Always have a great experience when I come to this location! I have a hard time sometimes picking my order and they was so helpful and took time to advise and educate me on some on products used . Dewayne was my server and he offered amazing customer service. I always make this my stop when I'm in the area!

Siadu and Dwayne are amazing! They have excellent customer service and always have a smile when I pull up to the drive thru window. I am truly a regular customer because of those two gentlemen. Give them a raise!!!....I'm sure they won't disappoint.

No one was in line inside or out when I ordered. They had difficulty on the mic or something because I had to explain my order more that 3 times so I pull up and explain again. They seem to have my order but I’m sitting in the drive thru waiting while another family pulls up and goes in. They are gone before me seems that they put them before me after I was there first. I end up waiting over 15 minutes for 2 smoothies at a empty store. I received them and they are wrong very very frustrating I don’t have anymore time I had to go big waste

Being slow and unresponsive is the least of their problems. The place stinks of weed - they’re definitely smoking joints in there. Whoever owns this place - you may want to scratch and start anew. After waiting for close to 10 mins, no smoothie in hand, we drove away. Sucks big time!

This location is the closest to my house so I find myself going there when I’m pressed for time. Every time I do I regret not just driving the extra 15 mins to the location further up Roswell rd! Today I go and this Caucasian girl with some sort of red birthmark on her face had to remake it over 2 times and even then it wasn’t right. I asked for a refund so I can just go to the location that makes it right the first time and she says she’s not familiar with the system or how to do it. They make it over for a third time and it still tasted watered down with no flavor but I just grabbed it and left. I spend money with the company every single day like clock work but any time I go there I feel like I just lit my money on fire .. they need to either close this location or train the staff properly. The customer service is horrible too

Employee Tawana in the Drive thru was very rude! As I was looking at the menu to order my smoothie, she came on the speaker as if she was already annoyed with her job and as if I needed to hurry up and order. So I asked for a 20oz smoothie with strawberries and bananas since I was being rushed. I go to the window and was told my total was over $9 for a 20oz smoothie. I stated I ordered a 20oz and she turned around with a frowned face no apology, and said oh I didn't hear you say that. (So I guess the staff charge the customers whatever they want before confirming our orders) She should not work in customer service with such a demeanor as poor as hers. I will NEVER visit this location again and I will also advise my Colleagues whom are regulars to no longer visit as well.

I was getting robbed in an Uber and I flashed my brights at the smoothie king establishment for help. Thankfully, two smoothie king workers, KAINEN and MALACHI, ran out and knocked that mf out with a paper towel. KAINEN and MALACHI are exceptional workers and deserve the key to the city.

We have been going to this Smoothie King for many years and have to say that the ownership/crew here lately has been fantastic. Dwayne is very friendly and competent. He cares about his operation and works hard to get orders out fast. The smoothies are consistent in preparation. The others, whose names I do not know, are also good and helpful.
