Based on reviews I drove two hours from Richmond VA to Afram Jewelers for a watch repair and it was definitely worth the drive. Sam did an amazing job repairing my Rolex Daytona. I was able to pickup the watch the same day I dropped it off. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to repairs and services. Great customer service. Afram Jewelers is the best! Thanks again Sam.

Afram jewelers are fair and honest people who provide excellent work at very resonance rate . I had them service for two very special watches for me . An 50+ year old omega seamaster that belonged to my great grandfather and an 35 year old Orient 3 star that belonged to my father in law . The omega was overhauled and the Orient was polished and the crystal was replaced . Both came back better than new .

I have brought in a watch and an engagement ring for appraisals and sizing. They provided me with quick service each time at an honest price and treated me like a valuable customer. I plan to eventually have a watch serviced by Sam. Sam, Miriam, and Eva are all incredibly kind people and you’ll feel safe leaving your jewelry with them. They provided us with a lot of great advice and were very patient with us. You definitely don’t feel like just another customer when you are there. They also have some really nice looking jewelry for sale. I brought my fiancée in to have her ring resized and she wanted just about everything.

Great Service ! I had an odd situation as I was in town and my watch battery died. I took it to another jeweler that installed the battery but could not close the back (their press was too small). They sent me here. Not only did Sam the Jeweler close the back (and they had reopen the case to reinstall the battery properly) but they were hesitant to charge me. I insisted. If I was local this would be my local jeweler!

I haven't had any experience buying any of their jewelry, but I've routinely taken my watches and other jewelry from my wife there for repairs. After looking around and not finding a place nearer my work that could replace a watch battery for an affordable price, I discovered this place. Maybe 5-10 bucks per watch from Afram? Great deal. I couldn't get the back off by myself but wasn't going to pay half the price of my 40-50$ watch to replace a battery. Super nice and helpful folks.

I had never been to Afram Jewlers before and found them online. I had a 25 year old watch that had a link break on the metal band in a weird way and a tough location. I dropped the watch off with a couple spare links I had. Within two hours I had a call back that it was ready. They explained to me in detail the steps and difficulty to fix the issue, and the watch is as good as new. All that for a reasonable fee of $40. Would recommend and go back. Very friendly service.

Cannot express how valuable the experience and service at Afrim’s is. They helped me design the ring of a lifetime for my fiancé and hit the nail on the head.
