We turned up early so sat at the bar tables and ordered some drinks after waiting for a waiter for 15 minutes. The drinks were made, placed on the bar where we just sat and watched them...
