O.M.G!! I was a first timer (Brazilian wax), totally nervous, but Magdalen was AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable and calm that it was like visiting a friend. Her building is clean, welcoming, spacious, and easy to find! Great location, and the bathroom has a bidet and huge mirror. Highly recommend! I promise you won't be disappointed.

After having been to Magdalen’s Pure Skin Care several times, I can honestly say that the level of professionalism, quality of service and comfortability is 10/10!! Whether is a Brazilian wax, hydra-facial, chemical peel, or skin analysis… Magdalen has a full list of services being offered. If you are nervous about waxing, all of your nerves will be calmed by the comfortable settling as well as Magdalen’s magnetic personality.

If I could, would give 100 stars! Went to Magdalen a couple of weeks ago for underarm hair removal and absolutely LOVED HER. She is a wonderful person, extremely professional, and she makes you feel so welcomed. It honestly felt as if i was hanging out with one of my friends. No pain at all! everything was so smooth, didn't even noticed when she was done...that's how great it was. Could not leave her business without scheduling my Brazilian! I will highly recommend her to all my peers!

Ms. Magdalene is amazing! It’s my first time getting waxed and was scared and tensed , but she made me feel comfortable, she kept me engaged in a conversation like we’ve known each other forever! It was not painful and i got amazing results that i like. She’s my go to person now. Her office is nice and clean, can’t wait for my next session!

Magdalen was wonderful. After years with another esthetician that is moving out of state, coming somewhere new was nerve wracking. I’m upset I did not find her sooner! The most pain-free wax, good conversation, and friendly atmosphere. It was like we weren’t strangers at all, which is very supportive during such an intimate appointment. This was my first wax in several years and after previously horrible experiences, my experience with Magdalen was far better! As someone with a very low pain tolerance and high nerves, Magdalen made me feel comfortable and was patient through the process! Oh and there were so many laughs! Waxes aren’t easy but my experience and result was so good that I’ll be returning!

Where do I start. From the time I walked in she was Professor and funny. The place was beyond spotless. Look below for pics. I traveled from Ashburn Va to get a Brazilian wax based solely on the reviews I read prior online. Also she was funny boots. So comedic which made the experience great. No awkwardness, and very gentle and fast. I was in and out. . I highly recommend Ms. Magdelen's Service. Come all from MD,DC,, and VA. This is definitely the spot to get the kitty purring and preeettty.

I came to Magdalen for my first ever Brazilian. Of course I was super nervous because I did not know what to expect. She did her thing! Magdalen was amazing! She kept my mind off of the waxing by keeping a conversation with me. I was nervous about the pain i’d expect, but if we’re being transparent right now, there was literally NO pain. The process, I kid you not, was around 7 minutes long - not a full 10 minutes. It was super quick yet careful. I would give her service 100/10. I am definitely coming back. She is super sweet & made my friend & I feel so welcomed. Btw - the place was super neat & clean.☺️

This was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax and Miss Magdalen has been amazing. I was very nervous and hearing how much it would hurt, that I was not looking forward to it, but she put me at ease. The whole process took no more than 15 mins. Her shop was very clean and I would highly recommend her if you are in the Rockville, MD area.
