Love Dr. Ly and staff. I've been going to her for years and my parents started seeing her, as well, she was so great and sensitive with my mom who was ill for years. Now my husband sees her and my children will be, too. We're planning on moving to Reston soon and have no plans to change our dentist. She's that great. Highly recommend! Five stars.

First, the protocols that were in place to make you feel safe in a dentist office were superb! I was never uncomfortable. Dr Ly is phenomenal! She meticulously assessed my bridge that has bothered me for three years since another dentist installed it. To ensure I was not paying for a costly dentist, she handpicked a root canal specialist to determine if that was the problem. The specialist did not find root failure, but recommended the procedure. She decided to treat me with antibiotics and an aggressive brush repair. She called me twice after seeing her to ensure I was okay and that the treatment was giving me relief! She is professional, caring and totally CAPABLE! I trust her fully...she is concerned about my teeth and concerned that I receive service cost effectively...NO price gouging.

My husband and I have only good things to say about Dr Ly’s office. I've been going there for cleanings maybe 4 years and my husband started going about a year ago. Her receptionists, hygienists, everyone who works there is absolutely great! They are welcoming, professional, and thorough, and they don’t try to up-sell you on treatments or services you don’t need. I never feel like they are rushed to complete my service, and even when I was a few minutes late that were super patient and accommodating. And Dr Ly is just the nicest person too! I decided not to enroll in dental coverage through work, and paying out of pocket for my cleanings at Transcendental has been very reasonable. I have a small sensitive spot on one side and sealing that hasn’t been an expensive add-on, and I haven’t needed to schedule a return appointment to do it- Super convenient! As long as we live in the area we’ll be patients of Dr Ly!

This was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. Dr. Ly is great, and the techs were pleasant, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Maybe my old dentist used outdated equipment so I was expecting a brief torture session, but I experienced no pain or discomfort with Dr. Ly's team. Clean and welcoming office. Absolutely recommend.

Love Dr. Ly, have gone to her for 20 years and followed her when she changed locations from Chantilly to Ballston. My parents briefly tried a dentist closer to home when Dr. Ly moved to Arlington, but the other dentist tried to sell them on many "needed" procedures, so after 1 visit they returned to Dr. Ly b/c they could trust her. The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. I recommend this office to anyone that asks for a dentist referral.

This is the best dental practice I've ever visited. So happy to have found them through a coworkers recommendation about 3 years ago. Its a clean, efficient and modern practice with professional staff that provide excellent care. Been to so many bad dentists over the years, I'm so grateful for Dr. Ly and her team.

This is a wonderful practice! The dental assistants here are the best I've had. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. Every cleaning I've got has been very thorough and the staff are great communicators. They genuinely care about their patients. I've been seeing Dr. Ly for a number of years. Dr. Ly is a very kind and caring person. She takes the time to answer your questions and gets to know you. Highly recommend coming here if you are looking for great dental care.

Dr. Ly takes the time to answer all of my questions and explain options thoroughly. I needed a tricky cavity filled when I first started with her and she did a great job.
