Sarah
at
the
front
desk
said
she
just
quit
to
get
a
job
in
banking
because
the
management
see
the
guests
as
sheep.
"Money
filled
people
that
should
accept
what
they
get
because
the
hotel
has
a
good
location."
I
called
the
front
desk
tonight
for
room
service
and
the
lady
put
me
on
hold
for
5
minutes
then
hung
up
on
me.
I
called
back
to
order
and
she
told
me
that
I
should
order
from
Uber
eats
then
gave
the
phone
to
a
man
that
said
the
same
then
hung
up
on
me.
When
you
see
the
prices
of
this
hotel
you
will
agree
that
the
customer
service
should
be
a
touch
above
the
motel
6,
but
in
reality
they
are
worse
and
less
appreciative
than
a
hotel
that
cares
about
the
price
they
pay
to
stay.
I
have
stayed
all
over
the
world
at
some
of
the
best
hotels
and
resorts
and
some
of
the
not
so
great
but
I've
never
stayed
somewhere
that
the
front
desk
clerk
couldn't
remember
the
name
of
her
manager
or
anyone
in
charge
to
talk
to.
The
best
I
got
was
"I
don't
know
their
name
but
I'll
pass
along
your
message
that
you
would
like
to
hear
from
them
and
there's
a
chance
they
will
get
in
touch
with
you".
This
is
a
money
pit
with
no
customer
service
and
multiple
basic
items
like
Ice
that
should
be
provided
to
guests.
The
ice
machine
was
also
out
and
unplugged.
The
room
service
and
guest
reception
is
non-existent.
The
bar
staff
is
incredibly
rude
and
less
than
friendly.
Victoria
acted
like
ordering
a
drink
or
food
was
a
struggle
for
her
to
find
the
time
to
provide
service.
Rude
and
would
hide
on
her
cell
phone
for
20
minutes
at
a
time
instead
of
providing
service
to
customers.
In
a
nutshell,
if
you
want
a
good
location
this
hotel
is
good.
If
you
are
accustomed
to
having
the
perks
that
come
with
price
this
is
a
solid
Roadway
Inn
with
an
attitude.
Too
many
options
for
this
area
to
be
taken
by
such
a
pit
of
management
that
doesn't
even
know
their
team.
