Went to Bar Louie and tried their ghost kitchen food from Macs & Stacks. The tater tots were the best thing we ordered. The Mac and cheese sauces were very watery and not much in cheese flavor, and the chicken for both dishes were over cooked. For the French onion soup, I would recommend they use more onions with different varieties, change the serving dish to a bowl or cup and it would be better. The setup of the restaurant and the server were great and would be a reason to go back just to enjoy the bar. Looking at others selection for food and their comments the standard menu the bar has is good quality and should order it next time.

I’ve been here twice. The first time two days ago, they had no pasta, no fish n chips, no salmon, no bread. The drinks were just ok. The second time I came two days later amazingly there was fish n chips. It took a long time for Someone to acknowledge me standing there, then when I got my food it was cold. Wasn’t good at all. Oh and the impossible burger was tasteless. No season at all.

ONE STAR (if I could give ZERO STARS I would) - Bar Louie may be a good place to go for a drink, BUT DO NOT order food to be delivered. I ordered the All Nighter Burger and my wife ordered the Blue Wedge Salad. The food was delivered quickly (45 minutes +/-), but it was HORRIBLE! The burger was as dry and chewy as shoe leather, with a few limp fries. My wife's salad was a half of a head of iceberg lettuce that was already turning brown, topped with a couple of strips of bacon and the tiniest smear of sauce. Look at the pictures. We called Bar Louie, and their reply was "Sorry for the inconvenience." That's it. No offer to fix it or replace it or anything. I don't usually write a review this bad, but Bar Louie in White Marsh, you deserve it. Steer clear.

This place is great and has lots of drinks to choose from. This place is great if your on a budget and want to get a little relaxed and still eat a full meal. I had the Diva martini drink and it was fantastic. Tasted like a sweet tart. Careful they do catch up after 2 and very affordable and tasty. This place is kid friendly and the kids meals are huge and very tasty. Most of there meals come in cast iron skillets so things stay warm. I had the 4 cheese grilled cheese and it was great. The bread was even coated with cheese on the outside of the bread. It also came with a small dish of zesty tomato soup used for dipping the grilled cheese in. My husband got the voodoo pasta which was very good and had just the right amount of spice. The overall vibe of this place is fun and relaxed. They have bar seating, private room seating, outdoor seating, couch/comfy seating, and your standard booth/table seats. So definitely come check this place out

Busy Saturday night with about a 30min wait. Football games playing. Our waitress very prompt and pleasant. Food came out nice and hot. Chicken nachos was excellent. Sorry forgot to take a 📸. Exactly what I was looking for. My lemon drop martini was delicious. Shout out to the bartenders!!! Hot honey chicken sandwich was good. Fish (nice thick pieces) and fries was tasty. It's in my backyard and will come again.

In town for work and overheard someone recommend this restaurant. Don't be scared to make this your first dinner stop. Bartender was A++. Bill was not overbearing. Definitely coming back!

In this place for a drink. Went here with my boyfriend, and the cocktails were excellent. It took a while to get our drinks, though. The bathrooms were nice. It’s right by the ice-skating rink if it’s during the winter and there’s a lot of great stores around.

We rarely come here because sometimes we just forget about it, but we went for Half Off burgers every Tuesday. The place is super clean, even the bathroom for being a bar, no sticky floors, and no water puddles on the sink. I was just surprised. The food was also really good. 👌 I highly recommend coming here on Tuesdays. All burgers 50% off!!!

Stopped in here for lunch before a trip and was pleasantly surprised. It was around noon and not crowded at all. The waitress was very helpful and prompt. The food was delicious as well. I ordered the veggie sandwich and fries. Definitely check it out for a casual decent meal.

Popped in here for a quick catch-up lunch with my GGF. These salmon sliders were tasty but as a sauce person I would have loved more of the creamy herb cheese on it. Fries were crisp and seasoned well. Hostess was great. I’ll be back.

We love this place either to have a quick dinner or for drinks. Love the fact that closes late around 2am. Very difficult to find around the area. They have delicious non alcoholic cocktails, which is very difficult to find around here. And wide selection of draft beer. Good service. Only thing is the noise level is a bit high, because usually is crowded. Service is great. I would highly recommend sitting in the bar!

Food was really good. Leah was awesome and the service was great. I will be back every time that I am in town.

I came here for brunch on Sunday. My server was phenomenal. She was attentive and kind. We ordered the almost bottomless mimosas. To my surprise, they were well made and taste delicious. The food was brought out hot, fresh, and everyone was satisfied with their meals. Chicken sandwhich with fried egg and bacon with a special cheese sauce was what I needed but didn't know I needed. The French toast was made sort of like bread pudding and it was the right amount of sweetness and the chicken mac and cheese was a perfect combination of goodness.

I went here on valentines day, first time & bad experience. Waited for an hour for our food went it came I ask for to go trays. I had the salmon slider I ate 1 it was dry as hell the bread was extra hard called the waitress over she reorder it for me but as I'm waiting for them my seat was right by the kitchen I could see the food & the waitress... Saw her eating fries off of a plate then serve it that's what made me watch her. My food still not done but when It was I saw her put my food in a to go tray w/o gloves wipe her hands on the apran she had on all day preceded to finish packing my food brought to the table said these 1's are way better this time so I asked her oh so did they feel better when you had your hand on then she looked at me so surprised I asked for the manager was asked if I wanted new ones no I don't if she touched them.. This place don't think I'll be returning here!!

Went in for lunch, a friend and I. Upon entering, we were greeted from afar. Told we can self seat. We chose a high top table. Our waiter was Trish. She was nice when we first arrived when it was less busy. As we sat, it became busier. I requested water with lemon and didn't get it. I wasn't sure what was good to order. I asked her for suggestions, and she maybe got frustrated with that. So we placed drink and appetizers. She came back , and we were still unsure, so she came back again. The food came the nachos were good but cold. The wings were GOOD. My friend ordered the grill cheese with tomato soup she boxed it to go. I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich. It was good the chicken was crispy and seasoned, just dry. I had to ask for mayonnaise because it doesn't come with any condiments or anything. It does come with a small tin of fries they were fresh and hot, just a small amount. We had to keep asking for napkins, so we got up and got them ourselves from the bar. Last but not least, we ask for printed separate bills. Trish said that's too much work, so she pulled out a handheld machine while she stood there and watched. I felt pressured to tip, and the service was not good. I tipped $10, and I'm not sure what my friend tipped. That's just not good practice. Overall, I liked the bar, and the food was 6/10. The tab for my food, along with the tip, was $60.00. I would go back in hopes of a better experience.

I came here tonight to have a nice dinner with friends. I ordered the citrus grilled salmon with baby potatoes and asparagus. The salmon was a little dry, but okay. However, the potatoes and asparagus was VERY dry. You could tell it was microwaved and way to dry. The waitress, Kayla, was very nice and asked did I want to substitute the sides. I said yes, I will have the zucchini and mac & cheese. I was told I had to pay an up charge for the mac & cheese by the manager, Ciara. I explained to her, it wasn't my fault the food was dry and I should not be charged. She said she had to charge me. I had to explain customer service to her and she refused to make it right. So I said take it and not charge me. I was going to order something to go and mire drinks, but I refuse to spend anymore money here.

I went to this spot on St. Patrick's Day. It was a nice crowd. The music was nice. I believe there is an option of outside seating. The drinks are good and strong. The waiter frequently checked on us and provided good service. I would visit again whenever I am in the area again.

THE LONGEST WAIT TIME IVE EVER WAITED FOR MY FOOD. I loved the atmosphere, the ambience was nice and the waiter was nice but the service was awful, she didn’t even ask if we wanted anything to drink until we’ve been seated for 30 minutes. There wasn’t enough people for her not to check on us and she kept stepping outside to talk to her friends. ALSO! We ordered a veggie pizza and then 45 MINUTED LATER she THEN tells us that they’re not able to serve us that food and pick something else!!!

Wonderful location for cocktails and a meal. Our server was very nice. Good prices and the Happy Hour Specials are great.

This is my new go-to drinking spot. I like the vibes of the live music outside. My drinks are always good.

The food was reasonably priced, good, and plentiful. Well diverse throughout the restaurant. "Now you've read why I gave a 5☆ rating."

The all nighter burger was incredible. Fixed perfectly and served in a great atmosphere. Careful with the online menu, server was helpful in pointing out there is a difference in the menu and the actual items. My burger came out exactly as I ordered. Went back again in the evening. Burger was great again. Family loved the place and the food!

Great spot to buddy grab drinks and hang out. The outdoor seating is a must during the sitting and fall season. The food was good, the establishment was clean and good customer service.

I had the pleasure of having Nay as my server. She had great hospitality and really made sure I enjoyed my food and if I didn’t she was willing to make any accommodations. I will be returning to soon!

Been here a few times years ago, decided to come here again today and it was great. Waiter was really nice & the food & drinks are always a hit.

Lovely pub with a relaxed vibe and great food! Gastroburger, Babalouie Grilled Cheese and Chicken Nachos were all winners.

We enjoyed the restaurant, good vibes, good drinks, good food. I loved the fire pit, what a lovely touch. The bathrooms were clean, the staff was friendly and professional. No issues, I look forward to going again.
