What an incredible experience at my first Chicken Salad Chick. I have never been to a place with such attentive employees. The food is made fresh every day and has generous portions for the cost. With a simple menu, you don't have to worry about what you order because it's all very good. Meals come with delicious butter creme cookies and a generous side. I will definitely stop again when I find other Chicken Salad Chicks.

Wholesome high quality ingredients. Reliable lunch spot. Make sure you order ahead and pick up vs walk up and order to go. They seem to run a tight ship on processing pre-orders, but if you walk in without pre-ordering, the wait time CAN be considerable.

I got the Nancy chicken salad blt sandwich and it was so good! I also got a side of spicy pimento cheese. It was a little too spicy for my taste. The combo came with a free iced sugar cookie. Love this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have outdoor patio seating.

This might be one of my new lunch time spots! Visited here for the first time & had the pleasure of placing my order with the manager. She was very patient with me & even allowed me to try a couple scoops before making my decision. Lots of options for any taste preference and everything looks fairly healthy, calorie counts included on the menu. I wanted to be good so I stuck with 2 scoops - buffalo & Dixie chick - both very good & a side broccoli salad. However, I saw quite a few people order the sandwiches & they looked very big and good. I might calorie splurge next time lol. I love that they include a cookie with your order. The perfect little sweet treat to cap off my meal.

Pretty quiet inside and in a parking lot away from the main street and can be hard to find. Few eating places nearby in same area. Did not want a meal that would take a long time. My scoop of chicken salad came with a huge green grape. I would have rather had chicken salad where the grape was. The broccoli salad was ok. Service was ok, but why doesn't anyone greet people anymore and say thank you. Guess I am old school. It was clean and bathroom was ok.

I do not recommend this place if you are going to have your lunch, they take a long time to prepare a salad and to make matters worse, it is not what you ordered. The restaurant employees serve you with a thuggish face and the older lady called Miss Betty is very racist. with the Latinos, from what I see, I wouldn't really return to this place.

Sean and Dillon from the Alpharetta location were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Dillon helped me through my online order and he was so patient! And because Dillon was awesome I had to speak to the manager and his name is Sean! He was amazing as well! I will be ordering from chicken salad chick a lot now! Great food and great people working for the company!

Love the Chicken Salad as well as the generous portions of crackers to supplement the meal. 1st time here, won't be the last time. 1 small Quick Chick order is enough for an adult. Looks very small but it gets the job done.

I’m a salesman at Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet of Northpoint. And I tried uber eats for the first time and I discovered Chicken Salad Chick. I am very happy and pleased with the food and service!!! And I love it’s healthy. I’ve been ordering everyday now!

I didn't know how to order, so staff patiently helped me. I ordered Buffalo chicken salad on a croissant and a side of the Old Fashion or whatever the one w/onions is. It was too much to eat in one sitting, and I had the rest for dinner. Deeliciousss👍🏽😋😋😋

I hadn't been in awhile and was in the area. It never disappoints!! I go between Fancy Nancy and Fruity Fran 😋 I love their grape salad, it's my dessert.

I absolutely love Olivia's Old South with the sweet pickles & egg. Try the BLT on croissant, and I add cheese to mine. If you love pimento cheese & tortilla soup, try their's pretty good. This location has good customer service. Typically clean when I go. Enjoy.

Good food but they need a better system for picking up to go orders. Gets very crowded and disorganized. Waited almost an hour for my food. Dine in customers got their orders promptly but not to go orders. It defeats the purpose of grabbing something quick on a limited break.

The chicken salad is really good. Just what I was craving today. Service was quick at lunchtime. However…. Not a good value for the money right now. Portions are smaller, and a sandwich with a small drink shouldn’t cost $12+ even in this economy. I understand the cost of food is higher, but I would like to see Chicken Salad Chick share in that pain instead of passing those cost increases through at 130%

Our first visit. We came for lunch. Staff was nice. We ordered our chicken salad on croissant bread. The flavor was bland. We both ordered the fancy Nancy recipe. I suggest not ordering the croissant bread. It taste like store bought and not exactly fresh. Prices were fair. If we decide to return, I’ll try the regular bread instead. I ordered the chocolate cake slice too. The picture looked heavenly. My slice Was very small And not like in the picture. Average taste. So don’t expect to get a decent portion of you order it. I forgot to take Pics. Sorry. If I return. I’ll do an update with pics.

Why has this not been a thing for a bit? Who would have known chicken salad can be a fast food? And you feel healthier eating it. They have so many options and some really interesting ones as well. The crew was nice, did not skimp me out on crackers, and provides great chicken. Try em out!

Went there for the grape salad mostly and I ordered the fruity Fran which had grapes, apples and pineapple. I specially asked the guy for the most fruity sweet option. I am not a fan of the traditional kind. Anyway I literally had 2 tiny pieces of apples. I went up to the counter where I was talking to the manager. She turned her back so I thought she was going to get me another scoop. Nope she just turned her back. The employee told me “yeah it depends on the scoop!” Then why advertise all of those fruits if I’m not going to get them!? I would have got the cheapest plain version then! If a scoop doesn’t have all of the advertised items then that’s their issue. I paid for that. 5 employees and no one remedied the situation. And my grape salad was nasty. I had several grapes that were brown and mushy. Won’t go back. Plus it was dirty in there. During these times employees should be cleaning better than they did prior to Covid.

Dropped in for carry out lunch and the line was long, however my order was processed extremely fast. That has not always been the case, so thanks to the manager for making changes that make it a better customer experience!

I've been to many Chicken Salad Chicks in my day, and never actually had the food (I have an unhealthy addiction to their cookies. So good. Recommend.) Today a work lunch landed me there again and I'm now wondering why I've allowed myself to go this long. Great customer service and answered all of my questions. If I'm ever on that side of town, will definitely consider stopping in again.

This was a great place to have a sit down lunch with my good friend. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. The food was, in my opinion, just okay. Could have had a little more flavor but was very fresh. I also had the potato soup which was again just okay. The company is what made my experience grand. So if looking for a nice place to catch up with friends while eating a decent and affordable meal, this is the place for you. 😊

I had the combo 1 scoop chicken salad and soup. The chicken tortilla soup was delicious. The original chicken salad was very good. Portion size was small.

I went in for lunch and couldn't decide which chicken salad to order, so the guy behind the counter recommended the jalepeno chicken salad and I tried it. I think all their flavors are delicious, and this did not fail. It had just enough kick!

On my dad's way home from work, he decided to pop in and get a snack for the family. 1 scoop and a side for all 3 of us. My parents each wanted the grape salad as their side, I wanted broccoli salad. He got home with the right scoops, but all sides were grape salad. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. This isn't the first time we have gotten the wrong order from here.

Today was my second visit to Chicken Salad Chick and I'm enjoying working my way through the chicken salad choices. My only criticism would be that their takeout containers are not well packaged. This concept would support packaging that has the brand and product uniquely in mind....

I'm never disappointed when eating at a Chicken Salad Chick. My daughter and I ate at the location in Augusta, GA while she was attending school at Augusta State University. That was my introduction to CSC.... AWESOME!!!!! Love the Classic Carol....
