Failed fue procedure done in December 21. I am not alone if you check various Hair transplant forums. I'd allowed a below par result down to multiple factors but the clinics reaction to this was shocking. Adam, the admin guy from the clinic was following patients on forums. I first experienced this when my first checkup was initiated by the clinic and in person started with, "you've been posting unnecessary comments on a forum" referring to my concerns with extreme shock loss and patches of hair and big bald patches on head. The doctor gave me his own topical medicine to help. At my last meeting he said topical medications could be to blame for scalp issues? Email and in person follow ups were full of sarcasm and belittling the patients concerns. If you doubt me, please go through their results on reputable forums and how many 'top ups' have been offered and how many patients are unhappy with the response. I was provided the graft count which had 1888 multiples of 3000 grafts. The clinic expressed shock at how good the donor availability was based on this count of multiples. blaming my donor hair and their suggested own branded medication when the result was not great!

I had my Hair transplant in Feb 2021 ,got great results post transplant it looks good . I chose this place after a lot of research and reading multiple reviews.I definitely recommend this place. Place is clean , staff are polite and friendly , Dr Arshad has high standards and he will make sure results are far better than your expectations , he has high standards and strives for perfection. Surgery is a tiny bit painful with multiple local anaesthetic injections but Dr Arshad is gentle. He is friendly , approachable and makes sure everything is done perfectly. I cannot fault the Hair Dr team. The whole process has been spot on from initial consultation with Sommiya to the day of the procedure and now the aftercare. I was greeted on the day by Adam who I spent a good half an hour talking with, he was very good at making me feel at ease and outlined how the day would progress. During the procedure, Dr Arshad and the team of Technicians made me feel comfortable the whole way through. The anaesthetic injections were the most unpleasant part but after a few minutes you can barely feel a thing making the rest of the procedure nice and easy. Lunch was provided which was great and you are offered regular breaks for drinks and snacks which were also provided. At the end of the day you are given your post op medication to be taken for the next 7 days and a chart that tells you exactly what and when to take so you can’t go wrong. 7 days after the procedure now and everything seems to be going as expected, I am really looking forward to the months ahead and seeing how things progress. I can’t thank the team enough for the work they have done and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending to people in the future!

I had carried out a lot of research prior to my procedure, especially into the doctors expertise and experience of each clinic I was considering. Dr. Arshad stood out as by far the most qualified and experienced in every aspect. 8 months on I could not be more happy with the results and aftercare.

My first transplant at the Hair Dr of 2,700 grafts was a failure. I was offered a ‘top up’ after being told there were reasons why it failed and was assured that those issues have been resolved. I put my trust into them and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I had another 1,100 grafts. I regret this massively, it was another failure. Numerous forums show so many patients having failed transplants here, along with failed top ups. This has severely impacted my life, I regret choosing the Hair Dr.

My experience thus far has been brilliant. The surgery was carried out by Dr Arshad, and a team of 7 other people. Overall, it took around 8 hours. Every step was explained to me in great detail, and I have felt reassured from the first consultation, right through the surgery, and then all the way through to the proceeding months of recovery. The facility was both impressive and incredibly clean. The main reason I selected The Hair Dr however was due to their reputation for aftercare. This is what has earned their 5-star review. I have messaged the clinic at all hours of the day, usually not expecting a reply until the next morning, but I have pretty much always received an immediate response within the hour, even in the early hours of the morning! I am only a few months in from the procedure and I am starting to see new growth and results. Highly recommended from start to finish.

Finally plucked the courage to get a hair transplant. I chose the Hair dr as they had great reviews. I'm so glad I did amazing service great lunch couldn't have asked for better. Thinking about a hair transplant for a while but was wary. Had a consultation with the Hair Dr and they were brilliant. Always had me in mind throughout and was dealt with professionally and expertly. The day of the procedure I was extremely nervous but Dr Arshad and the whole team made me feel comfortable from the start. Procedure went well and the after care is brilliant as they answer any questions I have immediately whenever I need advice. Took very good care of me and I can’t recommend enough. Like many others i was nervous and very apprehensive about having the procedure. However, right from the inital consultation i was put at ease by the staff and decided to take the leap. In terms of the day itself, it was much easier and more comfortable than i imagined it to be. Adam on reception was brilliant with explaining everything to me about the day itself while answering any of my queries. The Dr. himself was very informative and reassuring, as were the rest of his team. The procedure itself was slightly painful at first (anaesthetic), but the rest was pretty smooth sailing. I had regular breaks and lots of brews (winner for me!!), and was provided with lunch. Day 3 post op and scarring looks barely noticeable! Still some redness which i imagine will fade in the coming weeks. Absolutely no complaints, would highly recommend to anyone who is debating going forward with the procedure. 5/5 stars

Today is the 5th day post transplant. I originally contacted the hair Dr some 10 month ago whilst sat at work looking at my hair line. Time passed and I contacted them again only a few weeks ago wanting more information. Me and my wife were invited to a face to face consultation at the hospital, this was to discuss my options and number of grafts I’d be expecting to need for the best results. The facilities are amazing and the staff are so welcoming, it massively increased to my decision to stay in the UK to have the procedure done. They have every answer to any question regardless of how silly you may think it is. The procedure itself lasts all day and I’d be lieing if I said parts didn’t hurt! But looking back now I’d still recommend this to anyone who at some point during the day looks in the mirror and isn’t happy with how their hair looks. I’ll update this again around the 4 month point with my progress fingers crossed it achieves the best results

After looking around a lot of places (including Turkey) for a good and trustworthy hair transplant clinic, I was recommended the Hair Dr by a family friend. I decided to go with the Hair Dr because the look on the family friend was so natural and looked really well done. Easy booking with a video call consultation (as I live far from the clinic) and lots of great communication through WhatsApp, I asked a lot of questions and they were promptly answered with lots of helpful information. Arrived at 7:30 on the day of the procedure and was greeted by Adam who helped calm my nerves and chatted to me answering more questions. Then a friendly meeting with Dr Arshad to discuss the hairline placement and some photos taken and discuss the procedure to answer any more questions. Then it time to shave my head and then taken to my “pod” where I had a personal space, with snacks and drinks supplied with a private bathroom and then straight into extraction. I was really nervous about the anaesthetic injections but they were not too bad and Daisy administered them really gently with minimal pain. Extraction was good removing 4,000 grafts with a break half way. Then lunch I was given a lovely sandwich and some more snacks and drinks. After lunch it was time to make the channels and Dr Arshad was really thorough here and covered all the areas we discussed really well. Then another break before insertion of the grafts. This was really pleasant and everyone very friendly and chatty, had the radio on and felt really relaxed and at ease. Very professional and friendly and the after care information was amazing and they gave a goody bag with all the medication and further info on how to care for the hair afterwards. Overall it was a great experience, I was really nervous to begin with and by the end I had a big smile on my face and was in minimal pain. Staff were very professional and put me at ease on the day of my procedure. Everything was explained through out the day . The hospital is very welcoming and beautiful . The Operating area is clinical , very clean and sterile environment. The Surgeon and staff were friendly and efficient throughout my procedure, making sure i was comfortable or needed a break . I was very impressed by the efficiency and smoothness of the day . Post op instructions that were given are easy to follow .on returning home , If i had any questions or concerns following my procedure, the clinic were always quick to reply to my questions.

I have been so impressed by everything from day 1 of being in contact with The Hair Dr. Sommiya was so helpful and patient while I was deciding whether to go ahead with treatment and never took long to respond to any of my questions. Offering a free consultation is brilliant and I really appreciated Sommiya's willingness to speak with me on multiple occasions as I had more questions. I never felt any pressure to go ahead and was advised multiple times to do my research, take time to think about it and have other consultations. Sommiya was also honest from day 1 and explained that there was no guarantee that this would work due to my circumstances - this is so important and much better than someone promising you the earth and then being so disappointed when it doesn't work - it means you can make a fully informed decision. On the day of the procedure (28th Feb) I was looked after most of the day by Daisy who was great and again, really patient with me when I had to stop a couple of times. Dr Arshad was fantastic and he had a really calming presence and was chatty throughout the procedure which makes you feel less on edge. I have done a lot of research on hair transplants and spoken to a number of consultants and I was very confused and a little scared to be honest, it’s a mine field out there with so many companies offering transplants at low costs. Although after speaking to Sommiya at The Hair Dr I now have a much greater understanding of what is involved and the clear difference between a low cost surgery and a higher end surgery like The Hair Dr. Her knowledge was extensive and I felt she had a genuine passion for helping people achieve their hair transplant goals. Dr Arshad and the Hair Dr team have been great during my hair restoration journey. I had a very informative consultation with the team to discuss treatment options and an opportunity to answer my questions. After speaking to several clinics, I decided to go ahead with the Hair Dr due to their professional attitude, available case studies and not feeling pressured to choose them, which provided me with greater confidence. The team has been very friendly throughout the entire journey, before, during and is still continuing to provide helpful information following the transplant. I’m currently 6-months post-transplant and I have received great results so far and looking forward to the following 6 months too. I had some slight nerves on the day of the transplant but I quickly felt reassured after speaking to the staff and Dr Arshad, and being within a clean facility helped as well. The entire transplant of just over 4000 grafts took several hours but this felt much quicker, including all time for breaks and lunch too. I continued to ask several questions during my first month post-transplant and the team quickly helped with every single query. The aftercare regime and wall chart created by Dr Arshad was also very useful to remind myself how to look after my head and hair. i had my FUE transplant done 10 months ago and have had amazing results as losing my hair from my crown area and front area i contacted the clinic and after 3-4 yrs of research and had seen many hair transplants carried out by DR Arshard and was impressed by the results. I had my initial consultation with the clinic and all the information was given to me and what to expect as well and All the medical staff was brilliant and helpful on the day Adam was very helpful on the day and couldn’t do enough to make me at ease. the after care and continued support as been there all the time throughout my journey i highly recommend the clinic to anyone that needed to gain there confidence back a life changing decision and the best one made as well

I am 3/4 weeks post procedure and can’t thank the staff at the Hair Dr Clinic enough. The results are amazing despite still being so early on. On the day they were very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout! I'm currently 8 days post surgery and just want to say massive thank you to everyone at The Hair Dr. From initially being greeted by Adam (top lad), to meeting the main man Dr Arshad and team of friendly technicians, I was immediately made to feel at ease and that I was in safe hands. The day itself was made as comfortable as possible, with breaks and lunch provided. I've been virtually pain free post procedure and the wall chart/aftercare package provided helps keep things simple and is a nice way to keep on track of your progress. Any questions I've had have been answered instantly and it's reassuring to know you won't be forgotten about. I'm really happy with how my new hairline is looking and I can't wait to see the end results. If anyone is apprehensive about having a hair transplant just book a consultation with The Hair Dr as life is too short to wonder "what if"!

So I’d been looking at having this procedure done for about 6 months. My hair wasn’t drastically bad however mild recession at the temples just meant I couldn’t really style my hair the way I used to. I did speak to a few clinics and went to a consultation with another clinic, however, upon discovering and contacting the Hair Dr team I knew this was the place for me to have the procedure. They were very welcoming and informative in the initial telephone consultation and made everything very easy for me in terms of actually booking the procedure. Onto the actual day itself - I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous however the whole team do a great job of making you feel welcome and relaxed. In terms of the actual procedure - as most people would say the numbing part ( anesthetic) is not pleasant. That being said once you’ve passed this stage the rest of the procedure is virtually pain free; the first stage where the extractions from the donor area takes place is slightly uncomfortable lying face down in a kind of like massage chair however this is the only gripe, with the actual implantation of the follicles in the second part of the session fairly relaxing - I even had Netflix on in the background. You are also offered snacks throughout the day as well as a complimentary lunch. It’s been 23 days since my procedure and my donor area has healed with only a slight tinge of red showing which I’d imagine will fade eventually. The grafts at the front are now fully in the shedding phase and I’m looking forward to seeing these grow over the following months, patience will be key. One positive as I kept my hair long for the procedure I can go out now with my hair flat and nobody can notice it’s even been done. I give the Hair Dr a 5 star review because I truly believe it to be a 5 star experience. Anyone considering this procedure I would 100% recommend the Hair Dr. In terms of the recovery a few weeks of down time will be well worth it in the long run if you are, as I was, suffering with confidence issues with your hair.

Called the Clinic, Was very frank about my expectations & That I would like to undergo a FUE, they took my details and called me back promptly with an appointment date I was greeted at around 7am by Adam, he made me feel very welcome and comfortable, Dr Arshad sat me down and explained the process in great detail, I Had My procedure on the 8/06/21 it took approx 11-12 hours with a lunch break in there too… I wasn’t expecting it to be as painful tbh (the anaesthetic is the most painful part) but this is the price you pay for the results. Day 3 of my FUE transplant, have had no pain and little swelling due to the medication provided by the Hair Dr. I found the procedure to be a first class experience, with an easy, calm process to the entire day. Also, the staff were really friendly and took great care of me. If you're looking to get a transplant done, I highly recommend the Hair Dr. I'm now at the 6 month mark and the hairs have started growing really well. I had my procedure 2 weeks ago at The Hair Dr Clinic. The initial consultation was easy and professional and an agreed date of 7th October for 2000 grafts was scheduled. I asked if there were any earlier dates available and within the next day was informed that I could change my date to 24th September, which I agreed to. From walking through the door on the day of the procedure I was met by Adam who was really friendly and put me at ease as he talked me through what would happen on the day. From there I met Dr Arshad who took a look at my hair and took some photos for the before shots. On reviewing the photos we decided that 3000 grafts would give a better result and decided to go for that. From there I was taken to a room to change into a gown and had my head shaved ready for the procedure. The procedure itself went really well and a lot better than expected. I do think the build up to having a hair transplant is a lot worse than actually having the procedure done. There was no pain during the procedure except for the anaesthetic, which was bearable. Once the grafts had been harvested from my doner area I was then taken to have lunch which was provided and spent the time with Adam again who was very friendly with me. After lunch I was then taken back to the treatment room to have my grafts put into my recipient area. Again there was no pain except for the anaesthetic. The technicians were both chatty and professional which made the time go by a lot quicker. At the end of the procedure I was then looked after by Sommiya who again is very nice and friendly and given my aftercare pack and instructions. I can honestly say that the after care alone is a big plus for getting the procedure done here. They provided everything I needed and are always there at the end of the phone to help with any questions that I have had after the procedure. As it is only 2 weeks after my hair transplant, I am still waiting for the results to come through, but I already can see that my hairline is better than it was, and I am really happy with the way it has healed up. If you are looking for a professional, well run and friendly place to start your hair transplant journey then I cannot recommend The Hair Dr Clinic enough.

I cannot say enough about how great this team and my experience at this clinic was. From start to finish my whole experience was smooth and without stress. Even from my first call and video chat, they were very welcoming, explained clearly how the procedure would go and very helpful with any questions I had. Right from the start you can tell they are completely professional and the best at what they do. The team there was nothing but supportive and reassuring. They made me feel completely comfortable, even tho I was a bit nervous, I knew I was in good hands and the best place.They even got me breakfast due to the appointment starting early in the morning. As for the results of the procedure, I am so happy with the progress of my hair so far. I can see so much growth from areas where there was none before, I'm over the moon. The aftercare and contact with the team is above any other, they send you off with all the information and aftercare to look after your hair/head after your op. The team are quick to reply over the phone/message with any queries I had. If anyone is thinking of having the op done I would not recommend anyone else, best team ever.

Had my hair transplant done here 2 weeks ago. Amazing company, really made me feel comfortable through out. The premises was really nice and they communicated with me amazingly throughout the procedure. I came for a hair transplant on 3rd of August after years of research. I wanted to pick a clinic where the surgeon was highly qualified and skilled enough to provide me with a bayside result. Dr Arshad is a consultant head and neck facial plastic surgeon with years of experiences and 1000s of positive natural results. After years in the limelight taking pictures in the public domain I am now retired and can take timeout of training to have this done. My experience couldn’t of gone any better from first walking into the clinic until leaving from the welcoming at the door through out the day/procedure to leaving and the aftercare. I honestly couldn’t of had a better experience. I am now looking forward to enjoying a natural result.

Every question before and during operation was answered promptly. During the operation everything was explained and the team are all nice people. All instruction packs are easy to follow, would highly recommend this place. Feeling positive about the results to come.
