I truly was impressed with my experience at Alpha Cryo. I was used to ozone sauna but I had never tried infrared sauna. It was very relaxing! I would recommend everyone they it at least once. Also Gabriel, who was the young man at the counter was very patient and pleasant to be around. I will be returning.

We love coming to the Arlington Alpha Cryo. We love all the benefits that accompany it!! We did a cryo session today and Sandy was so full of energy it made the 3 mins go by quickly. We will definitely be buying more sessions (although we do wait for the sales). Highly recommend if you want some Cryo, Sauna or Normatec.

Alpha Cryo is top notch. I had never done cryotherapy before and was unsure what to expect, but it’s amazing! Your body feels energized and refreshed. The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly and kind! Definitely recommend!

I visited the Infrared Sauna at Alpha Cryo for the first time this morning. The entire experience was so wonderful! I was greeted kindly and professionally, everything was explained very clearly, and then I had a blissful, uninterrupted 30-minute sweat in the sauna. The sauna itself is beautiful, with Himalayan sea salt, beautiful wood and incredibly clean surfaces. I will definitely be returning!

Went into the Alpha Cryo Arlington, VA local for my 1st infrared sauna experience, and I love it. It was very relaxing and calming. The facility was clean and the service was friendly. I came out feeling very relaxed and refreshed. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

So my Body is at the age where pain is hitting all over, so my wife booked me a appointment for infrared sauna, my first time. I could feel the pain leaving, definitely recommend and I will be back. Winter is coming.
