This
Kay's
jewelry
was
particularly
rude!!!
I
came
into
the
store
today
to
pick
up
my
repaired
ring.
The
young
lady
that
waited
on
me
refused
to
hand
anything
to
me
in
my
hand
even
after
me
handing
her
items
(ID,
my
ring,
store
I-Pad
after
signing)
back
to
her
hand.
This
left
a
very
bad
taste
in
my
mouth.
Also,
the
young
lady
was
not
friendly
after
I
sat
down
while
the
she
got
my
ring.
When
I
go
into
an
establishment
I
expected
to
be
treated
with
dignity
and
courtesy
and
this
young
lady
did
not
treat
me
like
a
customer
should
be
treated.
After
the
rude
encounter
with
this
young
lady,
I
wanted
to
leave
another
ring
in
the
store
to
have
it
inspected
while
I
shopped
in
the
mall.
I
was
told
that
(leaving
jewelry
in
the
store)
was
against
Kay's
store
policy.
I
have
left
jewelry,
while
being
inspected,
in
Kay's
store
many
times
before
and
I
have
not
been
advised
of
this
policy.
I
spoke
with
a
manager
concerning
the
store
policy
and
she
did
explain
that
it
is
not
recommended
for
customers
to
leave
their
jewelry.
After
the
explanation
I
was
already
upset
by
the
Initial
clerk's
rude
behaviour
I
just
left
the
store
NOT
pleased
with
my
experience.
That's
a
shame
because
the
very
first
time
I
came
into
this
Kay's,
the
lady
that
helped
us
was
EXTREMELY
HELPFUL
and
KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!
Overall,
my
experience
today
was
terrible
and
I
will
not
come
back
to
this
Kay's!!!
