In a word: Fresh. The food is good and freshly healthy, but let’s first talk about the service. The restaurant employs mostly young people who it appears might just be their first job? I think this is the case because I noticed that the servers didn’t pay attention to detail. For example, I was seated at a table that was very wet from being wiped down. I did bring it to the young ladies attention but she did not bother to wipe it dry so I used my cloth napkin she provided me with to dry off the table myself! The next incident happened when one of the young servers brought out my hot dish and failed to mention that the dish container was “hot “ to the touch so when I touched the dish I burned myself! Not good 😂. I know these kids are young, however, better training and experience can fix that. I loved the dishes that I ordered. The roasted cauliflower with the sauce was just delicious. And, the zucchini casserole with the mozzarella cheese was just devine. The menu has lots to choose from and I am sure one will be able to find something to eat. The atmosphere was nice and airy with lots of windows and outdoor seating. Go for the healthy food at this restaurant.

I loved this restaurant at Avalon Alpharetta. It is a good option to whom looks for a healthy meal or vegan meals. The place has a good space, so it is possible to have your own space even on a Friday night. I arrived and was directly headed to my table. Our server was very friendly, explained the concept of the restaurant, the food. I ordered a squash soup as starter and it was delicious. I had a squash casserole with additional meat. My husband ordered a chicken wrap. The food was very well prepared and came timely on our table. If you wanna try a different taste, ask to drink the OG tea. It is very good, made with ginger, honey and lime. I really liked it. Thanks for the amazing dinner!

Brought my vegan mom here for lunch. It has a very appealing atmosphere for sure! The staff were all pleasant. Barely anyone wears a mask just fyi. I would give it five stars but they accidentally sent out chicken instead of tofu for my mom’s meal. But they were quick to fix it. I ordered a chicken sandwich for myself and it was delicious!

Wow! Food and service are exceptional. My salad and all the ingredients were fresh and tailored for my preferences due to allergies. The dressing was superb, and the salmon was seared to perfection and elevated an already delicious salad to the next level. Our waiter was especially responsive, had great suggestions for the meal, and even gave us the great selection of vegan desserts. I ate everything so quickly I didn't take a picture till the dessert came, which was coconut ice cream and two melt in your mouth chocolate cookies. Our non alcoholic drinks were new for me but delicious all the same.

Food was really good. Fresh ingredients, healthy choices, well priced and very friendly service. I ordered the Good Earth Kale Cobb salad. It is a seasonal item, but I'm looking forward to trying some other permanent items on the menu as well.

I have been to the True Food Kitchen before but not the one in Avalon. This is a great restaurant chain! Great fresh food with a lot of healthy variety’s. My mom is vegetarian so the menu is ideal for her as it gives a lot of non meat options and also options for me to add a protein! Love the Avalon as well! Wonderful shopping right after dinner!

Lovely restaurant with a great outdoor patio! They have lots of vegan, gluten free and dairy free options. I loved the elderflower lemonade to drink, and I got the charred cauliflower to start! I got the farm fresh burger with sweet potato fries for the main and my partner got the Chilean sea bass. Everything was great, it is on the pricier side but it’s a nice if you’re looking for a healthy option or if you have dietary restrictions.

Large vegetarian food selection. Our server paid us her full attention the entire time we were there and made recommendations based on our food tastes. Their lemonades and bruschetta are a must-try.

We stopped in here last minute while walking Alpharetta and it’s probably the best choice we made all day! Shoutout to DJ, our incredibly kind and attentive server! The space is well comfortable and decorated so well, and the food is phenomenal.

Given a consistently yummy vegan, veggie oriented menu rules as the best arbiter of better health conscious joints, True Food locations simply rock. We appreciate when we're in a city having one. This ATL area place in the Avalon center was just right for our brief family reunion.

Great choice for an informal or a formal dining. Had a variety of food choices from sandwiches to pasta and pizza along with some Thai choice. Food was presented well and tasted mostly great. Was a bit disappointed by the chicken sandwich but everything else was great. Service was prompt and friendly .

It was a glorious fall day. Sat outside to absorb some much needed vitamin D and enjoy a few cocktails after lunch elsewhere with the girls. The cocktail drinks yielded no buzz whatsoever. Not even the warm fuzzy feeling alcohol first gives you when it reaches your chest. These watered down drinks are pricey simply by way of its location at Avalon but definitely not worth the hefty price tag. We essentially paid over $10 a drink for ice and juice. Our server, although very friendly, wasn't very attentive and left us people watching and thirsty for too long. The atmosphere gives off organic, trendy, healthy juice bar vibes.. I'm told the food there is good. I may return to see for myself but if the quality/strength of their drinks and attention to their patrons has any bearing on their food, then I'm sure to be underwhelmed. We shall see.

We went here for a girl's brunch/lunch on a Saturday. It was easy to get seated and our server was attentive and pleasant. We had the options for brunch or lunch and I went with the avocado toast. My friends got the tuna poke bowl and the salmon toast. Both of us with toasts had a hard time with the bread as it was toasted a bit too long. Not burnt but very hard (hers more than mine). The flavor was on point though! I also ordered a lemon blueberry ricotta muffin and again flavor was on point. It was a bit dry for my liking though. Prices are high but the ingredients, variety, and flavor made it worth it.

•Very bright open atmosphere •Over priced •Not much flavor I got the steak tacos and a passionfruit margarita. Tacos had little flavor and these 2 small tocos were not satisfying for $20. $9 Margarita... It's like their menu is trying so hard to be different with fresh ideas that it misses on the basics. Supply chains and Covid have the prices higher in most restaurants so I can understand that. Menu just needs to be simplified with more flavor.

Man! Service was awesome! I ordered online and as soon as I arrived( 5 min early) my food was ready. I called and asked if could walk it out as I was across street, and on crutches and server saud " Sure". Very nice. I would have given 5 star, but sauce lacked tomatoes. It was runny and didnt appear to have any real tomatoe content or was just so watered down you couldnt tell. The sauce flavor, spaghetti squash, zukes, melted cheese on top, the onions, were totally on point!! I may assume it was a low tomatoe day and try again because it had potential to be absolutely awesome if just a bit of tomatoe flavor( And I am not a huge really saucy fan, but did need some). overall, worth a return, but would ask if sauce is " fixed" as they advertise tomatoes in sauce and this would have made it perfect!!

This is an awesome place. Plenty to chose from on the menu. Great, healthy options. The "bowls" were very fresh. The flavors blended nicely together. The flatbread with squash was excellent. Perfectly cooked and had a nice crispy crust. They have some beer selections. Not the best but they have a decent wine list for where your dining. I look forward to visiting the place again in the near future.

For this place, I can't say whether it was good or bad. The Lenox one nearby is much better. It left me excited to come again. This place was average. So don't come with high expectations, but don't expect bad food. If you don't have time, go here. But if you do, go to the other one.

I've ordered from here before but we went here for lunch. The food was awesome!! Pricey but most good places are... Our server, Destiny and the rest of the staff was very pleasant and cheerful. Would definitely recommend it. I ordered the Vegan Double cheeseburger with veggie sides. It was very filling and the veggie sides were very flavorful. I highly recommend the Cilantro pesto sauce. Simply Delicioso! Another in my party had the Ancient grain bowl. She thought it was fabulous and just the right portion size. Very appetizing! Another in my party went for the grass-fed burger and thought it was fantastic. He is very specific about his tastes and specifically liked the sides it came with.

Absolute 5-star experience! From the warm greetings when you walk in, to the prompt service and attention throughout, this restaurant was amazing! The server allowed us to look at the menu and after a few minutes came back and asked if we had questions. He was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations. The food was seasoned well, fresh, and delicious! It tastes like someone took their time and cares about the quality of the food they serve. Plenty of options for all types of diets. You can go here with all your friends no matter their diet preferences, there is something for everyone. I will be back and hope they expand to more locations. In my opinion, every neighborhood needs this type of quality, real-food dining.

Good spot for casual dining in Alpharetta when looking for American meal with a healthy edge...vibe was good and place was buzzing. Recommend a reservation as seats where a 2hrs wait..so I took self seating at bar which has same menu. Good selection of organics cocktails and freshly made drinks.
