    Regrettable treatment. Run away! With the people who work there, one wonders why there are such valid people unemployed. Total ineptitude on the part of the reception staff since they are unaware of how the appointment processes work and show inhumane behavior. Wasting our time with an urgent medical test because they don't know how to change a name appointment and have made problems for absolutely everything! Run away!!

    Incredible, second consecutive day that we have taken our youngest son for an analysis, without prior notice they do not provide the service. Yesterday December 28th and today the 29th again without service, when yesterday they confirmed that on the 29th there was no problem. It's a shame, of course we have left a complaint form, there is no right to waste people's time. I have sent you an email to customer service and a copy of the claim.

    The receptionist is unpleasant, unfriendly, rude and all the negative things that a person in charge of patient care could be. I'm not going to waste my time explaining what happened, you just have to read the other reviews to see that I'm not the only one complaining about this. Zero professionalism.

    When I read the reviews I thought they were right but I lay there for a while and he was just unpleasant to me, probably tired of people not reading the signs properly and passing by the counter without putting their card at the entrance... Although my initial reaction was anger, then I thought that the health sector (even the private one) is not very buoyant for us to criticize professionals for a first impression without knowing their working conditions. Otherwise good, the dermatologist was friendly and professional.

    Mejor busca otro centro, después de esperar media hora y ver cómo llaman a pacientes que llegan después que yo, me dice la señora de recepción que tampoco llevo mucho esperando, podía tener un poco más de empatía con las personas. No volveré y si lees esto no lo hagas tú tampoco. Es mediocre. Me tuve que ir sin ser atendida después de 40 minutos esperando

    Experiencia lamentable , he acudido con mi madre, una señora de 81 años a realizar una analítica por lo particular y despues de una hora esperando nos dicen que DURANTE LA MAÑANA nos darían un presupuesto del coste de la analítica porque el laboratorio estaba DESBORDADO!!!. Tuvimos que ir a Quirón Condes de Bustillos donde, como siempre, no tuvimos ningún problema, todo inmediato. No me extraña que las bondades de la medicina privada dia a dia se va convirtiendo en un MITO.

    Acudí a este Centro Médico dado que a donde voy generalmente se encuentran cerrados por vacaciones y tras ser atendido en medicina general por el doctor González de Castro tengo que reseñar que a partir de ahora este médico de cabecera será el que visitaré como primera opción cuando tenga la necesidad de ello. Al comentarle mi problema se ha llevado un buen rato palpando, tocando e interesandose como es debido por indagar el origen de dicho problema. Ante la duda (para quedarnos todos más tranquilos) me ha prescrito una serie de pruebas diagnósticas para hacerlas en Santa Isabel sin tener yo que pedírselo con lo cual con su actitud pone de manifiesto su interés por los pacientes. Otros médicos ni se mueven de su silla y ni se molestan en tocarte no sea que les des calambre.Edito: Tras la realización de las pruebas diagnósticas que este gran facultativo me prescribió ( y gracias a su intuición ) me han detectado determinadas patologías que ahora me tendrán que vigilar cada año con lo cual menos mal que él lo hizo posible con su interés.

    Most of my reviews are positive, but I really can't conceive of a center (medical or any type) in which the people at the reception no longer see you knocking on the door and don't open because they are talking, but they no longer even respond to a good afternoon. Seeing how they see clients passing by, lost, without bothering to tell them where they are, they consult them or ask them if they need anything... perhaps they should review the most basic training in the department: education. PS: Since when does Quirón not give appointments in person because "it has to be done by phone"? Little desire to work, from what I see.

    I give it one star because it cannot be given less, although my review is not for the doctors, but for the lady at the reception, she couldn't be more unpleasant...to be there, as in all jobs you have to Ok...I asked him if they had a family doctor and he said NO, when they do...well...I won't go again...and I don't recommend it to anyone....

    It's a shame that they give you an appointment on August 16 when it's 38 degrees in Seville. And that the center is closed after having the appointment a month ago and a message confirmation a week before. Is this a private center? It seems shameful to me that while they are on vacation or knowing the reason for this closure, the aforementioned clients lose time on these dates, with an injury caused by another of your centers and with the climate we have in this city. Of course I will take action since I have a summons message and proof that I have been at the door of the clinic.

    Había leído las reseñas pero a pesar de todo fui porque allí estaba el traumatólogo que me atiende que es muy buen profesional. Del centro médico diré que me sorprendió gratamente porque no tuve que esperar nada, quizá le falta luz pero la atención fue buena.

    I arrived today with an appointment due to a work accident to have an MRI and they told me that it is not there that I have to go to the Hospital in Triana when I was called to go to Marques de Nervion 45 after calling my mutual insurance company and telling them To the girl who didn't move me from there because my appointment was there and it wasn't my fault that my appointment wasn't reflected, I managed to get it done because the patient who had to have it done at my time, which was 10 in the morning, already knew it. I had done it somewhere else and that was their mistake, they put me in that hole and then I didn't show up and they wanted to send me to the other place. That's why this review is poorly organized to give it to a large hospital like the Quiron group.
