I was very impressed by the food here, they have pretty authentic flavors and ingredients. I ordered the Nana’s original Manoushe and loved it. Always always get the lemon mint beverage, I promise it will not disappoint. The location was smaller than anticipated and had very limited indoor seating - just 1 or 2 tables. There is outdoor seating but this spot is definitely geared towards takeout and healthy fast food options.

It's probably one of the less tasty falafel I ever had. The falafel itself was uninspiring. The torchis (red turnip) did not taste great. There was very little tahini sauce, which made the "sandwich" dry. The only attractive fact is the price, but is it worthy if the pleasure of having a delicious meal is not there?

Looks can be deceiving!!! I was hoping to get an authentic chicken shawarma experience, instead what I got was a dried chicken wrap. Extremely dry, flavorless chicken. The wrap was rock hard. The fries weren’t seasoned. Even after soaking it in ketchup and hot sauce, nothing. I can’t understand why they wrap it twice! The outer wrap is so thick you get a mouth full of bread before even reaching anything inside. I think they need to stop grilling the wrap. It’s just making them hard and dry. It can literally stand up on its own because it’s so hard!

I got their chicken in a salad bowl. Meat was DRY and needed more flavor. All sauces were very bland :( Over priced for what you get and got me sick after

Stopped here on the recommendation of a friend. We all got the chicken shawarma wraps; they were very good but not super filling. One might need 2 wraps to feel full. Didn't get to try anything else, but heard good things overall.

The cheese beef manaish was the best, it would have been easy 10/10 if it gad more meat. The chicken manaish were good but the lettuce brings the whole sandwich down and it needs a little of spice, I would say 6/10. 🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯😋😋😋😋😋 The place is very clean and cooking station seem very organized 🧹🧹🧹🧹🧹👍👍👍👍👍 Looking forward to trying something similar to what I had today. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Got takeout from here. The sandwiches were great! The chicken by itself was a little dry but it was delicious when covered in sauce. Reasonably priced.

I recently had a horrifying experience at Muncheez that left me questioning their commitment to hygiene and customer satisfaction. As a vegetarian, I ordered a falafel sandwich with high hopes, only to be met with disappointment, disgust, and a strong desire to vomit. Firstly, the lack of hygiene practices at Muncheez is absolutely appalling. The staff members wore the same gloves all day long, without bothering to change or sanitize them between handling different types of food. I witnessed them handling beef and other kinds of meats, and then using the same oily, greasy hands to crush the falafel into the wrap. It was a nightmare watching them contaminate my supposedly vegetarian meal with meat residue. The sight of their oily hands, undoubtedly contaminated with various meat juices, was enough to make me lose my appetite entirely. I couldn't fathom the level of carelessness and disregard for basic hygiene practices displayed by the staff. It's not only unprofessional but also a serious health risk for customers, particularly those with dietary restrictions or allergies. I commend them for at least refunding my money when I brought up the issue, but that does little to rectify the revolting experience I had endured. It is clear that Muncheez lacks proper training and supervision in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, making it a place I would strongly advise against visiting. I implore Muncheez to prioritize hygiene and invest in proper training for their staff. It is unacceptable to handle food in such a careless and unhygienic manner, especially when catering to customers with specific dietary requirements. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend Muncheez to anyone seeking a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

Best shawarma in DC. The platter was delicious 😋 and Crepes sweet and soft. Staff was kind and nice.

Muncheez restaurant is fantastic! Abbas made a mouthwatering beef shawarma that was juicy and perfectly balanced. The hummus, falafel, and tabbouleh were also great. Highly recommend!

Food was good but kinda pricy ….tiny place no bathroom for paying customers…..the guy at the cashier have some attitude and was not professional u can’t behave this way in front of customers

The food was really worth every single dollar! But giving it a 4 star because the AC was way too cold. We had to figure out a spot where we could sit and eat. A girl sat opposite to us because she was left with no choice and was literally shivering there. If they could fix how the space feels to their customers, this place is really really good otherwise! ✨ Highly recommend.

This middle eastern restaurant is one of the best places in DC. They have a nice menu and lots of stuff that u can pick and try. They have two stores and the one i go too at the M street. The service and the staff was great and nice there is nothing wrong with that to me. Also the price is a little to much but its worth it as for the quality that they have. I always order Adwni sandwich in my opinion this is the best chicken sandwich. As for the the place they need to move to a place that is bigger so the customer could eat the food fresh and hot. Also I recommend the hummus and the fatoosh salad. To sum up if you are in DC and you are craving shawarma and some middle eastern dishes u should pass this restaurant and give a try.

Went here yesterday afternoon and let me preface this with I eat a lot of shawarma. I wish I would of taken a photo of how terrible this truly was. I mean its a day later and Im still thinking about it! Thanksgiving leftover turkey is juicier and more desirable than this “shawarma”. I was literally given sliced white chicken that I assure you didnt even have salt or pepper! I was so shocked and so was my Pakistani boyfriend. I asked him to take it back in and demand a refund but he isnt that type. Im not trying to be mean but I literally broke my plastic fork trying to take a bite. Needless to say since we didn’t want to have a confrontation with people who clearly don’t care about what they are service I wont ever eat here again.

Watched them burn the chicken shawarma wrap in the toaster and still serve it to me literally black and disgustingly charred. The only thing good about this place is the garlic sauce. Service is trash too

Food is good but need new staffs, the restaurant closes at 2:30 I came here at 2 on oct 17 and they refused to serve the food on the menu because “they were cleaning up and didn’t have it” change your freaking staff especially the girl, she was the only female worker in there! But she was rude and stuck up ! Wouldn’t recommend due customer service!!! I was so hungry and looking forward to munchies but only walked out with 2 drinks because the staff was lazy to make the food and wanted to leave! This place is amazing! I work nearby and eat here a few days a week. The curly fries are unbeatable. The staff is always respectful and welcoming. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I really enjoyed my visit and the employees were really welcoming and friendly. I had friends from other state with me and they loved it so much that they always ask me about it. It is my new favorite spot for late night grub!!!!

Not a fan of the food here. There were some odd flavors in the Chicken Shawarma like cinnamon and pickles. The pita chips were super soggy, but the pita bread was leather dry. The advantage was my food was ready relatively quickly and ordering was simple.

Really great spot with authentic Lebanese food. I had the chicken shawarma pita and the mint lemonade. I was very satisfied with the price and quality. They had a little bit of indoor seating and a bigger outdoor space. The vibe was really cool. You could watch them make your order over the counter and put the pitas in and out of the big fire oven. There were also rotating meats with pretty onion and pepper flowers on top. Overall, great service.

came here a while ago and picked up a delivery order to eat outside. food is spectacular, really enjoyed the sweet nutella crepes they offered. the location is what you'd expect out of a dc restaurant but there's street parking right by the restaurant

Very mediocre. Lamb shawarma was good. But chicken was dry. Too much bread in the shawarma. Outside seats and tables were horrible.

Freshly prepared mid eastern food. Not much seating inside, but everything was tasty and freshly made. The MidEastern platter in pic is recommended.

My favourite spot to munch on Georgetown’s greatest fries. This muncheez location is awesome!! The employees are the nicest and always have the brightest smiles—the food is sooo delicious and the seating area in the shop is warm n cozy—the chicken shawarma and chicken and cheese combos are great—and they even have my favourite yoghurt drink 🥲🫶
