Lovely site where we had a small but very cozy pod. A couple of electric sockets with a 4-gang extension enabled a kettle for brews, the TV, some electric lamps and power for our phones and smart speakers. We were lucky with the weather and had a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable couple of days.

What a lovely place. We had a short stay as we were limited for time but basically cannot wait to go back. Firstly we were welcomed by the young lad in reception who was incredibly kind and polite. We came badly prepared but thank goodness for the snack shed and nice grub at a fair price. Lovely. Breakfast there also a great idea ordered the night before. All staff we encountered were lovely. The environment a beautiful location with loads of places to go to. Thank you Rossendale.

Had the best stay! So peaceful, perfect place to rest. Me and my partner have just finished our degree so it was a lovely break away to celebrate. The staff are amazing, so welcoming and just lovely people. All facilities are kept so clean and will be back again! Perfect place for everyone- couples, families or even a solo night away. Thank you!

Stayed here on Thursday with my 2 small children on motorhome pitch. The site is beautiful, staff very friendly, cafe/bar area. Facilities are spotless, hot showers, cleaning area for dishes, games room, small park area with swings. Views are great. Site is not huge and feel its more for chilling and going out for adventures, especially if there is children. My 2 enjoyed the few hours playtime. I do solo camping and like to chill and this will definitely be perfect for that and i will be revisiting.

A fantasic chilled and beautiful little place, friendly attentive staff. Lovely surrounding area and walks. Accommodation wonderful, clean and great standards. Although we did not need to use the on site restaurant/bar this time I was very pleased the menu catered nicely for vegans. We will definitely be returning !!!!!

We stayed the night in our campervan. The pitch was lovely, hard standing which is a god send in the winter months. The toilets and showers were immaculate and the washing up facilities were really good. Staff were friendly and informative 😊 The site itself was well kept, peaceful and picturesque. We will definitely return! Thank you for having us 😊

Booked the Hideaway as a couple with our 2 dogs. Loved the food delivery and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean, had some lovely nearby walks and amazing views, almost no light pollution at night, it’s beautiful. Perfect for dog walkers, couples and small families for a quiet getaway ☺️

Super friendly staff, meet swiftly on arrival. Clean toilets and showers. So many great choices of tables scattered around, it's simply perfect. There's a small football pitch on the upper field with a meadow cut back path to allow you to walk around the top field also which leads to a mini lake, easy access for dogs on lead walk .

We stayed in our campervan on the electric pitch. The site was really well maintained and the toilets were extremely clean. Lots of benches to sit out when it's good weather. They even deliver the food you order in the cafe to your camper (including breakfast and cheese boards). Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Definitely would visit again if in the area.

We had an incredible weekend stay at Rossendale and it was just what the doctor ordered. We stayed in one of the lovely pods which were so warm and cosy with everything you need. The site is so quiet and set amongst fields which makes it very peaceful. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We certainly will be staying again, it was heaven!

Last minute get away and what a find !! We will certainly be returning. Stayed Thursday 1st June for one night and tried booking for Saturday when we got home but all booked up. Staff were absolutely brilliant, location and views perfect. We stayed in 'the Stable', very clean and everything you need. Will be trying the lodges next time. Oh and the little bar/cafe shop was brilliant and the pizzas and breakfast were delicious..

Excellent stay! Spectacular location, beautiful views, clean and aesthetically pleasing environment and warm cozy pods. Worth every bit. A 10min drive to some great eateries and pubs.

Me and my partner stayed here recently in The Stable. We absolutely loved it and had such a relaxing stay. The stable was spotless, every member of staff we spoke to was helpful and super polite. The lake was our favourite part, was lovely to sit there in the afternoon. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing trip, it seems to be good for kids too as there is a little hidden play area, and a games room with lots of board games and films. Will definitely be visiting again and recommending to our friends and family!

We stayed In the cute little Robin pod and what a delight it was. Just perfect for 2. With a kettle and fridge perfect for a morning brew sat out on the seated decking. Breakfast arrives pre ordered from the on-site cafe. Play areas for children. Lots of lovely local pubs, cafes and restaurants in surrounding local towns/villages. Beautiful scenery and walks to be found.

Loved it here, beautiful scenery and the staff were great, Ellie at reception really helpful and the lady who cooks the breakfasts- thank you for the granola recipe! We stayed in the rose, it was really private which was great. Only suggestion would be maybe stock charcoal/kindling available to buy, we struggled to find any in town so weren't able to BBQ/fire pit and it would make money for you too! and maybe a bath mat for the rose bathroom, it's a big chilly room in October! Thanks for a great stay we'll be coming back

This is a great place to stay. The site is in a great hilltop location with beautiful views. I stayed in 'the nest' a very nice, private detached chalet that had everything I needed in it. Every member of staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is a little shop/cafe/bar in reception serving take away food and great gin and tonics amongst other things! I was made to feel very welcome and I will definitely be returning here. Thankyou all for a lovely stay.

Great place to stay had a great weekend with the extended family. 'Buttercup' was brilliant... Staff were very helpful and polite. The facilities were spot on, the games room for the rainy days and the fire pit on the island for dark nights... 10/10

Super friendly and helpful staff, daily cleaned private hot tub available for hire. Well stocked shop for snacks and drinks. Breakfast delivered. All in the beautiful Rossendale (I am a local, but it really is beautiful!)

Nice camping/clamping site that has new amenities (games room, shower and toilet block, new camping pods) and they're adding more - some lakes and other recreational activities. Surrounded by lovely countryside. Not far from a small village where there's pubs etc. Good amount of parking and holiday cottages are also available. They serve food and drinks and can bring them all to the games room for you.
