The burgers are the best. The chips are usually ok, but sometimes you can tell they've been refried, probably because they were spare and they didn't want them wasted. That happens at least once a week. They must think people are dumb and wouldn't notice. I'VE NOTICED FOR THE PAST YEAR YOU PLONKERS!!! Sort yourselves out.. We pay good money for our food!!!!!!!!!!

We were looking forward to our kebab and chips for tea , checked menu on line and the same order has increased from around £13.00 to £20.00. Unfortunately that rules it out, not sure how it can be justified, such a shame.

Just ordered a £20 meal and ruined my evening. Would never recommend ordering this place to anyone. Burger bread was rock solid toasted rather than a nice soft bun. Their calzone tastes like raw dough and had absolutely no flavour. Don’t ever try this place waste of your money.

Ordered many times from this place and enjoyed the the food, recently gone down hill and not recieved a full order the past 3 times iv ordered, will not be ordering again as they seem to be taking money but not providing the goods, any other takeaway sorts out the problem straight away and corrects your order at their expense for delivery, these guys want to add it on your next delivery to save a couple of quid but alienate a loyal customer, good luck megabite

Good food, probably the best around town, but they never get the orders right. I’ve ordered on their app, on just eat, on the phone and the past 6 times it’s been wrong, pure ignorance... they know me as a regular and by name and they chat to me and they can’t even get it right so no hope for anyone else

Food not cooked properly, chicken on pizza was old, ordered large portions of stuff and get small portions and also over charged me aswell, place is horrible won't be ordering again.

Ordered the food to arrive at the property from ordering from a menu but only for them to change the pricing at the door and take the food back 😂 what a joke. Get from elsewhere

Waited two and a half hours. Was told they’d been round and saw no lights on which was not true. Asked why they didn’t ring they said they were busy. No apology, no refund, nothing. Food had gone back and sat there. Never again.

Regardless of food, delivery driver arrived over an hour earlier and was a Flat out rude. Manager on phone was beyond aggressive and threatening, rather than having any good practice in customer service. Actually disgusting behaviour - and a crying shame, as despite some people’s qualms with prices, always been a good quality meal in our previous experiences; though given our most recent one, I can’t in good faith support it any further. Sort your attitudes out and we might consider coming back.

Really poor. Threw half my Kebab and 12 quid away.

Clean, reliable and about average. Food is okay; they offer chicken burgers, wings etc. Donner and tikka kebabs with naan/chips also available. Portions are generous and there is some seating inside. Place itself is immaculate, very hygienic. The food is pretty standard takeout fair. if you've had a tough day and it's 1am, then consider it.

I've been coming to Mega Bite since a kid and it never fails to impress me. Staff are friendly and helpful and in my opinion they do one of the best pizzas in Haslingden.
