Highly disappointed with my meal as it did not contain all ingredients advertised (including jalapenos, even though I ordered mine spicy). Slow , but friendly service.

If you order through the app and expect to get your food on time even when there's nobody in their drive-thru or at their stalls think again. Why ask me if I want to pick my food up at a specific time if I'm going to have to come here and sit here and wait 20 minutes in my car? Also don't order anything fried because they have not cleaned out their fryer. The food tastes like the inside of the local ALLSUPS smells.

Struggling restaurant, many of the screens in parking spaces do not work. They still can not get supplies in so many things on menu will not be available. They really struggle getting a large order correct.

Waiting for 30mins I. Drive thru and our food was over salted and tasted old and just greasy. When they bagged our order they just smashed everything into one bag. This place just gets worse every time.

Workers very lazy been there three to four times every single time tater tots and the onion rings always never taking no pride in horrible place to try another

Ordered smoothies, and when they came out, I asked again if they were smoothies and was told yes. Ended up being shakes. Was in drive thru so didn't bother going back. Also ordered cheese sticks and didn't get both orders. During another visit we ordered corn dog and chicken sliders and they were perfect. Just depends on day I guess.

We just got drinks in the drive through and food, got home and one drink was empty only ice and cherry flavoring. I ordered large cheddar peppers and got home to 5! This is ridiculous and it happens too often! It really doesn't do any good to complain because none of the store managers care but I'm going to anyways hoping that eventually it'll make a difference. Do not eat at this Sonic or any other Sonic in Roswell.

It's sonic, tastes good, makes you question your life choices in about 30 mins after eating it...

Totally jacked up our order. Our cherry limeade slush was one half cherry one half limeade. Like it wasn’t blended at all. Paid for a large jalapeño popper, supposed to have 8 poppers, got 3. I’ve complained before and not had a resolution. So what’s the point of complaining to corporate. These sonics here in Roswell kinda suck.

They are fast and responsive. Wish they would bring back the grilled chicken sandwich...will rereview if they bring that back

Waited for over 10 minutes for 1 medium chocolate shake. Would have been fine had it been busy, but it was me and 2 other cars...ridiculous!

Waited over 20 minutes for what I thought was a single burger and some drinks, instead got two burgers. came back and asked for the right burger and they still made it wrong the second time. I wanted a number 5 but as a double with extra bacon instead they gave me the regular 5 and a double bacon cheeseburger. at least I got a refund I think.

Best fast food chain. Food is great and using their App is easy
