A beautiful resort with excellent facilities. Super friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Perfect for couples or families with a relaxed and luxurious atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

Nothing but total satisfaction, accommodation, service, staff and golf experience superb

The rooms are nice and the bed is comfy. But the food served here is not up to standard. We sent the food back 2 nights ago as it was inedible......they did charge us though???? The breakfast is hardly representative of a 5* hotel. Melon is NOT available!!! Just pineapple and kiwi. The bread is mediocre. The jams are in individual packets!! We were told the spa is open until 8pm but we visited at 7.20pm and were told that it was closed, we only wanted 20 minutes but no way. The pool area is so crowded and children run around like lunatics jumping in and out of the pool and screaming all day. No one is in control. I will be delighted tomorrow morning...as I'm leaving.

I got stranded in this hotel for a week because my car broke down. I would like to give special thanks for Felisa, Isabelle, Emilia & Curro at the reception for being extremely kind and helpful during my stay. Also the ladies in the Spa were very lovely.

Really nice golf resort hotel. 2 courses on site. Typical Spanish course. Lots of trees. Plenty water. Challenging.

Nice resort, friendly and helpful check-in staff, an hour's drive from Faro airport. Golf courses were good and the south course was by far the better course. Bar staff, excluding Romeo, were terrible and displayed no customer service qualities. Pool was nice but the water was freezing even though it was 30C outside. Check out was good and the proshop was good, unfortunately I am unlikely to return due to the poor customer service of the bar staff, it really was awful

Lovely place with lots of options. The town nearby is also very nice. A little pricy but is what you should expect from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast, however is more of a 4 star.

Great experience for a short weekend, would gladly recommend. The prices for the drinks are a bit too steep if you asked me.

Golfing holiday for a week. Rooms large and clean. Good food. Staff were great especially Gemma and Romeo. Bar is chaotic though with too few staff and run off their feet.

Of the many golf resorts I've been to, I think I would rate this the best for the all-round experience. The 36 holes are spread over a huge, very scenic area, and all have their own character and challenge. Everything is very well maintained. The hotel and food are both of very high standard, and yet it has a friendly relaxed atmosphere, much more so than is typical for 5 star resorts. This was our second visit, and we are booking again for next year.

Extremely nice hotel with beautiful gardens and swimming pools. Very clean outside and inside and the dining is extremely good catering for all tastes. It is a buffet style both for breakfast and dinner. The only disappointment is that there are no tea/coffee making equipment in the bedrooms. Nor was the fridge filled with drinks. However, you do have access to a bar on site when breakfast has finished. There is a lovely spa and gym in the hotel and a supermarket close by. There are plenty of bars within the hotel to access in the evenings. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. There are two courses to choose from if you wish to play golf together with practice facilities.

We'd made a booking to spend a night here and paid an 'extra fee' to be able to check out at 14.00 instead of at 12.00, so we could relax and enjoy the massage we had also booked. There was no objection or problem at the time of the booking, but when the morning when we were supposed to check out, room service started pounding on our door several times from 9am to 12.15. It was at the latter time when we were told we had to check out at 12.00 as there was no availability and the hotel was fully booked. We explained that nobody had informed us and we were told at the check out desk that we were the ones who were supposed to check upon arriving if we could check out at 14.00. I believe we should have been told when we checked in, not the following morning. And the attitude from the personnel at the check out desk made it even more unpleasant.

This is our3rd time at El Rompido. 8 ladies play golf every day on the 2 courses and they are excellent...a good challenge. The hotel is clean and comfortable and service is very good. Food was delicious as usual and although there was only entertainment on one night, it was the same duo we saw pre covid...very good again. Thought the entertainment may have been on more nights as the downstairs bar was rocking that night...good mix of languages being spoken on the dance floor which is great to hear and see...a good few nations mixing!

Absolutely fabulous rooms,garden and pool area but the food really needs to improve. Nowhere near good enough for a 5 star hotel.

Ideal location for golf lovers.and those who want a relaxing venue. The little village also beautiful.

This is a great place for golf two good courses, excellent food and a drinks package if you want it. The staff are excellent which makes your stay special

Fantastic peaceful hotel. Food is amazing and a good choice is available. Only downside was the location, but a train bus is available throughout the day to take you to the village with a few nice beachfront bars. Golf courses are quite a challenge but in very good condition considering the very dry weather. Thanks to all the staff.

Excellent hotel/apartment complex. Very good service and food. Rooms very clean and tidy with good facilities. Very good golf courses although one had better greens than the other. Approximately an hour from Faro or Seville airports by car or taxi. I would highly recommend Precise Hoteles El Rompido.
