This Kay's jewelry was particularly rude!!! I came into the store today to pick up my repaired ring. The young lady that waited on me refused to hand anything to me in my hand even after me handing her items (ID, my ring, store I-Pad after signing) back to her hand. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. Also, the young lady was not friendly after I sat down while the she got my ring. When I go into an establishment I expected to be treated with dignity and courtesy and this young lady did not treat me like a customer should be treated. After the rude encounter with this young lady, I wanted to leave another ring in the store to have it inspected while I shopped in the mall. I was told that (leaving jewelry in the store) was against Kay's store policy. I have left jewelry, while being inspected, in Kay's store many times before and I have not been advised of this policy. I spoke with a manager concerning the store policy and she did explain that it is not recommended for customers to leave their jewelry. After the explanation I was already upset by the Initial clerk's rude behaviour I just left the store NOT pleased with my experience. That's a shame because the very first time I came into this Kay's, the lady that helped us was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! Overall, my experience today was terrible and I will not come back to this Kay's!!!

Miss Greta was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! but so was the rest of the staff, kimia was also so kind and helpful with her suggestions. They really value their guests.

Wow what a great experience! I originally was supposed to be with my future wife at the time. Dennis at Kay’s was so fast and made my experience so pleasant. He took all anxiety away during our transaction. I would suggest Kay’s to all friends and family.

They were extremely helpful even in the busy season due to my mom‘s jewelry was all stolen, so I was trying to find similar to what she lost. Very thorough, showing me many different options on earrings, necklaces, pendants and more. The manager really took his time helping me make my selections.

We walked in and we’re greeted by Dennis. We told him what we were looking for and he immediately went to work pulling out a few earrings. He wasn’t pushing nor was he trying to MAKE the sale. We walked away and came back and yes we bought the item he showed us!!

Amazing!!!! Ms.Greta was so awesome and helpful. Very caring and patient. Would highly recommend coming here and talking to her. Thanks again guys!!!!

This location is a very nice location because the manager here I believe the assistant manager Greta Nelson is very polite she has good customer skills and she really know how to give you a good deal on jewelry I love coming here because she is very nice and professional and she take care all my needs thank you again Greta for my purchase I will look forward to doing business with you again I recommend this location to anyone that’s looking to go to Kay jewelers.

Enjoyed my experience with cleaning done after each fit

Takes over 5 months to get a ring back! Crazy. This store is the worst. No one answers phones and if/when you finally get ahold of someone they are incredibly rude. Went into the store and takes like 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge you. The corporate office is the only hope. They were very polite and helpful. Thankful for them but unfortunate that I had to go into this place

If you haven't been to Kay Jewelers in Northpointe Mall & you need a gift or something repaired you are missing out. Customer Service is superb. You won't want to leave.

I absolutely love this store. I was immediately greeted, I was given the best customer service( EXCELLENT)!!! Great conversation with the staff. They knew our budget & helped my fiance & I pick the the PERFECT ring. I love this store! Cheryl, the manager & her staff did a wonderful job! I will forever be a Kay Jewelers customer. Kimia at the Kay’s Jewelry in North Point mall was super kind, welcoming, and very nice. She had a calming spirit and beautiful smile. I had to visit her 3 times in the same day before I could make up my mind so I’m very grateful for her patience with me. I’m very pleased with my purchase and plan on going back to get more jewelry with Kimia’s assistance. The other two gentleman there today were also very welcoming and ready to assist. I’m a happy customer for sure.
