    Very clean and up to date establishment. Staff was very nice and helpful through the entire process. Got a cheeseburger with an assortment of veggies. Meat was cooked well and veggies were crisp as you would expect at a 5 star restaurant. Got a medium fry…But they gave me a large if you include the in the bag fries. Would go there again!

    Customer service was solid. Fries were good... this however isn't good. Yall shouldn't be feeding people raw food. Someone could get super sick.

    I did call 20 minutes in advance to put an order to pick up. It was charged to my bank account. When I got out there, I kept waiting for over 25 minutes when I was supposed to be waiting for only 10. I did call back and it results that my order wasn’t ready!!!! Nobody made it. I asked them to please bring it to me outside since I barely can walk. That’s the reason I pay in advance. They wanted me to come inside to wait On them to start Working on my order. This is definitely last time I was here

    Stopped in for a lunch with friends. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. Will for sure stop back. Perfect burger and a healthy serving of fries!

    Went here because we were looking for lunch and figured we would try it because everyone says how good it is. We both ordered the double cheeseburger with drinks, almost $15 a person, and fries were not even included. The burger was ok, but not really much better than a wendys burger, the smash burger just makes the patty a little more crispy. Honestly not worth the hype and the price for what you get makes this place not worth a repeat visit. You could go to red Robin and sit down and pay the same price. Facility was well maintained, tables could use cleaning off more often.

    It’d been a very long day for us, and we came in just 40 minutes before closing, just hoping to get a couple of burgers. The staff treated us incredibly well, service was friendly and you never would have known we were some of the last customers of the day. Great food, of course, as always. As we left they told us to have a great night. The whole experience was service that is rarely seen. 5 stars!

    You would probably never say this in public, but you want 5 guys in your mouth all day long. Best burgers you can find (when you can find them). All fresh, never frozen. Just fantastic. But again, you wouldn't say this in public. Good thing is that this is anonymous.

    They were playing some sort of new age music junk. The music at 5 Guys should be from the 60s & 70s. When rock groups were awesome and never yet copied! Get the music back where it belongs! 🎶 😀

    $29 for 2 burgers, 1 small fry, 1 small drink... This is why there are no longer huge lines. Love the food but the price makes us visit less.

    Next time you are out of normal bread, please tell the customer instead of using sesame seed hamburgers buns to make the grilled cheese that is already regularly overpriced. Not going to lie, kind of upset on this one.

    It’s really hir or miss with this place. You order online, check in with cashier to say you are there and they totally forget to tell anyone and you sir for 20 minutes waiting for fries. Absolutely silly to order online and tell someone you are there and then to not pass along the message. Super annoying. Rossford location is much better.

    Ordered online 10-15 minute wait no biggy. I get there check in she tells my name and boom starts the waiting game that took 3 different groups of people. After 35 minutes of waiting after the 10-15 recommended time. I go and ask if that’s my bag that’s on top of the fries and has been there since I got there, manager goes yup just waiting on the fries…. Are you kidding me! My order number was 88 and by the time I left they were serving number 108… and these kind of workers want 15 and hour…..

    This previous weekend I went to five guys with a friend, and I haven’t been there in years but I am thoroughly impressed! I ordered on the app which I messed up by ordering to a different one, and they were super helpful both in person and even the other restaurant which I called to let them know what happened (Rossford). They didn’t have to but they gave me a full refund and one employee at Maumee even offered to just make what I ordered even though it wasn’t for the right place. Amazing service!!! Give them all raises!

    The service was lacking today. Ordered 3 burgers, 2 hot dogs, and 3 fries. Seemed like forever til we got the food. Sadly the fries sat I. The warmer too long. Thry usually taste much better. Their food is a bit pricey, so I'm used to better ser ice and quality. The one in Rossford is much better. This one is closer to me. Hopefully the service improves. The food was still good. But, it could always be better.

    I love Five Guys Bacon Dogs. Always have. But I ordered two today and drove to my hotel room which was across the street. (Eat in at the store was NOT an option). I have to say these were nowhere near what I have experienced with Five Guys over the years with the dogs. While they looked good the taste was off putting and I cannot explain it. This is the first time ever that I did not wolf down and finish two Bacon Dogs. And Five Guys. Please buy some buns that are held together vs these that are separated. I assume you have some reason but I cannot think of a good reason. These were a let down Five Guys Maumee.
