    I've ordered from them several times because it's pretty convenient for downtown life. However the last time was my last order. I didn't receive my full order, so I called and was told that the items that wasn't delivered would be removed. I confirmed that information and say okay. I waited a few days for the charge to clear since I paid with a card. Nope, was still charged the full amount. So what are my options... Call the location again, dispute the charge with my bank, etc. I don't think my review or comments will change the consistent flow of customers.

    Despite an order that took over an hour to receive, and they are literally right around the corner, I decided to give them another chance. Sadly, they disappointed me again, and this time for good! I received a sandwich with very questionable lettuce, it was spotted. I didn't notice until 1/4 of my sandwich was eaten and a piece of lettuce fell out. I then checked the rest of my sandwich, and not only was the lettuce the same throughout, but there was a BUG in my sandwich!!!!! Their solution was to send a new sandwich, which I will not be eating, and credit my account $20 for future use, after I told them I wouldn't be ordering from there anymore. I am sick to my stomach! And the fixings were not only rotten, but VERY SKIMPY. Order at your own risk! The health department should be called on them...Very disappointed.

    Closes at 3, show up at 2:30, dude watches me park and get out. My man walks over to the door and locks it, and walks back behind the counter. This lazy mofo couldn’t even be bothered to make a sandwich during operating hours, and these workers think they deserve 15 an hour lmao yeah suuuuure

    After paying 16. For a sandwich/drink /chips..to be delivered .3 miles away.. I gave my driver an additional couple of dollars.. and he was kind enough to throw it on the ground .. apparently it wasn't enough for him.. real class

    I ordered a sandwich for lunch around 11:30, knowing it would take a while to get to my work, even though the Jimmy Johns is only two miles down the road. After over an hour of waiting, the sandwich was still not even out for delivery. I didn’t get to have lunch today. I called to cancel my order, and the person on the phone hung up on me, cutting me off, when canceling my order.

    Ordered online so i could be in and out. Huge line when i walked in, so I stood to the side. 15 minutes later after the line was gone and a dozen new walk ins got thier food, mine was finally ready. I got a "so sorry for the wait" and still had to bag my lunch up myself.

    I received a confirmation email confirming my order to be delivered ASAP at 12:11 p.m. At 1:10 p.m. I checked the tracking information online which indicated the order was "received" and then contacted the Adams Street store checking the status of our order as it had been one hour. I was advised that they were waiting for our driver. At 1:32 p.m. I contacted the store again as the tracker now indicated the order was delivered. I spoke with the manager named O'Riley to advise we still have not received our order which was placed 1.5 hours ago. He indicated the tracker was his error and laughed stating the driver had my food. I was offended as an order from the "Freaky Fast" company taking an hour and a half to deliver food is not a laughing issue. It's sad to say this location has gone down hill with it's service of food and respect for customers. Shame, shame.

    This location has gotten so bad with delivery being not so freaky fast and they only deliver so far. Hire more drivers!! Or at least be courteous if yall are busy and let us know if delivery will be delayed. Jeez. Throw in a cookie! *eye roll*

    Jimmy John's is less than 2 miles away from me, I ordered 2 subs expected delivery within 20 minutes or so but 45 minutes later and 3 phone calls I found out my delivery driver was on a bike and was still around 10 minutes away. Subs were soggy and warm by the time I got them

    Refusing to deliver to me. Keeps saying my house "looks" abandoned when it definitely isn't. I assured them I live here and I just want my lunch and they cancelled both of my orders without telling me. I've been waiting over 2 hours for food that was never coming. Both people I talked to were extremely rude.

    Showed up at 2.15pm, doors were locked. The employees were sitting out front in their cars texting and smoking a blunt. Saw me try to get in. Didn’t even say anything, laughed when I walked away. Went to Subway.

    This crew is at the top of their game, as soon as you place your order you realize how well they work together, and how well they do what they do which is create great food at a great price, it's a regular stop for me.

    Ordered off door dash, claims they called me when I had no missed calls, says they refunded me but when i asked for confirmation they said we did it and hung up on me worst service I have ever had and rude as hell
