Spacious, wonderful apartment with comfortable beds, coffee machine and kitchen utensils. I am staying here for 2 1/2 months and appreciate the friendly atmosphere and lovely and kind staff. Thank you!

This is an IMF owned property with gates open to those associated with IMF, WBG and other DFIs and UN based organisation. It serves both as a regular hotel for very short trips and also as transit hotel for people arriving in US for the first time Really great hotel, with very good service, clean and function flats/rooms with full furnished kitchen. The cleaning staff and reception are very friendly and nice. The location is great as both IMF and WB are asking 10 mins walk. Groceries, Pharmacy and restaurants are all nearby.

I happened to be doing some work for the IMF, which is strongly associated with the Concordia. I have always had a beautiful stay. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and clean. The experience of staying is comfortable. The front desk staff are kind, knowledgeable, and funny. Say hi to Tom for me, he's a pillar of service there. The best amenity, by far for me, is the open pool table. It's a beautiful way to end the day. The amazing Streets Market is a 30 second walk from the Hotel, and a Wawa is just a few blocks away. One caveat to my fawn: The Nespresso machines in each room should be gathered and melted down. They do not match the remainder of the service level.

Home away from home! Studio apartments are clean, comfortable and have amenities to prepare your own food. Most of the staff are nice are helpful. They have fitness center, seasonal swimming pool, coffee lounge with a pool table and a business center three computers.

Very lovely rooms. Loved the set up. Staff were very cordial and helpful.

Just wanted to leave a review based on customer service. I'm on my day off and doing uber eats deliveries for extra money. The front desk clerk was so condescending it was laughable. He rolled his eyes and shook his head irritated when I explained I would need a signature to confirm the delivery of an Apple product. He was rude, classless and embarrassingly unprofessional.

I'm in town on business. Located in a great area and 1.5 miles fr the Convention Center. Rooms are set up as individual Effecincies. Very hip, chic clean hotel, ultra modern.....your room key is actually used to power up the lights and outlets on your room....very nice

I have been to Concordia hotel for two weeks in June. What I noticed first was the pleasant and wonderful way the reception people received me. What I needed they provided me as soon as possible, they did everything with great pleasure. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, very bright with beautiful views. I just want to extend an extra thanks to Titi. She is just an amazing and very nice person. Thanks to Tom, Yvonne as well for their kind attitude and help!

Very nice appartment style 3 stars hotel. Some equipment is a bit outdated, but still serves well. Staff is just amazing, very nice and helpfull all the time. I am always looking forward coming back. Coffee available in the morning, laundry, well equipped kitchen, safe and iron in the room. Balcoony only in the rooms away from New Hamshire avenue.

Great stay for several days in this hotel. The room is large, clean, and feels fresh. The location is good too, you can go to many places just by walking from this hotel. They have a free laundry machines, but you need to buy the detergent by yourself. They clean the room everyday. They got nespresso machine in the room so you can enjoy your day with a cup of coffee. They have kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave in the room. Would love to recommend this hotel to my friends.
