    The waitress was nice, but the food was blah. You'd think that with no one there the food would have been nice, hot and delicious. Tgi Fridays, you guys tricked us.

    Very quiet and open setting, our server Ta was awesome.. now im pretty sure that i was hungry, but the food was very tasty and done right. Awesome service, clean and food done right.

    Came around 6 to a dirty table then to a waitress literally forget all my condiments to my refills on pop! Then to waiting 10 mins for mustard n mayo to a cold burger to the chicken Alfredo having a weird smell to not tasting right to my kids mac n cheese they did not like what so ever just to many problems for a first time. Very disappointed to spend $140 to only eat bout $40 worth of it! Sad part was they wasn’t even packed at all don’t know what was up with the lady on forgetting everything 😡😡😡😡

    Been twice in the last 2 months. Had food and service issues both times, so that means 100% of our visits have had issues. Slow service, delayed and improperly cooked, food served to each guest at different times, management who barely cared or saw issue with that. Waitress only interested in bigger tables , then refusing to come back once she knew we had been done wrong. I’m 100% not surprised this company is going under soon. Hope the staff is able to find work, because they are the C+ workers of the industry at this location.

    Not the Fridays I used to know. Went there for some appetizers and a dessert. The restaurant had three tables when we walked in so not busy at all. Our server greeted as promptly but would go away for extended periods. Our French onion soup came out warm and with very little cheese and one of the three appetizers we ordered came out cold. The taste was still acceptable but the temperature was way off. We ordered the sampler dessert and that was pretty good. Overall it was just a mediocre experience.

    Horrible.. place had 6 cars in parking lot got sat right away, after 10 minutes had to go find someone to get a drink, waitress comes over stands in front of table never even utters so much as boo. Tell her what we'd like never acknowledged it, walked away to deal with another table, after another 5 minutes still don't have drinks. Ended up walking out and will never try this place again. Guy that sat us was literally sitting at a table on his cell phone. Do better the place wasn't even busy..I understand why now.

    These poor guys are desperately understaffed. The server/bartender/host made a valiant effort to do it all with an excellent attitude. The food was okay at best and I dare to make the assumption the kitchen is also understaffed. The prices are still what they are, thus spending $106 on 4 people each having a 2 star meal.

    I would frequent this restaurant only for the brownie obsession dessert. Now that they’ve cut it in half & upped the price, I won’t return. Way to go corporate, this place already never has more than 10 cars in the parking lot.

    DON’T EAT OR DRINK HERE! I came in on 12/3/2023 about 6pm to pick up my online order. You pick your order up at the bar so as I’m waiting the bartender (pregnant girl) is making the waitress two drinks. When she gives the waitress the drinks THE WAITER TOOK A STRAW AND TOOK A TASTE OF ONE OF THE DRINKS AND THEN TOOK THE SAME DRINKS AND SERVED THEM TO GUESTS! That is absolutely DIGUSTING! And makes me wonder how often are they doing things like that? Disgusting I won’t be back and I’ll tell everyone so they won’t go

    Ordered the flat iron steak and it was tough and very fatty. A little over half the steak wasn't edible. I only gave 2 stars because the hostess was nice (9/28). Updating my review: Google wont let me post a separate review. I ordered a to-go today (10/29) and was less impressed AGAIN! The tots were overcooked and burnt. One of the waitresses looked at me 3 times and didn't say anything. I guess my complexion was too dark and she didn't see me. It's no wonder this place gets no business. Any given day, there's maybe 8 cars in the parking lot MAXIMUM! Bad customer service to match the bad food.

    Half order of $17 whiskey chicken, i ordered the salmon dinner $24 i had to finish cooking it and the broccoli was raw and brown i had to throw it out. Completely displeased at the food and disgusted at the quality of food

    This Fridays rocks!!! They have the BEST servers and the food is amazing. Make sure you sign up for their loyalty program - they sent us a coupon for a free entree today so $17.99 came right off the bill. And free chips and salsa for members, too.

    Everything took forever. When our food did arrive, not together, one of us had to wait. My friend's pecan crusted chicken salad had no chicken on it. My coleslaw had no dressing. The waitress corrected both things, but it increased our wait. the waitress was nice , but either inept or badly flustered. They were having a plumbing problem and roto rooter guys kept going back forth in the restaurant. Not the staff's fault of course, but it did add to the ambiance. The food was not worth the hassle. My fish was good, but certainly not great. I used to enjoy Friday's, but my last two experiences unfortunately have been poor.

    Honestly the food wasn't bad but the service was terrible. We had a small group and it was cold so we asked to not be placed by the back door because it is often cold. The server insisted it was scolding hot back there at the moment and insisted it was the only place in an empty restaurant that we could be placed.(spending over $100 ) Two items my group ordered ended up wrong and the temperature was constantly jumping from hot to cold to the point we had to remove and put on our jackets and coats several times. Every comment made to our server was responded to with fowl looks and smirky attitude. It was not until I stated I would never come back to this establishment for any reason they decided bringing some free fries would make me happy. It did not.

    It was pretty decent. It wasn't many ppl so wasn't sure why the bartender wasn't adamant. We both ordered medium rare steaks and they both came out well done.

    Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I don't remember the waitress name because it took over 10 mins just for her to come take our drink orders. The burgers we order with certain things left off came with it anyway. Never was offered drink refills. Then our food comes out there was me my husband and our 3 kids all of us but my daughter got our food. She comes back for a second time with a burger we didn't order goes back to check for my daughter food and all she said was it's coming. It was 10 minutes after our food came out that my daughter's finally came out and all she said was there's a new cook he didn't see it. So I asked for the manager at least she understood where I was coming from 3 of us didn't even eat our food there. Worst dining experience ever. Only good part was the manager actually seemed to care and got us out of there quick and even gave us refills togo. The waitress didn't have but 3 tables we were the biggest and the restaurant wasn't busy at all.

    Ordered the combo sampler, which according to the menu would come with 4 loaded potato skins, 18 boneless wings, and 6 mozzarella sticks. Got 3 skins, 6 wings, and 4 sticks. Ordered pot stickers with it, waitress said she thought it came with 6 or 7 pot stickers, it was actually 4. Ordered 2 cajun SHRIMP (being the first protein listed in the title) and chicken pastas, had about 8 pathetically tiny pieces of shrimp between them, but plenty of chicken. These were also supposed to come with garlic butter bread sticks, which had neither garlic nor butter when they arrived. The cajun sauce and pasta itself were pretty good, and the waitress was very nice, but never offered to get me another drink until we were about to leave, though it had been empty for about 15 minutes and there were maybe 3 or 4 parties total in the entire restaurant. 1 star is too generous, even with the nice waitress. Will never come back, very disappointed. Edit, a response to the canned "response from the owner": If you work in the food business, you should know that trust is the hardest thing to maintain, and when lost is nearly impossible to get back. A customer can have 20 phenomenal experiences, and all it takes is one bad experience to lose that trust. I understand that. But this was my first time at TGIF in 20 years or so, and will certainly be my last. It wasn't that the food was sub par, which it was, but that nothing was as advertised on your own menu. Maybe there was a supplies shortage, maybe the price of shrimp was at a high point and was shorted to save money, maybe the restaurant ran out of butter and garlic, or due to low volume of sales not enough product had been prepped to fulfill our order. Any one of these things I could understand, but none of them were communicated. I even pointed out to the person who brought out our combo platter that we were supposed to get 18 wings, not even mentioning how they shorted us on the pot stickers, mozzarella sticks, and potato skins, and his reply was "no, it's 6" and that was the end of the conversation. Maybe it's just this location, maybe the management and staff are just awful, but I won't be taking any chances at other TGIF locations just to be safe. I would honestly trust McDonald's to deliver what they advertise before you. I will not be emailing "Jess" my review, she can get on here and read it for herself, thank you very much.

    Absolutely disgusting! Ordered a rib dinner the rib was dry and tuff. The broccoli was hard with no flavor. The Mac and cheese had chunks of cheese that looked old and it tasted terrible. 30 dollars down the drain. Do not eat here unless you want to waste money.

    Ordered a chicken sandwich. It was so overcooked I couldn't eat it. Ordered a burger that was much better but my husband was done eating by the time I got my food. Waitress was good.

    We were passing through town on a long trip. The parking lot was nearly empty and there were only a few customers inside. The original waiter was good, but he passed us off to a trainee and he wasn't training her. She was friendly and cleared our dirty dishes. However, our food took a very long time to come considering the lack of customers. My husband was not brought extra napkins or wipes along with his ribs or a plate for the bones. The chicken tenders were overcooked and my 2 yr old couldn't bite through them. After we left, there was a meltdown in the car as we realized that the child ice cream had never been served. It definitely was not our best experience.

    My most favorite restaurant ever and I havent been to one in forever. Loved the food was a little disappointed that the bartender was very attentive. She didn't even try to sell us a second drink (automatic tip increase)

    Food was good, place is very very dirty. Our booth had rotten food under it. Turquoise walls and wall art splattered with food and liquid. Manager said there was no sour cream for the potato skins, but we were served sour cream with the fajitas. Nachos were burnt. Fajitas came with no veggies.

    Friday's is our go-to when wanting to eat out at a sit-down restaurant. There is hardly ever a wait time, and the food is always good. We have never had a meal from there that was bad, nor has the service ever been bad.

    Our waiter was friendly and attentive. I loved the peachy sangria. My southern fried chicken sandwich was very good. I was too full to order dessert but they sounded wonderful.
