Awful visit, forgot double cheeseburger, forgot sauce for mozzarella dippers. No mustard, onion or pickle for burgers, didn't bother to mention when ordering, just told that's all they have. Garbage service and staff not arsed

Surprisingly clean place even though it was clearly busy with lots of people in there.the food was great and tasty yummy as I had a big Mac and milkshake but I love the Italians range as they are out of this world.

I ordered 4 chick wraps, got home and there was only 3 in the bag, I returned and I was asked to provide a receipt, which I wasn’t given, so I then had to show on my bank app the payment. They agreed to give me another wrap, I was asked to park in the waiting bay, so I waited and waited until others were served before me! I then went back to the window and stopped the traffic only to be handed my £1.99 wrap from a row of wraps! Check your food before you leave, I was in a Porsche but they somehow thought I was trying to steal a £1.99 wrap. Very badly handled and very poor service.

Food not very hot, dirty tables. BEWARE they are charging for sauce now, 10p per pot. Crazy, we spent £50 on food but they want extra for a tub of curry sauce. Their prices are higher than ever and they are still wanting more. Goodbye Macdonald's, I think I will not use them now, pure greed.

This is our traditional McDonald's for airport runs. Halfway between home and Manchester and easily accessed through the nearby roundabout and then straight back on the motorway home. Food served warm and pretty quick. Nothing special but food and service exactly as expected from a McDonald's

This is the BEST McDonald's we have Ever visited. We were greated by a lovely lady called Helen who helped us with ordering, she was so lovely, great chatting the grandchildren and just so nice. My grandaughter wanted a straw and went to find Helen to ask for one and she got her one and treat her just so nicely. The food was delivered straight to our table within 5 to 10 mins and was hot!!!! Can you imagine my surprise? Hot food in McDonald's! The order was perfect, nothing missing and all lovely and fresh and the youngster who delivered it was also lovely and polite, not rushing around but also not slow. Once we had eaten a gentleman came and asked if he could take the tray with all the rubbish on for us and wiped down the table straight away again he was so lovely (I didn't get his name). The children only got one happy meal so asked if they could buy another one as there was 2 of them and again they were served by a youngster who was so lovely and again took time to ask the children what they wanted and treat them lovely and again didn't rush them. Now this was a very busy store and we went in at 12 o clock but yet there never once seemed to be any rushing around or shouting it was all just run so smoothly and perfectly that everything and everyone were just chilled out and enjoyed there jobs, one man sat opposite us asked for some sauce and was very rude yet Helen just smiled and off she tottered to get him some. I only wish we lived nearer to this store, maybe the staff can visit other McDonald's and teach them how it should be done. Well done to everysingle person who works there, you should all be very proud of yourselfs cause your the best McDonald's store in the UK for sure!

Waited ages at the drive thru, got to the window to pay and they couldn't find my order! then gets to collection window and told to park up, i said i will wait at the window as i only ordered a cheese burger (how long can that take to get) so within 20 seconds or so a manager came to the window with my burger and told me not to disrespect his staff??? Sorry pal but how about some respect for your customers.... Last time i was parked up 50 mins waiting for food, never had any issues at any other McDonalds its just this one. Maybe some staff and managment training is needed here as the service is very poor!

Not a great McDonald this one it's clean ish and food is ok but food usually only slightly warm and service is poor and they frequently get order wrong , its a world apart from other McDonald 2 miles down road where you get a smile with your correct warm food.

Called in for a coffee and some fries the service was painfully slow took about 15 minutes to get served this was at 11:15 p.m. on a Saturday night my coffee was conspicuous by the absence of any coffee( hot milky water) staff were complacent no apology for the time delay notice that the staff were also very scruffy in appearance the restaurant itself could do with a major refit looking through the serving Hatch window the equipment looked antiquated the outside eating area was really great but absolutely filthy which was a shame because it was a very hot night and we could not use it not the sort of experience I would expect from a major fast food outlet

Popped through drive through for a double sausage and egg and a LARGE white coffee. Always over pronounce large so not to confuse anyone serving and that's what I fully expect when I get to the hatch! Get to the hatch and I'm greeted with a normal sized coffee, I tell the server I ordered a large white to the response of well its come through as regular... The lad who took order came and basically called me a liar said that's what I ordered asked me to chip up 40p for the difference... Dont think so mate, I'm the customer and you caused me the inconvenience to bring up the mistake then insult me by saying that's what I asked for! Maybe if you weren't nattering to your mate when taking orders you might hear what was ordered or clean your ears out... Apparently cant do 2 separate orders from 1 car now either and didn't know a thing about how to sort loyalty points for coffees now they've gone online..... what's the world coming to when you get mugged off by mc ds! Ruined my drive to work looking at my cup with disappointment!

Waited an age to be served at drive thru, then told to park up, no explanation as to why. Waited for 15 mins before food came, no apologies. Mccrispy bun was burned. Not the best.

Tend to come to this McDonald’s because it’s generally quieter. But this is probably because they are not very good at serving up what you order. The staff seem to have a bit of a mental block when it comes to remembering salsa dip! It’s happened too many times for it to be a coincidence. Last time I came here my daughter’s happy meal was minus a portion of fries. I always seem to have to go back to the desk to ask for missing items.

Had a lot of new staff who had to ask questions were stock was, etc. The food was cold, and it wasn't as busy as you'd expect. Staff didn't seem happy to be working difficult to say anymore as usually the staff here are polite and smiling.

Staff smoking at front. Drive through not open due to painting wall outside. Manager appeared useless as I walked to the counter to ask for my drive thru ordered on app. Only maccys I've ever had to call out 'excuse me' to get served. Fortunately lady then did serve me efficiently, saving grace. Could be cleaner..first 2 tables I checked this morning had food on, 2 months after first review, was early tho.

Called in on a Sunday evening which was a big mistake we sat down and waited for our food, we then realized it was warmer outside than in the restaurant we saw people putting up hoods because of the cold why was it cold the A/C was blasting out when not needed. There were seven of us and we had to return to the counter for items missing off our order.

No complaints here, ordered via the app and brought to the car. All present and correct which when there are 7 of us isn’t always achieved. Good warm and even given extra straws. Never had a problem here before and better than some Mc D’s

Every time I come here I have issues with my codes, the staff always say they’re invalid but they seem to be valid at every other McDonald’s I’ve been to? Chips are always soggy and cold, burger is always off centre. Ordered an oasis but got given a coke? I understand it’s a McDonald’s and not a fancy restaurant but staff need to get a grip.

The staff were really friendly and efficient, but the person who really impressed us was the customer service person on duty between 2pm and 3pm on Sun 4th June when we visited. The place was spotless, and we watched him clean tables after customers left. Nothing unusual in this, you may think, but he not only managed to wipe the tables without wiping everything onto the chairs, but he also wiped down the chairs and benches themselves. This is not only a rarity at McDonalds, it’s a rarity in almost all eating places. It was a pleasure to see someone doing the job properly (and, no, I’d never seen him before and we’re not related). We’ll done that man, and whoever trained and managed him. I almost forgot about the order. Ordered on the app, and it was delivered quickly and correctly to the table. Later, ordered a second time on app, and it was again delivered quickly and correctly to the table. All round excellent service.

The food was great fresh and hot not too long await either. staff pleasant and helpful had a nice big tasty meal which was deliciously delicious

Only came for old drinks which were the caramel iced frape and the strawberries and cream iced drinks and these were blended nicely compared to other places which leave huge chunks of ice cubes in your drink

Rude staff when we asked for a mcfluury they said we don't have that one . Why can't she just say we don't have any available. Also this is a regular occurance they don't have the mcflurrys. Why can't someone sort it out. Didn't buy anything as thy didn't have anything I wanted.

Whitebirk McDonald's hmmm well the food wasn't hot at all, I took it back and again it was lukewarm. I won't go back there. The staffing issues are evident as they all look like there on a sinking ship. It's a shame really as it used to be great. We did notice that the Uber/ just eat drivers get priority with their orders. Customers are just let waiting.

As usual, I didn't have the time or the patience to order my food & coffee via the machine, so I ordered it at the counter. I was served promptly and very professionally by a young Asian gentleman who totally appreciated my problems with McDonald's automation. He also sorted the App on my phone so that he ensured I'd receive the appropriate points for my manual order. As usual, I ordered a Chicken Mayo & Caramel flavoured latte large, probably one of the cheapest orders he'd taken all day, but I got the same standard of service if I'd spent £100 and not the £4.97!! He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Within 5 minutes, I was departing the restaurant with his last pleasant words....Have a nice day!!

Went here as passing on way to Sheffield wed v Blackburn ( Blackburn fan here ). Stopped for summet to eat, staff were sound, food were better than most maccies I’ve had and it were surprisingly quick 2/12/23

McDonald's is McDonald's. You know what you're getting. The food was good,tasty and warm where in some other McDonald's it's cold. The service was excellent. The restaurant wasn't noisy or even full which was nice.

I ordered, waited nearly 30 mins as they decided to clear it off the screen without making the actual food. I went up to ask where it was as 3 other families got theirs before me who came in afterwards and they went back through the screen and said wiped it off as thought went out. Came out cold. Not returning to this one. Motorway services too

It was ok for a quick bite with mobile, desk and screen ordering, toilet and drive through, large parking spaces. Indoor and outdoor seating and toilet

Only called at the drive through for a coffee and Parked up to drink it. It's set in quite a pleasant location just off the Accrington bypass.

Always a lovely place nice people and a welcoming place, go there again 😀

Nice Micky D's. Been there many times and the food is good. The staff are nice and cheerful and it's usually a speedy service. Last time I had my usual Big Mac meal with a Cheeseburger chaser and it was really nice and good to see they are giving napkins for any juice that you may get on your shirt if you're a messy eater like me.

Got my food quick and thought as it was a nice day I'd sit out front and enjoy the fresh air. Unfortunately 4 members of staff were sat on 2 sets of the seats smoking. Not pleasant.

I would like to thank the manager of rising bridge McDonald's. I work with vulnerable adults and someone I support love arts and crafts they saw the red / pink bin bags used for the bins at this store and expressed how they wanted to pink bin liner to make a dress. After searching online I could not find any which I could collect for today. I rang the store and spoke to Phil and asked if there was a possibility of having a pink bin bag, Phil was happy enough to give me on, on arriving the staff handed me a handful of bags Phil had put to one side. Again thank you, my vulnerable adult is very happy and making us all matching dresses.

We drove 4.5 hours from south Wales to Lancashire to pick up our bulldog puppy . We stopped here for breakfast. Fast service. Food was piping hot. Staff friendly

Dirty screens and not sprayed after each customer even though it wasn't too busy, no face coverings used and no social distancing at all, finished customers all congratulating chatting around the only door for customers and not being asked to move away. I'm glad I ate my food in the car.

Horrific service, girl dropped the drinks and ruined one of the cup she refused to replace them. The sausage was undercooked. Youd be better off starving than getting from here...

Poor , cold burger and burnt lacked topping and bread not fresh

Used the drive through on News Years Eve. Our order was completely wrong and was on motorway before we realised. Also food spilling from boxes jammed in to bag. Contacted McDonald’s Customer services by email to voice our bad experience. I can understand an odd mistake but completely messed up a £19 plus order 😡

Quick service and clean. We went for something to eat after an event. Arrived 7:15pm on a Saturday. The restaurant was very quiet with only a couple of others dining. Plenty of parking available. For the food - nothing remarkable - it is McDonald's after all. Second visit yesterday to Accrington, stopped for food on the way home, clean fast service and very quiet inside. More delivery drivers than diners.

I ordered food to take away, waiting almost 25 min, all drivers from delivery service taking they food, and only my order was there, disappeared from screen, and I have to wait another 5 min after i ask about my order. Chips was cold, nuggets too. 2 months ago late night, machines not working and I have to wait 30 min for someone from service to take order from me, and another 20 min for food. Disappointed and not recommending this McDonald.

Always come here for a drive and a brew. Normally one of the best but lately .... one day the latte had hardly any coffee in it... today had half a latte in the cup, went back and was made to feel I was in the wrong... no apology. Had to return that one too as it wasn't a latte just very bitter coffee. Hope things go back to how they were.

Waited a long time but it was busy. Then coffee came cold I stuck in my finger to check. I returned to the server who said it was hot she could see the steam. I stuck in my finger again but she could still see steam so no new coffee. The hygiene lady in the waiting area had the public in high spirits and was making the people laugh what a nice lady bless her.
