First time here. Usually I go to the other pho spot in the strip mall, Pho 7 Spice I think is the name. I liked the food at Bamboo, but the service just sucked. It wasn't even busy. No refills on water, no asking if I wanted a to-go container, no real thank you for coming in. I also didn't like how little basil was provided. All in all pho places in the Susquehanna Valley are plentiful. You can do better! Although the fresh shrimp spring rolls and shrimp pho were good, and shrimp were really good size.... the service was really weak. Unlikely I'll return or recommend it.

I live in NY and I every time I come to PA, I have to stop by here. The Pho is amazing. Very flavorful and a good portion size. Also, the restaurant is clean, so it makes me feel comfortable to eat here. However, the service isn’t the best. But I would still recommend.

Holy cow - I don’t know how I’ve lived in Camp Hill for 2 years without stumbling upon this gem. I will preface this by saying I absolutely love Vietnamese food, especially Bun Bo Hue (spicy pork and beef soup). I was spoiled with amazing mom and pop Vietnamese restaurants in Florida and have been struggling to find that here in PA. Well, I finally did. We started off with the fried shrimp rolls, which were amazing - literally just wonton wrapped shrimp that are fried. 10/10 option for someone like me who doesn’t love egg rolls or spring rolls. We got a banana smoothie and strawberry milk tea with popping boba. Both were 10/10. My husband was in heaven with his smoothie. We got 4 different entrees because we couldn’t pick just one each. I got the bun Bo hue, which is traditional with a pork knuckle inside. I don’t care for the knuckle meat, but I think it’s important for flavoring the broth. The sliced meat was heaven and the broth was actually spicy on its own. The noodles were perfect. I was shocked at how good it was after (unsuccessfully) trying to find a good version of it at other local restaurants. My husband got the seafood pho, which was HUGE and full of seafood and noodles. He normally has to add extra protein to his meals, but was happy with how much was in his soup without ordering extra shrimp. We also got the pork bahn mi to share. The pork is insanely good. The banh mi was huge and overflowing with meat. Finally, we got shrimp lo mein to share. We love that there’s bean sprouts in it, which isn’t something we found at any other places! It was also flavorful and full of shrimp. Honestly, I don’t think you can go wrong here. We had great service and the prices were amazing for how much we ordered and the quality of the food. I think this easily just became one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I’m already planning my next visit!!

Always awesome, everything authentic ,fresh and delicious. I have to comment as I saw the JF review just posted for 1 star. Funny how she had to state over and over again, she was so busy and was going to be late, but had time to post a review right away. I was a customer there during her visit. She was here for her takeout. She was upset because she had to wait maybe 10 minutes and that's a stretch. Staff tried to explain they were sorry and just had a lot of orders come in at once. I could see they were doing their best, but I can now see from her other reviews, the lack of patience and understanding that she possesses, as well as the entitlement she expects. It's refreshing to see from the number of 5 star reviews that Bamboo has, that there are still people in the world that appreciate a great family owned authentic restaurant and have the patience to understand when places get busy.

I have been to this restaurant a handful of times and the food is always amazing! I usually order pho or a Banh Mi, but the most recent time I went I decided to order the spicy honey chicken with fried rice. My sister and I decided to dine in and our food came out quickly, it tasted great, and it was fresh and hot! I have also tried a few of the iced teas they offer and those have all been refreshing and flavorful. I genuinely love this restaurant as the food has never had a problem with quality and the staff is always friendly. Highly recommend!

I guess that is better Pho in Harrisburg area. People nice and friendly. I love it. They bring me small piece of Pho and that is actually really big one. I can’t even imagine what the large size they have.

The music and atmosphere were very relaxed and peaceful. Our servers were very polite and friendly towards us, and our food was ready in no time. I got the seafood pho, and my partner got the special, and we each got a taro boba. The food and boba were delicious! I really enjoyed my pho, and the boba was very fresh. 10/10!

Good food and very nice people. Atmosphere is not great. It’s a small low budget place. You go here for the food not the ambience. I usually go here for the summer rolls and they are very good. I like the peanut sauce that they use. Only one time they must have run out of mint and spring greens. They gave me iceberg lettuce with no mint. Not a big deal if you’re not used to authentic style.

Not sure how we’ve lived here this long and are just discovering this place. Cute little hole in the wall place with PHENOMENAL Pho. Super impressed with how fast our order came out, as other places in the area take significantly longer. Highly recommend.

First off, I am a veteran when it comes to eating Vietnamese food, I love Bamboo Pho & Tea , nothing like a good Mom & and Pops place 🙌, the noodles to meat ratio was perfect, even by the way they cut their steak. I choose great food over aesthetics any day. How many times have you guys gone to a beautiful place with terrible food? But hey theirs tons of shallowness in the world that want to put down an honest business. The price was perfect as well, if you want to be full, compare to other places. I will continue to go to one of my favorite places when I am in the CampHill PA area. Everyone was accommodating and I was able to speak with the owner which was pleasant.

WOW what a great meal I just had at this place. I am let down a lot lately with paying for food, so much that I kind of don't like to even try any more. Either the food or the service is bad, rarely are they both great at the same time. THIS PLACE ROCKS. I had the fried egg noodle nest special, wife and daughter each had a pho bowl and I left feeling like I had food that had all of it going on, taste, portion, appearance, AND the service was off the charts. I was glad to see that after all the let downs and criticism of feeling like we are spending money and not get any value at all, we were able to see and appreciate something that was actually great. Well done !

Delicious. Fresh. Great service. Will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. The vermicelli bowls are outstanding.

Excellent food and just a lovely little restaurant. The staff were polite and helpful and the portions were very generous. If I am ever in the area again I'll definitely be back.
