Just waited over an hour and a half for a takeaway and it was terrible when it finally arrived. Besides being cold it had been transported badly and was very out of shape. Will not use again.

I have ordered a few times on here before, the food is pretty good but delivery is shocking. Last time I ordered from this place, it took nearly 2 hours. I kept calling them after one hour and they promised me they were on their way, complete liars! As a gesture of good will he offered me a free kebab next time I placed an order, just trying to collect the said kebab and guess.....what the guy is not in today. Full of BS. Steer clear, unless you have about three weeks to wait for some food. Never to be used again, rehmans as good if not better with better delivery times.

I give one star coz the delivery lad was nice and the garlic sauce is ok..ordered a large mixed kebab £6.99..what a rip off!! It eas like a child size portion ser ed in a crappy little pitta bread.. I waited over an hour and the food was cold!!! I phoned them up and the person I spoke to was rude and uncooperative..NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This place not only charges you a delivery fee and a service charge but they never brings the right change to make sure you pay extra when they deliver it. When you question it the driver gets rude and just leaves you short. Total rip off!!

Placed an order at 6.25pm, to ring up every hour wondering where the food is. It's now 10 to 10 still no food and now your not answering the phone. Poor customer service skills and a refund should be given for food that hasn't even turned up. I definitely won't be using you again to order! Absolutely appalling

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this place. I always order and collect at around 5pm and the food is always really tasty. I had the chicken kebab in naan and it was the best kebab I've had in a while.

Two chicken kebabs absolutely rubbish bit of rubbery chicken on a Mann asked for salad but didn’t get any first and last time at this place yuk

New New Review January 2021 5 Stars : Spoke to staff about the issue again and this time the quality was very good with no dripping oil anywhere i was impressed back to normal quality im happy again New Review December 2021 2 Stars: Staff again very friendly, but last 3 times i order now the donner, box everything has been drenched in oil. How this happens on the very short journey from the takeout to my house. Its not acceptable, quality going down, hopefully they sort it out soon then i will update review. Received dry kebab no sauce or salad. Garlic bread was dry. Horrible food.

This place was recommended, first time I have ordered, never again will I order from here. Took 2 hours for food to arrive. Contacted the shop, staff are rude and arrogant.

Been having MIMIS all my life (over 18 years) had ups and downs. Mimis began absolutely terrific with customer service and the food. Did fall down the ladder for the past few years however since the arrival of Eddie I feel like his contribution has had a massive impact of the business and Mimis look like their future is bright again. By far the worse takeaway in rawtenstall... I love to just say 1thing to pick up on but the list is endless, from the tasteless food.. the completely lack of customer service or the hit or miss of what going to come off the menu has getting what you ordered is to much to ask..

Just ordered a pizza from Mimi's in rawtenstall. They have dropped it on the doorstep, left it in the pouring rain, not alerted us about it being here and now slugs are crawling all over it. I then phoned up to complain about this and I was told that he knocked and called the number multiple times but we were sat in the room next to the door and there was no call record whatsoever.Appalling service. Would not recommend

Order did not arrive took well over 1 month to recieve a refund. AVOID at all costs, got to rehmans!

I go here often - very good takeaway we nice kebab’s and burgers…. Good lads too who are happy to have a chat whilst you wait. Cleaner then other places in the area… which is important.

Be sure to give these worst takeaway in rossendale 4 hours In advance they do not give a toss about any of there customers has to be worst around avoid at all costs

Cheesy garlic pizza is yum - cheese is really nice and right to the edge 😋 arrived 30 mins early. Chicken pitta kebab my husband had looked good too - plenty of chicken

Overpriced super small portions ordered a chicken donner mix large came in a pitta not ideal if your hungry

Small is the new large here now for kebabs phoned order through to collect on my way home from work and still had to wait 20 minutes in the shop total 35 minutes for the food to appear so it appears standards are SLIPPING so I'll give it a miss from now on. bog standard pizza from lidal with my own diy toppings from now on or rustler burgers from Iceland and save a bob or two

One of the best kebabs iv had and the staff are really friendly and can have a good laugh with them xxx
