I was looking for a waterfall and I found this hide one in this town. On the map it says you can go by car but it’s actually a private road so we have to park on the road next to this one and walk for about 5/10 minutes. It’s a quite area , nice for some pictures or just hear the water falling and relax.

Great little waterfall in a hidden forest I never knew this place was here. It really is a hidden gem. It is a nice place to go for a walk there is a nice waterfall and further up a small stream and a wooden bench to sit down and relax. One thing I would also say is when it has rained the waterfall area gets very muddy and gos like quicksand.

Only place where you can leave your car is down in the town. Waterfall beautiful, really worth the walk.

A stunning waterfall very close to the village and well worth a look after heavy rain.

A lovely hidden gem, definitely worth a visit in all seasons. When we visited, there were very few others people around and we were able to appreciate the waterfall in seclusion. Many options for walks branch off as the stream is followed. Looking forward to a visit in drier weather. There is no parking close to the waterfall. Best to park in the residential areas away from the bottom of Plunge Road.

Great walk to blow away the cobwebs. Struggled to find parking but the walk itself is so picturesque.

Loved it!!!! So beautiful lot's of walking. Not wheelchair friendly. Very hilly but the children loved going in the waterfall. You have to park in the village pub car park Β£3.00 for the day then walk up hill to the waterfalls. Lovely village with a fish and chip shop, butchers, bakers and local shop. Unfortunately no toilets except in the pub.

Lovely little waterfall to admire. The water is fresh and is crystal clear. A great place to walk to, walk from or stop and take in the sounds of the water falling. Can be quite popular on a nice day as there's plenty of nearby walks in and around the waterfall... Leading to the nearby woodlands, windfarm, the stream, Edenfield and Ramsbottom.

Lovely tranquil place. If you walk up stream you can walk for miles. I would highly recommend this place to anyone

A wonderful little hidden gem off the main road. A short walk down a well trodden path reveals a really nice waterfall. The walk can be extended by walking further up the river, however the path soon stops. All in all about a 4km walk. Definitely recommend, some lovely scenery in a really peaceful setting.

Had lovely family walk, easy trail and nice views. Waterfall nothing special really, no signs. No parking at all.

Amazing hidden spot of nature to visit. Not too crowded when we were there. No car park there, but there was plenty space on mine road. Suggest to follow the the stream to have the best walk and enjoy the most that nature can give.

Great spot but ignore your sat nav! If you drive up Plunge Road there is nowhere to park and very little space to turn. Park on Rochdale Road and you'll have a lovely walk up to the waterfall.

What a beautiful place to go to take photographs and even if you want to take portraits of someone with a beautiful backdrop of a waterfall. You could also bring your little one or partner for a picnic, in a lovely relaxing spot. Not far from Rochdale Road, you can walk it in maybe 15 minutes.

Way over hyped, not great wouldn’t bother wasting ur time. Too many people and definitely no space to park. Used to be a secret now is more than well known thanks to lockdown. Don’t drive down and block the drive. This is someone’s home and they need the spaces. I’m sure they are sick of people constantly driving there blocking it.
